They messed up my coffee twice, so I switched to Strawberry Lemonade.

The place was very clean. The service was what made me not want to try them a 2nd time. The man at the register definitely had a bad night, his attitude was proof of that! They messed up our drinks, and messed mine up again after that. They weren't listening! They kept giving me almond milk. The bagels were incorrect as well. My fiancé loved this place, and he was disappointed as well.

Cinnamon butter And chives and onion cream cheese!!! OMG the Best I've ever had

Sooooo why haven't I been here before? Today I came into this establishment for an order and then, I decided to add more to it. Well, whyyyy no one told me about how good the bagels are!! I was greeted with friendly faces and conversations so that alone is A1 service! But why yall hide this place from me! And let's not talk about the homemade cream cheeses in so many varieties!! I mean this didn't get any better than that!! When this is my first time experiencing amazingly creamy cream cheeses!! OMG! I'm mad I've missed this place so many times only to find out there's a Gem on Bees ferry road! Inside this place was so clean and it's give off the comfy ambiance! Please know you gained a forever customer who's ready to sample all flavors available! Thank you again! And please keep up the Amazing work!

Fresh coffee and an everything bagel. I couldn't wait and enjoyed it in the car!

I was craving a good bagel and Jeff's Bagel Run delivered! These bagels are New York style and deliciously soft and chewy. No need to toast them. They offer all of your favorite bagels and spreads plus pastries. They also feature a specialty bagel daily. I had an everything bagel with sour cream and chive cream cheese plus a cup of their fresh brewed coffee. The service is exceptional- very polite and friendly. Seating inside is very limited. This is mostly a carryout out business. I will be back for sure and highly recommend Jeff's Bagel Run!

I love Jeff's bagels and love that they came to Charleston! I'm originally from Florida and loved getting their bagels there as well! The West Ashley location is more grab and go with a small counter for dine in. However, bagels are still A+ and the staff is quick and friendly. They don't have egg sandwiches, but their variety of homemade cream cheeses are awesome! Stop on by and grab a bagel!

Stopped in after getting a card for 6 free bagels. Smart marketing move because these are good bagels! I generally don't love bagels, but these are soft and tasty, not overly chewy and plastic feeling like some can be. The side of cream cheese looks small but we did the three pack and it was plenty for 6 bagels. We tried the banana pudding, cinnamon sugar and onion and chive cream cheese. All were excellent and spread super easy. Service was efficient. It's a little space with three chairs at a little counter but it totally works. Also nice and clean from what I can see! I would come here again!

Alright y'all, a couple days ago I saw a commercial for Jeff's Bagel Run. Since it was on a national channel and proudly reported it was everywhere, I figured I should check it out. I'm just say'n I ain't never heard of Jeff's; found out he is all over the low country. So yesterday I went and got me a bagel at the Bees Ferry location and it was really good. I had an Asiago bagel with roasted Jalapeño cream cheese (the suggestion of the day) and it rocked! So this morning I went back and got some of those 3" high Everything bagels with... get this... banana pudding cream cheese. It was risky, but one taste of that blend brought me back to my Grandma's house! Now this is a small location, with limited seating but there is a drive thru which in my experience is unusual for a bagel shop. The service staff is friendly and very willing to offer suggestions. It is a bit loud on the inside but the 2 handicap parking spaces directly in front of the store are commendable! I'm going back and hope to find a couple tables outside on the sidewalk, just in case I want to go back in for more.

I had the cheddar jalapeno bagel with chives cream cheese and a hot mocha latte.... Yum! Fresh & quick... Love it!

Tons of different choices for cream cheese. It is always boiled and never toasted. They don't put the cream cheese on the bagels but put it in Togo tubs. The cream cheese is homemade with fresh ingredients in it. I did the lemon blueberry bagel and asked which cream cheese. When the host said strawberry, I was skeptical but it was a great choice! The cream cheese came with chunks of strawberries. I also got an Asiago bagel with jalepeno cream cheese. Love that there are chucks of jalepenos in it! Service to get a bagel is super quick but coffees take a while. You can order ahead in the app but no inside seating. I think they are going to put in a drive through eventually but at the moment, it's not there.

Delicious bagels with yummy dough and great consistency. The service is even better. They forgot to put our spreads in the bag initially because they were so busy, so when we went back they gave us a free coupon. 100% my new go to breakfast spot.

Run don't walk! Clean spot, super friendly service, more than fair prices. We picked up a half dozen bagels and 3 pack of cream cheese varieties. These are bomb! Bagels can sometimes be very dense hockey pucks, these have the perfect texture! (In my opinion) We ordered all savory but will be back to try some sweets. What an awesome addition to the neighborhood. I believe the manger waited on us and what a kind soul! Felt instantly at home and welcome. The bagels are delish but the service is what will cement this place! We made bagel sandwiches with the remaining 2 and they were an absolute win! You have our business!

A small coffee, lukewarm, and a small bagel for 9 bucks. No thanks. NYC is cheaper. On the bright side, the staff was pleasant.

Instead of greeting us, welcoming us and then directing us to the outdoor sitting area for pets, she dismissively greeted us with: "Your dog can't come in here and you need to sit outside." This is a problem because there's no place to check-in at the pet friendly patio, requiring us to check in at their only host stand. It wasn't just the words, but the tone and negative attitude. Instead, she made a negative of Kiss Cafe's open sitting outside for pets. An alternative greeting she may try with customers is the following: "Welcome to Kiss Cafe. We have a special area for your furry pet outside. Please join me as I lead you to sitting area for you and your pet." I was dining at a restaurant in Charleston and mentioned I had a very unpleasant experience twice with my pet at an unnamed restaurant. Without any further prompting, she asked me if it was Kiss Cafe. She said she had worked at Kiss Cafe and the staff is known for having a hostile attitude to pets by its patrons. Kiss Cafe Staff, stop being belligerent and hostile to patrons with pets.

It was so good I had to go back! The Brunch bowl is what I order both times ( I wish I tried something else) and the "grit balls" were delicious. Service was fast and prompt even with a full house. And the woman at the counter (she was in the kitchen and ran food, greeted guests as they pick up their food, possibly a chef) was EXTREMELY nice and outgoing. She seemed to really enjoy her position and kept order in the kitchen. Food was delicious if I haven't already said so, so much flavor, a Carolina quality kinda spot! The parking lot was packed, and most tables were already taken when we walked in, which is always a good sign. You order at the counter and then grab a seat while they bring the food out to you. The menu is extensive, with plenty of dishes built around grits (as the name suggests). I went with the chicken and waffles, and it was loaded with flavor--crispy fried chicken breasts, a Belgian waffle, chunks of bacon, and a blueberry compote on the side. The whole plate was enormous; I definitely didn't finish it. My husband ordered the fried chicken and fish platter with French fries, and it was equally generous in size. We also started with the grit fritters as an appetizer, and they were fantastic--crispy on the outside and a nice surprise inside. Overall, the food was really on point with big, satisfying portions. The waitstaff seemed super busy but stayed friendly and attentive. The only downside for me was having to bus your own table at the end. Prices for lunch felt a little high at first glance, but when you consider the huge portions, they're pretty reasonable. We'll definitely be heading back soon.

Service was painfully slow, it appears they had two servers for the lunch shift, which was not enough, or at least the one serving us could not handle the lunch rush very well. She was working hard, though. It took quite a bit of time for us to even be acknowledged after we were seated. Server did apologize for the delay. Food also took some time to get to us, server also acknowledged this by swinging back by and letting us know that we were up next with food. Lastly, we had to get up and flag our server in order to get a to-go box and bill, as she had not come back by. As far as the food, we all thought our dishes - reuben, spinach salad, rice bowl, and roasted portabella stack were okay. I had the grilled mushroom stack, and while flavorful with the grilled vegetables, it was extremely messy. It was so juicy that it soaked up the bun and it could not be picked up successfully without falling apart. They need to better execute this sandwich - drain off all the excess liquid or use a better bread for the sandwich. Overall, it was fine, but nothing that has me excited to go back. So many better options in Charleston.
