I asked him for assistance with the app and his response was he didn't have any issues! Unfortunately Allen lacks common sense, Good Cust service and overall communication to customers. I am writing to formally complain about the rude and unhelpful treatment I received from both your Cherry Hill Mall, NJ store location and your customer service department. I brought in a pair of brand-new, unworn sneakers that were received as a Christmas gift. I clearly explained that I was not seeking a refund, only an exchange or store credit. As is common with gifts, the receipt could not be located. At the store, the associate was dismissive and repeatedly stated there was "nothing that could be done," without making any effort to assist, locate the purchase, or offer alternatives. When I asked how to escalate the issue or contact corporate, I was told I could not do so and was again shut down. I then contacted customer service and received the same rude and dismissive response. I was told "policy is policy," with no attempt to help, no explanation beyond that statement, and no interest in resolving the issue. The tone from both the store and customer service was unprofessional and unacceptable. It is unreasonable to treat a customer this way over a brand-new, unworn gift item, especially when I was simply trying to exchange it and continue shopping with your company. This experience reflects very poorly on your customer service standards. I am requesting this matter be reviewed and that I be contacted regarding a resolution. read more

This was a terrible experience. I ordered a pair of shoes for my child for Christmas. I ordered from this location because it said that the shoes would arrive in 7-10 days. The shoes did not arrive. I had an order number so I went on their website to check the current status. The order # did not exist. What? It turns out that the company canceled my order on the same date it was made. However, I was never informed of the cancellation so I had no idea that I would need to find the item somewhere else. I will never order from here again!!! read more

I came to pick up an online order. The process was quick and easy, got in and out in less than 10 minutes...including finding parking...on a Saturday morning. The store is well kept. All the shelves were stocked and nothing seemed to be out of place. I came around 11:30am so I beat the crowd. Staff was nice and helpful. Savohn at the store in the Mall in Boise was awesome. Great customer service and salesmanship. Ask for him. I wouldn't have made a purchase because I couldn't find a pair of shoes I liked. I placed an online order and had to return the merchandise to the local store. The manager was able to reorder the merchandise in larger sizes. I received two of the items and the third item was cancelled. I sat on the phone for 45 minutes trying to reach customer service. I sent an email and it was returned not able to deliver. I called the local store and no one answered until the following week. I still have not received a refund. I was told by the store manager that the website is not updated to show actual in stock items. The item still shows it is in stock ..that was well over a month ago. Despite providing plenty of evidence proving that I served overseas as a Marine, he refuse to honor a military discount. The discount was not what bothered me the most but his disposition about it. My husband and I have been shopping here for the last year and honestly the customer service lacks a lot. First of all, if the floor reps thinks you're not about to spend money to help their commission they will be rude as hell. Yesterday my husband bought me the brand new Satin J's and the box top was damaged so we asked if they could swap the top with another box and the Manager ISREAL was completely rude about it and basically said No and walked away. Mind you my husband bought 6 pairs of shoes 5 of them being J's and he couldn't provide top notch service to him as a customer. Wow!! That definitely said a lot and he showed his jealousy because he didn't get any commission from the sales and the other two floor reps did so I believe that's why he was rude. This place is an actual joke. We returned some Vans at the Vans store right next door and decided to go into JD to look at the Nikes. We asked an associate, Israel, if they had our size 8 1/2 to which he responded yes and he will have someone grab them. We waited 30 minutes and we finally asked if the shoes were coming to which he responded "oh we only have a size 8 now not 8 1/2". No sorry about the wait, no is there anything else I can get you... nothing. Obviously that was annoying, so I asked him "couldn't you tell us that 30 minutes ago instead of making us wait?" He then responded "it wasn't 30 minutes and there's a lot of customers here. Use your fu*king brain." I was actually taken back. He said this in front of multiple other customers, including children. So then I was fuming and I'm not gunna lie I called him a stupid b*tch. I mean what kind of man speaks to a woman that way? Let alone someone who's shopping at the store you work at. We left, and then it processed what he actually said and I went back to Israel and asked to speak to a manager. He proceeded to ignore me and act like I wasn't even standing there while he was talking to 2 other customers. He only responded when I physically waved my hand like "hello I'm right here". He then responded "I am the manager". (Which was a lie). We went up to the desk and spoke to the actual manager, Leo who just kept saying "I'll take corrective action" which we all know is code for he won't actually do anything. Israel was working the front of the store. He is not the face that I'm sure the JD store wants selling their merchandise. I've never even been inside of this store, nor will I ever be back. Literally so glad I've never spent a penny there. Israel should be fired, seriously. This was the WORST customer service encounter I've ever had in my entire life. This wasn't just him having a bad day and taking it out on the customers... this is who he is. Thinks he's so important working at some shoe store in the mall. By the look on Leo's face and his other coworkers faces, this isn't the first time something like this has happened and I'm sure if he's not fired, it won't be the last at all. **Edit: We spoke with customer service and the most they could do was a $20 coupon that expires. Bought some boots on sale (when the sale is a little "too good to be true" it probably is), realized yes of course not returnable which is fine. I had the worst experience with JD sport I order 4 pair of shoes on January 2 For my daughters the 9060 new balance grey /grey on little kids13 , big kids side 6 and 530 new balance white /pinksugar on little kids side 13 and big kids side 6 . They delivered partial of my order the side 13 on 9060 nb and side 13 on nb white and pink sugar on January 4 around 2:10 pm but send the invoice like the sent all 4 pair of shoes Boxes was mixing the 9060 on grey on grey side 6 on bigkids and the White /pink sugar on side 6 on big kids I reported to JD customer service immediately I opened the package they said they was gonna put a replacement for the 2 missing pair of shoes to wait 4 -6 business days I received a package a pair of shoes on January 8 that was not even what I ordered they send an invoice with my order number like they sent me another new balance 9060 on side 13 but they didn't they sent me adidas on size 7.5 i reported that too The same day they told me to return or bring it to the store I went to store they couldn't help or they didn't even take back the wrong shoes back that was sent to me. I called many times and got the same response but never received my shoes they keep saying they was gonna put another replacement but Didn't then I received an email they wasn't going to refund me or do a replacement i Was told to contact ups I called them tried to make a claim but the jd sport restricted any claim on my order.
