Location/Parking: Located in The Square plaza next to Mountain Mike's Pizza. Parking can be found in the shared lot. Ambiance/Decor: Not much ambiance. You'll see plenty of packages getting ready to be sent out. but they do try to make the place clean and clear pathway to the register or kiosk. Experience: I've been to this location many times to return my amazon packages. The staffers are friendly and don't give me a hard time for returning packages often. The pick up hours on the DHL emails says they close at 4:30 PM but they were actually still open when I arrived at around 4:45 PM. The lady that helped me was so nice and patient. I read her my tracking number as she typed it into a tablet. She then checked my ID to verify and I was on my way with my package. The whole experience was very seamless and easy. DHL always requires signature so I think I will opt to have my packages delivered to this locker location more often. Service was impeccable and I would definitely come back for any postal services. Shipping prices/stamps are also very reasonable. I think they also do notary here which is a plus. This location has a small parking lot attached but it was pretty empty when I came. Overall, great service and would recommend!
