Jefferson's is a staple on Mass street, it seems like it has been there, as long as I can remember, [[HIGHLIGHT]]many options of flavors for wings, good sized cheeseburgers and a fun college atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was great, our waitress was very nice. Got the 18 piece boneless wings tried 3 different flavors. Better wings than the chains, I recommend this when your in Lawrence

My family enjoyed this spot. Food was great, fast and delicious. Good customer service. Parking was a major bust due to the lack of it, once you found good laptop had to pay for it. This spot doesn't have many pescatarian options, so be prepared, [[HIGHLIGHT]]overall it was a chill spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Fried pickles meh, mozzarella sticks meh, corn pretty good! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I like the dollar bills on the walls very fun.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Seems like a decent place to have a few beers (and some corn)

First time coming here. Such a beautiful place. Wanted one place to actually sit down and dine in at. Reese greeted me and was friendly and social throughout my entire visit. Ordered a burger, fries and wings which is what this place is known for and I thought they were delicious. Prices are fair. Bathrooms are clean. I do enjoy how this place is decorated. Located in the heart of the downtown area. Definitely worth a visit!

Great college bar and grill. Open late, good food. Nice service. The new Mac n cheese was pretty tasty. It had the right amount of their cheese sauce which was very creamy. The chicken was crispy despite all the bbq sauce on it. They know what they're doing here. Lawrence staple. You do have to try it out.

    Fried Mushrooms amazing!

Have not had a bad meal from Jefferson's. Love their salads and their firecracker shrimp has just the right amount of heat.

Wings double dipped! Regular hot on the side. Oyster are small but the Buffalo was my favorite until they discontinued making them.

This includes of course the history of Lawrence and how influential this building has been over time. Since I've been in Lawrence (which is about 10 years now which is so nuts) this has been Merchants. I love Merchants. It's consistently (to me) a top 3 restaurant on Mass St. The food is high quality. The service is high quality. The chefs table is a vibe (idk if they still have it but they did a few years ago). Anyway, the duck and dumplings was so comforting. It was the perfect ratio of duck to dumpling to vegetable to broth. The bison burger always slaps and the fries are so yummy. Dare I say they have the best burger in town? Also you guys have the BEST Diet Coke. So good and crispy. I love you Merchants! Also sitting next to the window and looking out to the twinkle lights on mass was so dreamy.

The restaurant itself is beautiful inside -- a cozy mix of rustic and modern that creates a really inviting atmosphere. Service started a little slow, though our waitress became more attentive once she came by. We mentioned it was our first visit, so I was a bit surprised there wasn't much guidance on the menu or any recommendations. At one point I asked about the two kinds of fries (I love fries!), and the explanation was simply that they were "fancy fries," without much detail on flavors or differences. We started with drinks and the Brussels sprouts appetizer. The sprouts were actually very good, with a nice balance in the sauce, and both the wine and sangria were refreshing. Unfortunately, dinner is where things went downhill. Our meals -- a steak and a gluten-free chicken sandwich -- took about 45 minutes to arrive, which felt long for relatively simple dishes. I had asked about the gluten-free bun since they can sometimes be dry, but didn't receive much insight beyond "it's gluten free," and sadly it was indeed very dry. The chicken itself lacked flavor, though the goat cheese cilantro sauce helped make it somewhat enjoyable. The fries looked homemade and delicious but arrived cold. The steak was cooked as requested, but it didn't have much flavor beyond the mushrooms on top. The broccoli side was tasty, and the potatoes were good, though it on a bed of Some kind of cheese sauce that wasn't quite to our liking. Overall, the space and gluten-free availability were promising, and the appetizers and drinks were enjoyable, but the food execution and service details didn't quite meet expectations for us this visit.

The vibe was fun and inviting, and it looks like they've carried over the magic from their super popular Christmas pop-up into a fresh, spring-inspired theme. It adds a really playful, seasonal touch without feeling overdone. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the service. Our waitress was fantastic--super friendly, attentive without hovering, and offered great suggestions that we actually ended up loving. Tip: Get a basket of French fries for the table! Great atmosphere, great service, and a place we'll definitely be back to.
