Extremely disappointed with this Menchie's location after being a loyal customer for about 5 years. A few days before my birthday, I accidentally served myself a flavor I'm allergic to, and the frozen yogurt was also extremely melted and runny. When I explained the situation, the employees were rude, aggressive, and completely lacking empathy. They forced me to pay for something I could not consume, and one employee even commented that "the problem with the United States is that customers have too much power and abuse it." They then used my birthday coupon to cover the item without handling the situation professionally or respectfully. The entire experience felt humiliating and completely unacceptable for a business that depends on customer loyalty. Be careful with this store. read more

I took my girls here on our mothers Day day they love frozen yogurt. The atmosphere is so beautiful and clean and bright. The yogurt is amazing they have so many choices of toppings! Mmmmm!!!! Came here with my brother because he loves Menchie's and wanted me to try it out. So glad he introduced me to it. They have several different flavors of frozen yogurt, including sugar free and a lot of toppings to choose from. I loved how they had there sample cups sitting out so you didn't have to ask to try one. It tasted so good and was nice after a long hot Texas heat day!! If you want the best-frozen yogurt bowl, look no further! This was by far the best frozen yogurt I've ever had! It was creamy, delicious, and THE BEST. My favorite flavor was the ice cream sandwich. I am writing this primarily because of the rudeness of the person I found out later to be store manager Gabby. She intentionally serviced a guest behind me in line FIRST. Ignored me when I confronted her about it. And got defensive about me exposing her preferential treatment with certain guests, all of this in front of her staff. She claimed to be "cleaning" and that was the excuse to service the person behind me. Whatever! If she was actually spending time cleaning her excuse might make sense but the counters were dirty and the tables outside had yogurt and toppings all over probably from 2020. Walked in and the 2 girls on shift 08/18/22 were sitting down talking ( which is fine because nobody was in the store until I walked in) my problem is when 2 of the flavors were empty and the toppings were also half empty, now why if nobody is in the store do you wait until peak to stock up ?? Weird asf there was several empty bins for candy and fruits. Then we had to wait for y'all to refill both strawberry flavor and the fruit and it took 10 minutes and by then it started to get really crowded im taking, 15 people walked in outta no where and i kid you not my ice cream melted by the time my bf waited for his favorite flavor to be stocked + we had to wait for everyone who pushed past us rushing to get what was left. We love Menchie's, unfortunately this location is always dirty, the same employee has been there both times, comes out of the back when we walk in and as soon as we pay is gone again. The counter where you pay looks like it has never even been wiped down and the topping area was a disaster both times. My shoes stuck to the floor & my chair (seat & arms) & the table were all covered with a sticky fro yo film. For a place that just opened its quite small and compact. I'm not sure if it was just the fact that summer is beginning or not but it was super packed when I came here with my boyfriend and his sister. All the tables were taken so we had to get it to go. The checkout counter sat in the middle so we had to maneuver our way around everyone at the tables toward the machines in the back. They have little cups you can use to sample. I wish someone was there to help me with the samples because I would occasionally overfill the sample cups or find machines where the frozen yogurt was a bit unfrozen and more liquid. Also wished they advertise the price per ounce. I've been to other menchie establishments and you can tell this one just opened up. The staff needs to be more involved with the customers and explain the procedures. I saw little kids in there with their parents making a mess and the parents trying to control their kids. Katy use to have another frozen yogurt place on west green before they shut down. Really missed that place but hopefully menchies can figure things out and run a bit more smoothly. read more
