Food took 45 minutes to come out. It destroyed my lunch break and by the time I could sit down and eat the food steamed in the container and got cold. The burgers were probably really good warm, but they really needed ketchup which was a little hard to get my hands on by the time I started my shift back up. Generally speaking, as a burger joint they do usually have a great burger. My experience was lacking this time around, but it's usually not that bad.

Ted's doesn't fry their burgers in a pan or grill them on a grill. Nope - they steam them in a steel cabinet and serve them with a scoop of melted cheese and your choice of free toppings, like ketchup, mustard, mayo, lettuce tomato, chopped onions, pickles or even bacon.
