Let's start off with the good, the wings were huge! The medium was the perfect amount of spice for me and the sweet and sassy almost tasted like a honey mustard. Now for the bad. The service was HORRIBLE it literally took 5 min to get our drinks and another 15 for our food order to be taken. A couple that came in after us got their order taken before ours. However once we did get served the service was good, our waitress didn't get her name but she had blue hair was very nice. The food was super good and fresh! We got a whole bowl of queso dip for 50¢ which is insane compared to the going rate at Mexican restaurants. The flavor of everything was fantastic. The portions were large. The wings were also large! The only complaints I have are that the service was kind of poor, our server didn't really check on us and we had to flag her down if we needed anything and we were also trapped at the table before she would bring us the check. Their COVID precautions are also non existent. No masks, sanitizer, or social distancing. They're also operating at full capacity which I'm not sure how is allowed given the current laws. read more

Came here today with my husband and our daughter - our first time in was pretty good, so we came back! Unfortunately, the 2nd time was not great. My daughter's corn dog meal was sent back not once, but twice! Thankfully I cut them open before letting her eat them because they were... Bad. So, after the 2nd time, we ordered her chicken as a replacement. At this point, she was filled up on french fries and we were already done with our meals by the time it came out. The kids meals are cheap, however, her kids meal should have been comped. My daughter didn't get to eat her lunch, and she also didn't receive the dessert that is supposed to come with her meal. Jefferson's is the place to be on Monday nights for group trivia. My trivia "team" meets there every Monday to battle it out with the crazy haired questioner and to get our drink on. This bar/grill is a chain restaurant but has a very casual, fun, local feel and is right on Main Street. The parking in back is much more convenient than street parking and there is plenty of room inside when you include the hidden downstairs. This restaurant is always busy and I've never had terrible service here. The food is just fine but it's the atmosphere that makes the place. If you're looking for fried seafood in Cartersville, I'd choose Jefferson's over Red Lobster any day but there's nothing "natural" or "healthy" on this large menu. I usually have the Jefferson chicken platter or the cajun chicken salad, both of which are very good but not spectacular. read more

Very bad experience. Would not serve wine without ID despite obviously not needing ID and spouse who is the payer having an ID. Graduated from high school in 61. Manager explanation. Good food and good service here. We had the hamburgers and appetizer sampler. Everything was hot and cooked correctly for us. The wait staff was courteous and we were attended to as needed. She did bring the check without asking us if we wanted another pitcher (we did) but she did split the check easily and without issue. If you want fried and hot, you got it here. Stopped in on Saturday duringan exploration of Old Highway 41. This is basically a sports bar, with a nice look and atmosphere but mediocre food. I had their Sullivan burger with onion rings as a side. The burger was just okay and the miniscule dollop of barbecue sauce was easy to miss. the bacon was tasteless. You could have substituted cellophane and gotten the same crunch and lack of flavor. The onion rings were surprisingly good, with a puffy crisp crust and not at all greasy. My wife ordered a cheeseburger which was overcooked, dry and tough. She said that the french fries were decent but nothing special. As I said, it's a sports bar and this was Kickoff Saturday, so there were four or five separate games on display on the various television screens that line the walls. One patron requested that they turn up the sound on the Alabama game. When they did, conversation became impossible. The service was good, the waitress was attentive without being pushy. If they paid a bit more attention to the quality of the food, this would be a great little place. read more

Good selection of bar food including oysters, wings and burgers. The woman's bathrooms were two toilets with a partition in the middle but no doors. Thank goodness it had a lock on the door. The walls were filled with dollar bills signed by customers. Very creative wallpaper. The wings had way to much sauce on them. The corn nuggets were awesome. Never had corn nuggets with honey mustard sauce. They have a full bar with the exception of wine coolers. I probably will come back. read more

Ate here for lunch today. This place has so much character in its atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food doesn't keep up. Ordered the fried pickles for an app at lunch. They were ok. They were so greasy! We blotted the grease of about 1/2 of them and I noticed a pool of oil in the bottom of the basket. I don't think they even bothered to drain them at all. I had the fried oysters. They were ok, but didn't taste fresh. My wife ordered the fried shrimp. They were run of the mill supermarket pre-battered frozen shrimp. Very disappointed with the wings! The service was great but the skimpy, salty and over dressed wings were enough to make me say "Skip it!"

My wife and I started eating the wings at the Jacksonville, AL location about 10-12 years ago. The quickly became our favorite wings that we had ever eaten. They are large with a great tasting sauce. We always order Hot. We lived out West for a while and missed these wings. When we moved back to Atlanta (Marietta), we were very happy to find that they opened one in Cartersville. We make the 30 minute drive up 75 four or five times a year as we still have not found better wings anywhere in the country...and we have tried! Pretty nice atmosphere for watching games. I got the Philly Cheese Steak and it was awesome. The crunch of the bread was matched by the juicy steak on the inside laid on top of tasty peppers and onions. Only complaint would be portion-wise. Could use more food for a 17 year old or any hungry person. Five star rating was impossible because half of the table got their food 30 minutes later than I did which is unacceptable. Extremely Great! Every single time I come here I just really love the food. After my friend told me where he worked I've been addicted ever since! My favorite part was when I was graduating I spent $50 for myself and I tipped $50. I just felt happy on my graduation day! Anyways this restaurant is a 11/10 I do recommend coming back here.
