Jeni's is a staple ice cream spot around Atlanta. I like this Krog St location as it is right off the beltline. The smell of the waffle cone radiates out the store. I ordered the double cookie dough one in a waffle cone and it was massive. They gave two scoops and I was struggling to finish it. The flavor of the ice cream was delicious and there was lots of cookie dough inside. The line can be long since it's a popular spot but it's worth the wait. read more

Sunday 4/26/26 East side Beltline location Jeni's always has a semi long line, but it moves rather quickly. It literally smells so good once you actually get in. Yummy deliciousness. So many flavors to choose from and they will let you sample as many flavors as you want. I had the lemon blueberry parfait. Delicious. I had mine in a bowl with a piece of waffle cone. You can get your ice cream in a cone, waffle bowl or waffle cone or regular bowl. They have options Must bring exact change or use debit card. Unfortunately, due to Pennie's going away this is how it's done. You can get a pint to go if you choose and I believe they sell Jeni's in Publix. If you like ice cream you will love Jeni's I tried the brown butter almond brittle on a cake cone it was so good I forgot to take a picture lol. The young lady who assisted me let me try a few different samples before I chose. I love that they have dairy free options for people like my son who love dairy but dairy doesn't like him. They had pints and ice cream bars for purchase as well. read more

Loved this place right on the Beltine! The vibes were great, right across from a huge brewery with music playing. Jeni's is bright and fast moving. Don't be scared of the line they are working diligently! I ordered the gooey butter cake and buttercream birthday cake! The birthday cake had actually pieces of cake that added perfection to every bite. The gooey butter had caramel mixed in and it balanced out all the flavors! read more

came here in the afternoon, so we were able to avoid the long lines and the service was quick. i love how often their menu changes with new seasonal flavors, and its always fun getting the sample them. i typically end up sticking to my regular order though, which is dark chocolate and ooey gooey butter cake. the inside of this location is a little small and i do wish they had some outdoor tables available for customers to sit at. aside from that, this is a great spot to get your sweet treat fix after grabbing food at one of the nearby restaurants read more

Came for ice cream after going to Rowan to get my niece's ears pierced. The new holiday flavors are in and they're pretty good! Our server was very attentive and helpful! Ambiance is cool it's tucked away in the krog food hall! Would definitely recommend for a quick browse or sweet treat read more

I love Jeni's. Easily my favorite ice cream shop in the city. Even during the winter! The flavors are so yummy and I love how they have seasonal flavors during the holidays and summer time. The service is quick and fast at this particular location. Great place to come grab a quick sweet treat and commune with friends. Seating is nearby and it isn't too rowdy or loud. read more

This is always my first stop when I'm visiting Krog street market. It's something about the smell of waffle cones that draws me in. Today, my small cone piece was nice and warm. I love the seasonal flavors but today, I went for the usual lemon bar (delicious) and the brown butter almond britter. The line wasn't too long, so we were in and out in 10 minutes. read more

--Location/Parking-- Inside Krog Street Market, where there are parking structures around Krog Street. --Ambiance-- One of the many stalls within Krog Street. It can be hidden and sometimes overlooked, but don't miss the chance. You have to look up at the signage, so you don't miss it. Plenty of seats around the market. --Service/Staff-- The staff was friendly and allowed me to try three different flavors before I settled one two I decided to go with. The staff there can handle a large crowd that rotates between sample tasting and placing orders --Food/Products-- Mouthwatering ice cream that took the cake. I wish I came with an empty stomach as to not ruin my appetite for ice cream. --Capacity-- More like a vendor stall where the setup is to get you in and out. The line can hold 20 plus people waiting to get their ice cream order. --Overall-- I would be back, there are other locations outside of Krog Street if you want to avoid the crowd and have a place to sit. read more

Jeni's ice cream is so unique and the flavors are all so distinct. I first had Jeni's in Chicago and to my surprise I have been finding pints of her ice-cream in my local grocery store Publix. I was especially surprised when I found it at the Krog food hall. This ice cream is a little pricey but its so worth it. My favorite flavor is the butter cake and peach cobbler. But they always have so many delicious ones. My husband and I shared the one where you get 4 scoops and you can pick 4 different flavors. This was a quick service location but you have to check out one of their locations in Chicago. But I a thrilled that there is a location so close to home. read more

A friend and I split a small half and half scoop of Wild Lavendar and Darkest Chocolate. I really appreciate the variety of flavors presented and the fact that you can do half-scoops!!! They add a small sugar cone waffle piece right in between the two half scoops. After eating at Ponce City Market, this was an awesome place to grab desserts. So grateful. Jeni's is well-established brand with a variety of delectable flavors and something for everyone! Setting: Tiny shop right across Brewdog so it can get very loud on the weekends during the evening/night. Mostly wooden outdoor benches for seating. ‍ Service: Usually very kind staff, however had a recent experience where the staff seemed unhappy and were yelling to keep the door shut. A few vegan options that are unique and pretty tasty. I got both to try, the Lemon Bar and the Texas Sheetcake, and they were both pretty good. The Lemon Bar was overwhelming so it wasn't my favorite, but the Sheetcake was so chocolatey and decadent....amazing flavor. Wish the size vs the price was a bit better but it's not crazy considering the prices of the rest of the Krog Market. Be prepared that the scoops are half-scoops and smaller than average. read more

This was my second time at this location and again the service, cleanliness, and overall ambiance is nothing short of amazing. The staff is very efficient and even when the line is long, the flow that they have gets it down super fast. The staff is very pleasant and as always the flavors offered at Jeni's are awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeee. This was the best treat to have after walking on the Beltlin. A couple of friends invited me to go walk the Beltline and see what new restaurants they had developed out there and I'm glad I did. They were busy at the time however, they were very friendly and moving the line pretty fast in my opinion. Though, literally everyone inside was wanting to try a few flavors they were moving along the line really quick and I appreciated that. This is a little further down the beltline towards the end so having a treat after all that walking was well deserved lol. The thing I love is that it's well lit and the boards are clear with details about the menu. I had the Texas sheet cake and it was delicious. I didn't know it was chocolate so I was pleasantly surprised. If you are on the beltline and looking for a treat please visit them the ladies serving was extremely nice. I prefer this location so much more than the location in Krog Street Market. The market itself can get crowded, plus this location opens until 11 pm. This is only my 2nd at time at this specific location and the workers have always been super nice. They always have new flavors every time I go to Jen's. This time their winter flavors are out, so I wanted to try them. As the employee was handing me my sample, she was explaining what it was and their flavor profiles. I opted for the rum ball (dairy free chocolate ice cream with rum, tangerine notes with pieces of cake) and my favorite brambleberry crisp. The employee also asked me if I wanted a slice of waffle cone that's typically served with a bowl of ice cream, but I opted not to get it. They soon got busier as soon as we left. They don't have indoor seatings, but they had seating outside. I guess it won't stop anyone from enjoying some delicious and unique ice cream even in 50 degree weather. read more

Review is for the Yelp Elite Event...No complaints! Customer service: Excellent as always. Every time I come here the staff is really friendly and warm. They were fast and efficient as well. There was a line, but it didn't last very long. Checking in: I just gave my name and we started the order. Couldn't get much simpler than that. Flavors chosen: Brambleberry Crisp, Coffee, and Lemon Bar. Brambleberry is one of my favorites since it reminds me of a berry crumble type of dessert. Coffee tasted like a creamy ice cream version of coffee. Very different from other coffee types I've had. The Lemon Bar was very interesting as it tasted like it had pineapple chunks in it. I was trying all of the scoops together, so I may be a bit off, but it was great nonetheless. Only con: Parking. Yikes. Would I recommend? I always do. Will I be back? Most likely. Jeni's has a number of locations all around the city. There is a reason. They are simply the best local ice cream. They are all handcrafted with original and different flavors. They are full fat/sugar, full flavor, so there is nothing light or diet about them. Whether you are getting a lavender blueberry or texas sheet cake, its a matter of taste or mood, but they are all good. The best part is that the staff is always super chill. They know the flavors, they can suggest combination, and are not shy about letting you sample as many as you want (which is always a good sign) This is place I would bring my parents for a delicious treat when they come from out of town. read more

It has limited indoor seating, Outside however has couple of big chairs and stools to set your ice cream on. I tried the trio in a waffle cone and all the flavors I tried were spot on. Guess what, the food was not with her!!!! After my team communicated with her to get the food, the food was picked up at a random apartment building, packed and ready to go. All the food that was agreed upon via the contract was not in this bag and it was cold. Instead of making it right, she communicated only providing a half of the money back and to perform additional services. Really?? In the contract she was supposed to have servers for the cocktail hour and reception, so no services were performed. Its been a week since no refund was given. It's one thing to perform fraud but is another mess up a couple's wedding date. Lawyers are having a field day with this one. After this review if you decide to use her services, you have been warned. Scam and a Fraud!!!!!!

Needless to say, we did not participate in the speed dating portion, but we did get to create some yummy milkshakes with some of our favorite cereals from our childhood. Friday Urban Picnics is run by the Atlanta Street Food Coalition, and held every last Friday of the month from March to October, 11-2pm. Location is the back of Sweet Auburn Curb Market. At today's picnic, I arrived around 11:45 and lucked out with finding a parking spot. Lines were very short too - but that all changed after 12. Good Food Truck and Yumbii were probably the most popular. Westside Creamery, The Pop Shop (or maybe it was The Pop Stop), and Black Tie BBQ were there, too. I think almost all items were under $10. Today I had Good Food's $5 Poodle which was to die for: French Toast hot dog bun, beef dog, apple maple slaw, ... and then they strongly encourage you to add maple syrup and spicy mustard. Whoa that was really yummy - messy to eat though and I had sticky fingers afterwards from the maple syrup but no complaints from me :) Next time I'm trying one of their savory cones filled w/ all kinds of goodies! The Indian rice crispy treat sounded intriguing, too (curry, coconut, and candied fennel seeds)! For dessert I had a $3 generous scoop of Westside Creamery's bourbon & bacon ice cream. Just a hint of bourbon flavor and surprisingly thick pieces of bacon throughout - honestly I was expecting bacon-infused flavor but my bad for expecting anything else but the real thing!! They had some great flavors to choose but I went with bourbon & bacon since the Westside guy said it was his favorite. I've already marked my calendar to make a field trip to the next several picnics b/c there are too many new things to try! Some tips: Bring cash. If you're lucky enough to find parking in the Sweet Auburn parking lot, it's free w/ validation - look for the table outside that validates tickets. Otherwise make a purchase inside to get parking validation. When I was driving back to work, I also found free parking available under the interstate - free for the first 90 minutes.

The only "complaint" one of my friends had was that she thought there was a little too much sauce in her shrimp and grits dish. The line was long and this will likely be the case a lot of the time so this doesn't work well. My daughter had a special order of beef taquitos that had to come out later so you know her sides were cold. When she requested new sides or to warm them up she was met with an attitude by one of the workers so that didn't go over well. This was weird to us because the food shoud be warm at the very least, so customer service was lacking there but they did honor her request. If they are going to keep this cafeteria line style setup, we all thought the meats and entrees should be first and then sides so as to avoid having lukewarm or cold sides because all four of us had cold sides by the time we sat down after getting get our drinks and sauces and stuff. And sides should come out together with the special orders so the food is not cold. But hey, I know I'm not Lewis, but yall got my two cents anyway Overall, we had delicious food in a nice, clean establishment. And on the plus side, the Beltline is literally a few steps away!
