His team did a great job protecting our house to bring out the old and bring in the new unit. They did a great job cleaning up. We built our home 20-years ago and I guess it's that time when stuff is starting to break down. Fortunately, it's gotten to the point where anytime we need repairs, we ask Sears to assign our service ticket to CRS and Erin (who I've works with for several years) always come through. As I've mentioned, I've used CRS for just about everything and would recommend them for all your heating, AC and other needs.
