She was not happy that I was not getting a refill as she was doing the color change because she didn't bust the nails out and do them neatly every time she would polish and put my hand under the dryer, the polish would dry unevenly. It didn't look professional to say the lease. She took the nail polish off several times in the attempt to get it to look more professional however, I guess she got frustrated. It decided she was just not gonna do it at all mind you I didn't say anything. I think there was uncomfortability had with the climate of what's happening in the world. I'll leave a pen in it there, but I'll never go back to get my nails done at that salon when I mentioned something to Lee about it, she got a little nasty as well ( I was literally surprised). I've been going to this Nail Salon for several years and they make it real clear that it's about your money and not about my business so with that being said Miss Lee, you will not be getting any of my business, and I will make it my business to tell anyone who would listen. You don't get to get my business and give me your behind to kiss. I didn't steal anything and you don't get to steal from me either. I had to return to Lovely Nails in Brockton to have my nails done over. Since they were so poorly…read moredone in the beginning, they got worse during the one week since they were done. I was told by Sam that they could only do another coat since it was an entire week that they were done, and he was very rude, not helpful at all. I insisted on getting my nails done over, or my money back. Jennifer seemed to have forgotten the entire episode the last week, when she was the one who looked at my nails and verified that they were not done correctly, but she did my nails over, and they were done right. She did let me know that I have the option of choosing the nail tech that I want to do my nails in the future. Jennifer solved the problem, and had great customer service, and because of this I will go back to Lovely Nails in Brockton.

The moment I stepped through the door I was greeted kindly and enthusiastically. There was a wait even though I had an appointment but it wasn't a big deal to me. It was quiet and relaxing so I enjoyed a long soak and extra massage chair time lol Vicki's is great! She was meticulous and knowledgeable about my nail care.
