Jeno's has been an institution for decades in Severna Park. I've been eating there since it opened in the early 1990's. It was consistently the best cheesesteak that I could find anywhere in Maryland throughout my youth. As a kid, I used to work a few doors down making subs (including cheesesteaks) at its now closed competitor, Mische's. Jeno's made such a good sandwich, I usually skipped over my employee discount at Mische's to order up a sub at Jeno's. As the years have stretched on, I continued to frequent Jeno's. They still make a decent sandwich, but the quality of ingredients does not seem to have remained constant. The shredded Ribeye used to be thick and juicy cuts of meat that had a distinct savory flavor. Now, it seems to be a slight cut above steakum. Their prices are very competitive, so this may have been a necessary trade-off to keep costs down. Either way, I don't think their sandwiches still qualify as the "finest" in AA county. If only for the nostalgia, I will continue to visit Jeno's whenever I stop by SP. I hope they stick around and stay true to their original concept for many years to come. read more

I just moved back to the area and asked a friend where the best cheesesteak is, her answer was Jeno's! Well it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a friendly hello along with excellent service! Both the owner and his employee a local high school student were very personable and extremely helpful with our order! I had some questions about their menu and the owner gave me a small sample. Absolutely delicious! Our order was made quickly and the owner thanked me and was genuine! We will def be back and I can see now why my friend recommended Jeno's! We will def be back soon! read more

Was ok good the place is just a walk up tell the girl cooking in good was In pajamas I think look like she rolled out of bed and started the grill up with her long hair just hanging guy running register was nice he started getting the fries he put a glove on one hand but continued to use the hand with no glove I was thinking really ok he managed not to really touch my fries so made a trip to this place it would be cold the time I got home so me and my kids ate in the car I thought this was ok till I pulled a long hair out of my mouth I will never return read more

Dude. Me and some other ballers poppin' on down to Fabu Salon and the Public Library and we decided we needed a quick bite to eat. Stopped in here and was brought to tears! These guys have an item called the morning wood. Me and my straight friends could not stop laughing.
