Sr. Arielle helped me decipher what was going on with my health and wellness and put together a comprehensive plan for me. And what I love the most is that I was getting facial acupuncture, body acupuncture, red light therapy, and gua sha all in one session. It is definitely a great way to stack your wellness routine in all of about 45 minutes or so. I definitely saw and felt good results after 6 sessions! Sat down and chatted with her about the process & what is done. I've had acupuncture before for stress. So I wasn't scared and already knew what to expect. She placed a few of the needles in various parts of my body. I knew it had pain my hands, from all writing I do. I felt a little pressure from that but none of the others. Prior to going to her, I also did chiropractor treatment and got muscle relaxants from urgent care doctor. It didn't appear to improve much so I tried acupuncture for the first time in about 20 years. Yvonne diagnosed the trouble spots immediately with her expertise and experience.
