This salon is underrated. Upon walking in I was greeted. The prices are as expected. Due to the time of day there were many techs available to assist. My nails and toes were worked on at the same time. The conversation went well and I was happy. My tech was named Christian and I'm unsure of the other. However, go sit and enjoy your time. read more

Since the changeover, this place is not been the same. I have gone a couple of times only because they are close to my house. But now I will drive farther away to get what I need, which is pleasing to me and my Pocketbook. The girl who did my manicure the first time had an attitude as if she did not want To do them. The second time, I was seated in a chair and waited over 10 minutes, and no one serviced me because they were short of people at work. I left, and the next When I returned, the lady did my nails at the table and did okay except she did not ask me if I wanted them shaped or not. When I treat myself to a mani and Pedi I am looking for a relaxing time to myself. This was my second visit to this establishment since moving to the area. The first time I was burned with a hot towel but thought I would give it another try. Well, big mistake! Staff was having a party, drinking beer, music so loud my ears were ringing and karaoke that sounded that horrible. Of course, all this was in Vietnamese. Absolutely, the most unpleasant experience. I end d my services early just to get out I do understand having a party but the staff were drinking and there was children in the business. Mannnnnnnnn My coworker recommended this place to me. I like to keep dollars within my community, but I went outside my judgement with these guys. First time there I see literally everyone around me sipping on wine getting their nails and/or feet done. My thought okay cool, about to get sip on wine while getting my nails done, ahhh the life. Unfortunately it was never offered to me. Whatever no big deal. I still liked my finished nails for $40 and gave the guy a $10 tip. Fast forward 2 weeks later (today) I go in for a fill. I wait a little, again no big deal they are busy. 10 minutes a lady comes to get me and says follow her. I sit down at #10 station and she starts filing down my pinky nail. Not even 2 minutes into her working on me another walks up they exchange words and the lady that's working on my nail(s) gets up, says sorry and starts on someone's feet. I sit there confused for a minute, trying to understand what's going on and why. No one says anything, comes to me, nothing just left there sitting wondering when I'll get some service. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Yes, the place looks nice and they have good hospitality (which is why they get two stars) but the quality of the nails you will get is HORRIBLE!! I went on 2/12/2021 to get my nails done for my vacation and the older man did them for me. He did them really fast while doing two peoples nails at once. When I left the nails weren't smooth like they usually are when you get SNS. After THREE DAYS of having my nails done, they already chipped. THIS HAD NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE THE NEW MANAGEMENT!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!! The prices are outrageous for the amount of time your nails will last. If you do decide to get your nails done there, DO NOT GO WITH THE OLDER MAN! I went in to get a basic manicure. No gel, No polish.. no color of any sort. The manicure itself is ok, but during my service I was cut, and deep. So much so after a few minutes I asked for a bandaid. They side talked and she simply kept applying the cut treatment that was not working!! The cut is so bad that 5 days later my finger is still sore. I've visited multiple times and there's never any consistency. They are too expensive to be all over the place. I won't return after this though. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Service takes forever! You have to continue to ask when you will be served? I was there for 2 hours - 1 hour soaking my nails and 1 hour getting a pedicure. Super disappointed. I got there at 6:40 ( they close at 8:00), lots of lights were down, but the door was unlocked. I walked in, they asked what I wanted and I said a manicure (I wanted a mani/pedi, but thought if I just said manicure, they'd take me). Nope, they said we are closed. The elderly man didn't clearly want to be at work that day. he was so rude and jerked my arm and hand. When I asked anything he had an attitude. my nails have never looked this bad. My nails are so uneven as in the shape and length and the color slippy and not even. I will never go back. read more

They are really nice and kind people. Although the quality of service you get here is really poor. For example, I ended up getting a French manicure and pedicure which chipped off in less than two days. Objectively, I believe that the quality of the Walmart French manicure sets that you stick onto your nails would have looked better. Unfortunately, I want to give this place another try. Although, everytime I come back they again prove me wrong :( read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I'm trying to find a good nail tech since moving to LG. When I arrived, I was happy, bubbly, & explaining what I wanted.... when getting my peti, while doing my nails, I was excited to have them both done at same time. (Faster!) But, that was where the happiness ended... While getting my peti, (I had mentioned in beginning I'm very ticklish & bothered w/my arches scrubbed hard) I was getting my arches scrubbed, rubbed, & messaged roughly throughout whole peti. I see a woman who was getting a peti b4 I arrived.. Seems to 'Always happen to me', but I noticed my peti tech watching the whole store & the 'goings on' everywhere, But at my feet or legs! As I admired the peti given to the other woman, I noticed what I wasn't receiving compared to her. [I was done B4 the woman who was there when I arrived!!] Then, my young nail tech has an aversion to filing... I made several comments on 'what I wanted', but was Argued With Every Step Of The Way!! (When is the client always right?) This young gal, not as old as I've been getting my nails done, refused to do the things I wanted done w/my nails!! I've never been treated so poorly by a nail tech! I went to this salon with my sister. We went several times in the past and my mother used to go every week. I have a heart condition and autonomic condition and I cannot handle direct heat on my skin. I simply asked that they not apply hot towels to my arms and legs. No big deal right? Apparently not! The woman got a big attitude about it and rolled her eyes and made comments several times. Finally I asked another woman who was working on my sister hey is there a problem, I just don't want the hot towels? She sarcastically said, the heat is on in here, but you don't seem to have a problem with that! The employees started laughing like it was a huge joke while the one with the worst attitude was stomping around. Oh no mam!!! I am paying GOOD money you do NOT try and act like a Dr for a very simple request. We also decided to get gel polish (no nails) and the woman tried to shove my hand in the light after I told her i was getting a burning sensation. She said LED lights don't burn and literally shoved my hand back in. I got back home and online and found out you can absolutely get a burning sensation for several reasons when doing gel nails. Professionals should know this! I told the other woman to stop working on my nails after this we went to checkout. They said they were getting the owner (a man) and he said sorry about that I'll give you $5 off, now what do you want to tip?? May I mention as we are talking to him the women are gathered around the register laughing! You have to be kidding me right? It wasn't even about the money but the way they treat people with disabilities is horrifying. I hope and pray they read this and I hope and pray anyone who has a disability that doesn't want to be laughed at and treated horribly doesn't go here! read more

I have been going here for years. It used to be fabulous. It has gotten worse and worse. I kept giving them grace due to loyalty. However, today, and I wish I could post pictures, I decided to try to treat myself because it had been a tough week. I got sms and a deluxe pedicure. They skipped multiple steps of the deluxe didn't listen to what color I asked for, and then charged for the deluxe stating they did the steps and I didn't notice. Ummmmm. The SMS LOOKS TERRIBLE.My fingernails genuinely look like a 5 year old did them. They are lumpy, uneven on each nail and unshaped. For all of this they charged 153.00. I never ever mind paying for things but to do a poor job, ignore customer requests, and lie about a service you provided is shameful. This business never used to be like this and has progressively gotten worse. I will drive across town and find somewhere new to go. Never again. And I will tell anyone who asks. read more

They made my nails SUPER thin and then charged me incorrectly. When I came back to mention it and fix my nail (that broke the same day) they were very rude as if it was my fault for the incident. They always do a great job on my nails. Most awkward part is walking through the door. Everyone just stares. No one smiles. It's like they're trying to decide which costumer they want to choose. Got a mani pedi with a group of my friends for our trip to Vegas nobody was happy I was the most unhappy. My nail tech argued me down for all my decisions (wanting tips, the color, etc) I'm not a confrontational person so when she yelled that the nail color I wanted was ugly to the whole store I just shut up and let her do what she wanted I hated my nails they were ugly little girl church nails that looked worse then press ons after she was done I went to ask management for someone to fix them sense she was completely unreasonable they instead had the same lady look at them and say I can't fix it and shrug and walk away that's when I found out the lady doing my pedicure the whole time was the manager and she watched the lady berate me the whole time and said nothing only to still charge me and laugh saying "ohh your mad huh" I went home soaked the nails off and wore press ons on vacation (and actually got compliments) my two friends also hated their nails but didn't have to put up with that behavior I saw another review say the same thing and the owner say that's not normal behavior for them that's a lie read more

Went to get gel on my natural nails and 2 acrylic nails bc two of my nails broke off. Not 4 days go by before one of the gel acrylic nails pops off. I went back to get it fixed. The next day, the other acrylic nail pops off. The woman who did my nails did not do a good job putting them on. The wait to get my nail fixed on a slow night was a half an hour. The woman tried to charge me 5 dollars to fix the the second nail even though I had to fix a nail the day prior. That is POOR customer service. Some of the women working there are nasty and impatient. Luckily the man working there told me I didn't have to pay to fix the nail. Don't go there. They are overly rude and will wait on a white person before they wait on a black person. There was a group of African Americans sitting and waiting for 30-45 min. A white woman came in. And they greeted her and sat her in a service chair while all the African Americans were waiting. I usually don't write reviews, but their attitudes suck. read more
