In addition to their craft, their turnarounds and prices are incredible - that's what bumped them from "excellent" to "rave about them to friends" in my book. I was able to book my appointment same week, the first turnaround was one month, and the second turnaround (which was no additional cost) was another week. They also quoted me about 1/3 of what an experienced, luxury wedding dress alterations specialist quoted me. I went in on a Saturday to get a dress altered and she means business! Immediately she said hi, pointed me to a fitting room, and started asking questions. I loved it. Absolute professional. I walked out and she said I needed nothing done. She adjusted my straps and told me with the shoes my dress was perfect. She was honest and straightforward and I'm bringing all my clothes to her from now on. I even asked her if the straps needed to be more secure and what her opinion was of a second slit. She gave me her feedback and told me it was unnecessary when a lesser person would've taken my money. She's an expert and she's amazing. I'll be back. They are extremely over priced. My biggest regret is why I didn't ask about any of their pricing before going there. Instead, I chanced it, and got a nice big kick in the family jewels after using their services. Prices here are two to three times more than what the fair market prices go for. It's not as though they have re-invented the wheel for dry-cleaning services. It's only a plain dry cleaners with super heavy, astronomical prices! If you have money to throw in the fire pit, then Sterling Cleaners is the place for you.

When I asked him to cancel it, he claimed he didn't know how and needed to call someone. After spending a while trying to figure it with him, I realized he was trying scam me because as soon as I was talking to my dispute center at my credit card company did he suddenly figured out how to reverse it. On top of that, there's no AC, so unless you want to try on alterations sweating in a tiny wooden box behind a thin curtain, I would not recommend.
