The old lady today was rude, Never seen that lady before and If she's a new hire she needs let go immediately. Me and another customer both agreed she had a nasty attitude, he said she turned him away when he tried explaining his situation with his ice cream. Jeremiah's is my new favorite sweet treat spot! I don't think I'd ever had gelato before and it's the perfect mix between ice cream and sno cone! The employees here are so nice and they will allow you to try and flavor that you want. They give generous size samples and you can try them with or without ice cream. I really appreciate the opportunity to sample because their menu is large with flavors ranging from fruity to sweet. There were quite a few flavors I thought I would love and didn't and a few that I didn't think would be as yummy as they were. My personal favorites were cotton candy and cookies and cream out of the "dessert" flavors and then black raspberry and blueberry out of the fruity ones. I also like that they have a section of the menu that is their favorite creations. It gives you an idea of flavors that go well together in a mix of gelato, soft serve, and toppings. This is the only location I've been to, so I'm not sure if this is universal for Jeremiah's, but I also really like the set up of their store. You order at a walk up window and are able to either sit outside on their covered patio or inside their small enclosed dining area. Lastly, I suggest everyone sign up for their rewards program! If you're looking for something sweet and want to try something new, this is definitely the place! I came here for the first time a few days ago and was honestly overwhelmed by how many flavors of shaved ice and gelati treats they have! The staff was very friendly, and helped us out with many samples before we made a decision. They even dressed up a couple samples for me with sprinkles and soft serve (YUM). The inside is nice - colorful mural and some seating but it was a bit chilly (granted we did go on a pretty cold day). I ended up getting the horchata shaved ice which was very refreshing, but also spiced and creamy in a way. I also tried the vanilla soft serve, which was very creamy on its own as well. Delicious and incredibly kind staff. I had a great experience here. I had never tried shaved ice before so I loved that I could sample the different varieties. I ended up getting just chocolate soft serve with Oreo & it was pretty good. For the price I paid i have no complaints. The interior was nice and had a pretty mural on the wall. You can get a gelati with a combo of both Italian ice and soft serve. They have an indoor store, outdoor window, and a drive thru. So many ways to order! This girl has really bad attitude especially when she's the one who made the mistake. I went with a friend and asked for a Mango Gelato and when my order was ready she had a vanilla with mango. I asked her what's the white stuff on top she replied it's vanilla. She questioned me as if my order was not that, I told her no I just asked for mango. She's storms off, rolling her eyes, slams the one she made in the trash and she remakes me a new one with the most horrible and ugly attitude. I told her she didn't need to be rude about it. Because it was nice to get some Florida nostalgia here. --- --- --- When we lived in Tampa, there was a Jeremiah's pretty much right outside of our neighborhood and it was one of our regular spots when we were craving sweets. My wife was a bigger fan than me, but I did enjoy it too. But because it has not been accessible for the last 10 months or so since we moved to the Houston area, I think it just tasted that much better today. I ordered cotton candy and blueberry gelati and it really hit the spot, especially the cotton candy. I really liked that they had a drive-thru, since we had our toddler in the car. We did not have that in Tampa. And the person taking our order was very friendly and gave the full pitch on downloading the app - again, something we never heard about in Tampa. There's also have gelati with layers of both ice cream and ices as well as toppings and layerings of cookie crumbles, chocolate chips, etc. We ordered the sugar free tangerine. The Italian ice was freshly pulled from the well. It was airy and flavorful and consistent all the way through. Of course, don't eat it too fast or you'll get a brain freeze... LOL. The napkins case on top of table were out of napkins . The place closes at 11 on weekends and the inside was closed at 10 and it was warm outside.
