I'm torn on how to rate this. The Greek Salad with chicken was good. tender chicken, delicious dressing, and it's a big salad. Also be this would have been a good choice. But the dolomades were terrible. Slimy inside and a terrible taste with a tingle on my tongue that makes me worry they were safe to eat. I love dolomades (especially from The Other Place restaurant or the Greek festival the Greek Orthodox community hosts every year). But these were just bad. These you order separately. Pita was warmed before serving. They were just okay. I'm not sure f they were made in house or not. Service was decent. I would go back for the salad, but not the dolomades. read more

I was staying at the Marriott nearby and wanted a fast casual meal that would not fill me up too much since I was meeting some colleagues for dinner that night. Don't get it twisted, just because they're inside of a Food Court. Lamb Gyro was delicious! Their pita bread is soft and fresh. Their sliced lamb was very tasty. Veggies are fresh and their tzatziki sauce is yummy. It comes with your choice of Lemon Rice (good), fries, or a Greek Salad. Their baklava was okay. I was looking for a healthy option at the City Creek food court and this place looked promising. It was just ok for me to be honest. It wasn't bad by any means but just ok. I ordered the chicken souvlaki meal which comes with one chicken kebab, lemon rice, salad and a piece of bread. The chicken and the rice were a little dry and didn't seem freshly made but more like they had been sitting under a warmer for awhile. Probably will try a different food court restaurant next time. read more

I'm no Greek expert, but this restaurant just is not it. There's a couple other Greek fast food places in Salt Lake City that I've enjoyed more :( Starting with the goods: service was very quick. I think we only had to wait like 8 minutes to get our food after ordering. Now with the not so goods :( the chicken gyro was dry and the chicken tasted more like an Indian curry. I appreciate the amount of fresh veggies in the gyro, but overall we were not happy with it and didn't finish it. The tzatziki sauce was pretty good though! The pita was just out of a package and reminded me of the Joseph's brand you can buy from Walmart. The loaded fries were a little TOO loaded, and I'm a total fry girl so that was surprising for me. It was completely smothered in fry sauce and tzatziki. I'm sure we could have asked for less dressing on top, but this was our first time eating here so we didn't know it would come with so much! French fries themselves were decent. We spent $33 for 2 chicken gyros and the loaded Greek fries (I think this might have included tip?) and it was a LOT of food (I think the loaded Greek fries could feed a family of 5 honestly). So it's decently priced! There's plenty of seating since it's in the food court which is awesome. Overall, not my favorite place but could have been worse? read more

Visiting from California, I wanted to try many different foods while I'm out here. We decided on greek food, and this was the closest to where we were for the day. The only issue that came up was trying to find this place. We spent maybe 15 minutes walking around, because it wasn't super clear on where it was, but we found it eventually! Now service. We walked up and we were greeted by this really nice man and he took our order, we got 2 Lamb Gyros and a Chicken Plate. Food came out pretty quick (it is in a food court, so not surprised), but this was one of the best Gyros I've had in a while. It was fresh, flavorful and overall delicious. Obviously being in a Food court, it isn't the most glorious environment, but it definitely tops many other restaurants in food courts or just regular dining. I think if you want some greek food, this place should be on a must try list while in Salt Lake. Bonus on it being near/in the mall, so you can get some shopping done! read more

Service was awful, we asked for a side of rice which was literally in front of us and the guy told us "Yeah no, we're out of rice." Next person in line got rice. The owner should fire whoever that was. We got an entree that had us select from salad, rice or fries. We both wanted fries and we got charged extra for it. Also the food is mid. It's also great, because when other places are very busy at the city Creek food court, this place is tucked in the very back of the food court so you can get in and how quickly. Jeeva's has renowned food. I have eaten here over 7 times and NEVER been disappointed. I also recently was at a party where the food was catered by the owner of Jeeva's. I can not explain how phenomenal it was!! So much so, I decided to have him cater my husband's 40th birthday party!! It was a success and everyone complimented the food that evening. If you're looking for food that is quality, delicious and affordable, then try out Jeeva's!! Our orders were accurate and the recommendations from staff were just what we were looking for. I don't usually try new things at food courts but I'm glad I did today and you will be too!
