DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE ! I purchased my 2020 Jeep Renegade from this dealership and have gone to only them for maintenance like oil changes . I brought my jeep in back in November for an oil change and oil leak - they had it for hours and came back to let me know they couldn't find the leak and to bring it back in 4-6 weeks . I did just that but once again they couldn't find the leak and this time they had it about 5 hours . They told me bring back that following Monday because they inadvertently had me wait too long - so I bring it back to them a 3rd time and this time they found the issue (something about a gasket and a pump). Here is where it gets interesting - one of the workers asked me who has been tipping off my oil because adding too much oil can eventually cause damage to parts like a GASKET ! I let him know that their dealership alone has been the only people that have ever been underneath my hood and did anything with oil changes or oil - he responded that he'd look into that and walked away . I was quoted around $900 and made an appointment for about a week and a half later due to the holidays I assume . This time when I get my jeep from them it's literally broken smh - the check engine light is on , my auto start doesn't work , my start stop feature doesn't work and she's driving extremely loud - I ask the manager if it's safe to drive and he said yes . So I bring it into my appointment , they have it 4 days and I get it back and I pay - yet those problems are STILL there except they're worse now because the engine randomly shuts itself off while I'm driving and THE OIL IS STILL LEAKING ! So not only did they give me my car back in worse condition than when I brought it in, but they didn't even fix the initial problem which was the oil leak ! The car also smells like burning oil and most of the time it seizes up and I can't even get it out of my driveway . I demand my money back because I paid for an oil leak that wasn't fixed and I am now bringing it to the South Saint Paul dealership to get a diagnostic and for them to fix these issues that Roseville dealership caused . If it's what I think it is (engine misalignment) than it's going to be an expensive fix that I should not have to pay for - my car wasn't having these issues beforehand and now after they played underneath the hood 4 separate times it's barely driveable and still has an oil leak !! I purchased a car from Aaron at Jeff Belzer it was a 2022 Tesla Y. I made the purchase online and everything was going well at first, they send me wiring instruction said I had great credit over 770 and the the finance manager will reach out to me. Tell me what rate I have and for me to send them 15000 dollars. After they got my money as I have attached copy of the wire. The just disappeared its March 7th I don't have any calls or contact from finance manager or bill of sales or any documents. Not sure what scam they are running. But this is bad customer service. All I got to say is, I'm in a brand new Jeep that was ordered and it's NOT what I ordered. I'm leasing. Now I have to wait three years to get rid of this one and get something else that I want. I won't be able to retire in three years now, because I have to start over with another vehicle after this lease. My fault too. I should've asked. I stared at things. Nothing came to mind that I needed to ask if I had all of my optional packages. Another Jeep dealership said it's the salesman's fault. It's their job to show me and point everything out. But, my salesman was in the biggest hurry to get me to sign! He even had a guy that just walked out before I got there, who wanted this vehicle. Oooohhhh scary. Another Jeep dealership even said I should be blasting this particular Jeep dealership all over public media because what happened to me is absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional and just wrong. A Ford dealership said what happened to me is completely the fault and lack of proper communication from the salesman. That he didn't follow through and didn't do his job properly. Please, just don't do business here. If you do, be careful. Take your time. Go over everything. See and look at everything. Ask tons of questions. Otherwise, they will mess up your purchase. Horrible experience. False advertising online. Instead of providing trade in value of my car which I asked for numerous times, I kept being asked what I wanted for my monthly payment. The monthly payment options were already provided in the advertisement online. The worker sent over to evaluate my trade in went through same line of questions about my monthly payment. When I told him I wanted my keys back because I was done, he refused. I had to ask FIVE TIMES to get my keys back, so I could leave. Had to raise my voice. No apology from the manager. Beware. Wow! While car dealerships are not always known as pillars of honesty and decency, I think we've found a new low at Jeff Belzer Chrysler in Roseville, MN. These people are terrible. I thought I bought a new Chrysler Pacifica from them. I jumped through all of their hoops. Talked to my salesman (Peter), his manager (Zach?), and the finance person (Sam). I was paying cash, and I did not question the price. I gave them my drivers license, proof of insurance, registration, and $1000 down to "hold the car for me." The following business day on my way to the bank to wire them the entire amount, I was called and notified that they had sold the car so it was no longer available. No explanation, no attempt to call me first in spite of the fact that everyone I spoke with had told me it was a done deal. Apparently, any putz can stay in business when supply is low and demand is high. Also was told it had towed bikes only to find out after the sale that it had towed boats. Finally, the used car manager did not return phone call. Clearly a car sale is more important than honesty. Please consider your options before doing business here!! There are plenty of dealerships that provide better customer service. I work hard for my money and decided to look at a new truck, sadly I made the mistake of trying to work with the internet sales department here. The communication was lousy at best, they sent me 3 different introductions and when I asked for help on all three "I'm here to help" emails and texts it took a solid week to get a response. I decided that I work too hard for my money to just give it away to a sales team that can't be bothered to earn it, and when I told the salesman (Dan Volz) that I wasn't buying he got downright RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. Worse yet, when I alerted the general manager to how their sales staff were treated customers he made no apologies for it and clearly didn't have a problem with it. If this is how their sales staff treat potential customers I don't want to know how they treat customers that have problems with their purchase. If you're not even going to provide a bare minimum of customer service I'll take my business somewhere that wants to earn it. read more

This was my experience with the dealer. Inquired about the car from out of state. Asked questions about condition of vehicle. Specifically was there and damage/curb rash on the rims. Salesman response was oh no we have a guy that fixes that. I show up from out state to finalize the deal and when inspecting the car there was curb rash on two rims. I questioned the salesman and he tells me well you don't have to buy the car knowing well I traveled 300 miles to pick the car up. Then he tells me that most customers would fine the damage acceptable. Then he tells me the rim guy didn't fix because he didn't feel that it was that bad. My point was i directly asked about the rims and was told no they are all fixed by our wheel guy. I suggested I get them fixed back home and send them the bill. He tells me it will cost the dealer $75 per rim so we will reduce the price by $150. So now it's my problem. Keep in mind I paid what they were asking no price reduction. Not what I would expect from a large volume dealer. They should have connect with a rim repair guy in my town and set up repair and handled the billing. That would have been excellent customer service. read more
