Love Love Love this place. Lets start off with the service. So funny and attentive and sweet and helpful. Each staff member was so nice and put a smile of my face. I'd like a sweet treat here and there and I know Jeremiah's pretty well accepted in these parts of the town, but I think it could have gone better. Service wasn't the best, we walked into the store and up to the counter and no one was there. We waited for a good few minutes until someone popped up from the back. He wasn't very good with conversation and didn't really care to make suggestions. I found that I definitely am more of a traditionalist to southern ice cream than to italian ice ore gelato. Fortunately at Jeremiahs, you'll get different layers of each. Pricing was a bit on the pricier side of things, but given the looks of the faculty, the decorations and ambiance is truly better than most. I believe we got the S'More as part of the flavorate. As mentioned before, some parts were good, the other layers weren't for me. Overall, a good place to go to but I wouldn't want to make a special trip out. read more

We came here after getting a recommmendation from a friend at church. They were super patient with us and the kids trying several flavors. The treats were OK, but the service and experience was 5 stars. The kiddos really enjoyed their Gelatis and ice cream. I think next time I'll get just Italian ice flavors because I found the combination with the soft serve to be a bit weird. The pinacolada, with chucks of real coconut was my fave! Definitely a cute little spot to come get treats with the kiddos. They had a surge of people right at 8pm on Friday night. You can't go wrong getting this on a hot summer day (or hot any season day) ... (or just any day you feel like it, because you can make your own decisions) ... They had a basil lemon flavor that I think is seasonal, and it is amazing. They also have good margarita flavors that lend themselves well to adding floaters, if you know what I mean. I like it because they have good flavors that are more fruity and tropical if you're in the mood, and then they have good flavors that are more like sweet or dessert types, like chocolate, peanut butter, caramel, etc. Whatever your mood, they can do it. They are also really nice and pretty good at helping you figure out what flavors you would like... they give samples if you need a taste. They also have good mix-ins and stuff like that. I wish I could give zero stars. The management here, particularly Cesar, is absolutely horrendous and very condescending to their employees. Instead of fostering a supportive and positive work environment Cesar constantly demeans and belittles his employees. I mean he talks down on them just because they're children I might add.
