When I came across Dr Keagle's ig page, I was drawn to three things: 1. Being able to get care on my side of town 2. Having a female board-certified plastic surgeon 3. Going to a surgeon who has seniority in their field. I went in for my consultation and I stayed because: 1. It was plain to me that Dr. Keagle holds herself to highest standards. I mean she probably figured out quickly that I have known hundreds of surgeons. A good surgeon is IMO equal parts experience and a personality thing. It didn't take me more than 2 conversations to feel very safe, literally in good hands. I feel peace of mind in her care. 2. She is not difficult to talk to. I don't feel intimated to be 'a good patient' or say what I think she wants to hear. I feel comfortable saying the truth, even if it's messy. 3. She does not try to sell ANYTHING. You had best make up your own mind, because she will try to help you but there was literally no attempt to encourage a decision from me. She evaluated me, answered my questions, was kind throughout, and then left me to my process. I was pleasantly surprised that: 1. The office and staff are super nice. 2. The Good Sam surgery center where she operates is just lovely. Again, I have been in about 40(?) ORs; I loved this facility. DO NOT go to Jennifer Keagle for a rhinoplasty unless you want a VERY minimal change. Instead of changing the size of the tip and shape of my nose she decided to just shave off some of my dorsal hump WITHOUT CONSULTING ME. When I said I was unhappy with my results she told me that my nose still looked big due to swelling but after four years the shape & size didn't change. Luckily I was finally able to save up enough for a revision but I wish my primary rhinoplasty had been successful as it would have saved me four years of still being unhappy with my nose. read more

It's been several years, but I had come into the hospital in an ambulance due to a significant forehead laceration. The ER doctor wasn't able to stitch it and said the skin kept tearing (yikes!). I asked the nurse if I could please request a plastic surgeon. I was not in a nice hospital so I was seriously lucky that they were able to call in Dr. Keagle who came and gave me like 100 stitches and poured peroxide through my hair to get out as much blood as possible. I had the best experience with NELA Aesthetics and their team! Dr Keagle is an amazing surgeon and truly a wonderful person. I went in to get a breast reduction and I couldn't have had a better surgeon. I had done a lot of research but after having my consultation with her I immediately knew she was the surgeon I wanted. She's is very professional and also has a great sense of humor. This was my first surgery ever and I was pretty nervous but she made me feel comfortable the entire time. As for the recovery process it was great. I'm not the best with pain but there was truly none after the surgery. I had a little discomfort with the drains but it wasn't anything too bad and by day two I was at Costco shopping lol. From the age of 13 I struggled physically and mentally with the size of my breast and was very insecure. I am only a month post op and am so happy with the results. I am no longer self conscious of them and can't wait to show them off lol. Dr Keagle took the size I had in mind and the inspo photos I had and executed it perfectly.
