On the way home from out of town, I was driving along eating some nutty caramel goodness that I absolutely shouldn't have been (for multiple reasons...) when a crown popped off. Who'd have figured... nuts and caramel?? I tried to glue it back myself, but apparently I'm not "a dentist". So I made an appointment, not having time to wait for my normal dentist in Coppell. They got me in the same day and had time to do an exam and routine cleaning. The dentist and staff were great and I left, tooth in place, and a mouth of shining clean teeth. They identified a few other potential problems but were not pushy at all. I felt completely comfortable and scheduled a follow-up appointment to address the other issues discussed. I needed to get a dental cleaning. I did a quick search on google for dentists near me and started making phone calls. One dentist could not see me until April. Its October. Another was not accepting new patients. I called a couple more dentists and finally called Trinity Dental as I worked my way down the list. Trinity Dental Care could fit me in later that afternoon. I am a bad dental patient because I squirm and wiggle in the dental chair. I despise the noise of metal instruments scraping on my tooth enamel. The very patient dentist did a great job of putting up with me. Additonally, Trinity Dental Care is open a little later in the evenings than most places so if you carefully plan ahead, you could go to the dentist directly after work instead of missing out on making more $$. Ultimately, would I go again? yes. I went ahead and scheduled another repeat visit six months from my first visit. I would recommend this office. They seem reputable, fair, and willing to work with people's crazy schedules. read more

Took my 10 yo daughter here. She was very scared because her last dental visit at a different dentist was a disaster. The moment we walked, the receptionist was welcoming and pleasing and both my daughter and I were put at ease. I explained our past experience and both the dentist and receptionist were very understanding and assuring that this will be a different and pleasant experience. They were 100% right. My daughter had 2 cavities drilled and filled and "didn't feel a thing!" She literally danced out of the offices. I will go back here for my daughter, and I will go here for myself. Pricing is good, schedule/availability is good, dentists are great with kids, proficient... Etc. What else could I ask for? read more

The women at the front desk are very nice, a little giddy and juvenile, but harmless and kind. The dentist wasn't a big talker, which I'm totally fine with, didn't bother me a bit. My personal experience was very average. Then it was my 11 year old daughters turn... The very first words out of the dentist's mouth, spoken to my daughter were, "are you a boy or a girl?" SERIOUSLY? Totally ridiculous and inappropriate question. If he really truly couldn't tell (my daughter has a cute cropped haircut and was wearing a teal t-shirt) then read her damn file that's *right in front of you!* She was there for a cleaning and check up, how does her gender even matter to him? My sweet girl was totally caught off guard and hurt. She suddenly loathed her adorable haircut that she previously thought was spunky and loved. All because of this insensitive jerk. He sealed the deal. Never going back again. read more

I would give them 5 stars because the desk staff are very friendly. But the hygienist was a poor communicator. He failed to update status with me while I waited for an extended time for DDS. DDS was not great at communicating either. I had to pry answers out of him. read more

I have finally found a great dentist. Trinity is extremely affordable and the staff is great! I have been terrified of the dentist in the past but they are just awesome and the dentist is gentle. I had a deep cleaning done and I experienced no pain. It actually tickled a bit. Will definitely be going back . read more

I am very disappointed! My health insurance was about to stop, so I went to Trinity Dental in Bedford and asked the mexican girl behind the counter if i could change my appt to a earlier day. She had no interest at all in helping me! She cancelled my appt and said right away without looking at the screen that she couldn't fit me in. It was frustrating! read more

I've been a loyal patient since they opened and have spent a LOT of money here due to a set of bad teeth. I go in about every 6 months, this most recent visit was the most disappointing. I called to make an appointment and since I work in Dallas I can only make it in on Saturday. They have cut their Saturdays at the Bedford location to every other Saturday now. Even with THREE locations it took a MONTH to get an appointment. When I made the appointment I clearly stated that I had chipped enamel that was sensitive that needed to be filled, and I would also like a cleaning. I was given a 50 minute appointment (and was told that would be plenty of time for the filling and the cleaning.) I showed up for my appointment 10 minutes early, I was called back 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time. I received my cleaning and when the doc finally came in he said I needed a filling and that I should set that up with the front desk. I told him I was there specifically to get that filling taken care of and they told me that they didn't have time! Now, I have to suffer for THREE MORE WEEKS since that is the first time they had to get it taken care of. I am very disappointed. If this keeps up I'll have to find a new dentist. read more

I went in for a simple cleaning and after getting X-rays of my teeth they sat me in the dentist chair and left me there for 45 minutes. At that point I walked out to see what was going on and they told me it would probably be another 30 minutes before they began the cleaning. I didn't wait around so who knows how long it actually would have taken. read more

Had an appt this morning to start the process to have a new bridge. Mine had come off. Here is some background information. I had an appt because the bridge had come off and was in excruciating pain. Turns out the anchor tooth that was holding the bridge on had a cavity at the root and was infected. The dentist had to extract that tooth. Was told that day that when I came back in ( after the infection had cleared up and the extraction site had healed) I would be having the new anchor tooth (which would be the tooth in front of the one that was extracted) ground down and a temp crown put on that tooth then would come back in for the bridge. The dentist sent a girl in with the billing statement to go over all of the charges. Next appt ( for the temp crown) would be approx 350.00 and I would have to pay half. Then the remainder which was going to be appt $2000 would have to be paid in 2 payments. I stated I could not do that but would let them put my debit card on file and they could take monthly payments. She said okay. No mthly amount was discussed. So I go in today and am told I would be getting a temp bridge today and I would have to pay half of that bill which would be $700+ . Long story short, I told them that was not what I was told and I could not pay that today. They said it could be split in 3 payments. Their reasoning is that it must be paid in 3 payments because it's not a good idea to have a temporary on for very long and the can't do the permanent until the bill is paid in full. Bottom line we want our money and we really don't care that you may chose to leave here without treatment. I asked what about the temp crown. They said that was an either or... That I could get the crown or the bridge! Now why in the world would I get a crown on a tooth that is healthy! They asked who came to talk to me about the billing and I pointed her out. They said oh, she doesn't know anything about billing! And I said why would you have someone go over billing who doesn't know anything about it! No response! I also told them that the dentist Dr Song is the one who went over all the procedures and it would be done in 3 phases. Guess what their response was.... well he may have discussed that with you but he doesn't relay those discussions to us! Needless to say, I walked out with missing teeth. I called my insurance company and file a grievance against them as well as posting this review. read more

False advertising of $59.00 exam, x-ray, cleaning for new patients. I go in for the service, they do x-rays, doctor chats with me about his diagnosis and recommendations, recommends deep cleaning and they refuse to do the requested cleaning for the promotion advertised and mailed to my house and the coupon I brought. They refuse under the guise of ethics as I need a higher level of treatment, but I still need to pay for the x-rays and exam. I tell them I am a provider and you are to give the client the treatment they seek as their coupon advertised a combination of services. I decline to pay for what they held me hostage with and said they had performed, x-rays and exam, and the officer manager threatens to file a false theft of service report on me. I had to pay the $39 to avoid false charges on my record, having to retain an attorney and possibly go to court to defend myself. If you look on their website they have a promotion for $19 exam and x-rays for new clients so the office manager robbed me of $20.00 extra by threatening report of false charges http://www.trinitysmile.com/promotions.html. Highly unethical. I am now paranoid this obese office manager with the horrendous bob haircut that is not flattering of her face, I wish I could remember her name, is capable of calling in other false claims because I rubbed her the wrong way! I am a professional and she is exploiting the fact that I am fearful of false charges to rob me of money. Stay away from this place. Official complaint submitted with BBB and efforts underway to post unethical business practices across social media! read more

This place is terrible! Every aspect of our experience was bad. For our first appointment they didn't even have a hygienist on staff that day. We had to wait forever for the dentist to clean my daughter's teeth. We just cancelled my appointment. Each time we went we had extended-I mean longer than a half hour-waits in the lobby before the service, in the exam room before the service, and in the exam room after the service. More than once we finally just got up and left. On one occasion they simply rescheduled our appointment without ever telling us and then denied they did it. On another occasion an attendant was doing the dentist's work! My daughter got a crown and they didn't even match the color to the color of her teeth. Multiple times when I called about various things, they said someone would call back and no one ever did. And when we left for another dentist they didn't even forward our records after we requested it. This place is so bad it's scary. read more
