    Pepperoni pizza

I made a visit to the Corning Museum of Glass. After going to the museum, my family and I went to Rico's for some NY style pizza. Let me say everyone besides me gave this place 5 stars. The pizza was good, nice thin crispy crust, grease dripping from it. I ate the ends like you do with NY style pizza. But for me to give a place 5 stars, the place has to be special. To me there wasn't anything special about the pizza. It was what I expected good NY pizza to be like. 4 stars.

Garlic pizza with mushrooms, sausage n ricotta. Very good, the ricotta is extra fancy with added herbs and the sausage had a little spicy to it. I'm totally interested in if their red sauce is as good. Delivery to the staybridge suites was quick n efficient right to your room door.

My family of four wanted a quick bite after a long drive to Corning. We used Yelp and it was a toss up between this the other top rated piZZA JOINT. The Person behind the counter was awesome, happy, and very helpful. The sitting area was very cool and covered with art in the form of paintings and light fixtures. The one problem is there is only one spot for groups larger than 2 to sit down unless you move the tables and chairs for a group of 4 max. The calzones and cheese sticks were good. T One very nice touch were the kids magazines and Wall Street journals to read while you wait. One negative the menu could be seen or read with out being right at the counter. This didn't allow you to plan ahead before it was your turn to order. Priced right and friendly.

A few people suggested this place has the best pizza on the Market Street strip so I checked it out and it did not live up to expectations. Not bad, but I hope it isn't the best there is on this block. We went in late night before going to the bar and it was completely dead in there, a little surprising since it was a Friday night. I've seen a few of the other pizza places full of people so it always makes me a little nervous when restaurants are completely empty. I ordered one slice of pizza and a soda for $4. It seems a bit expensive, maybe I'm just picky. We also ordered garlic knots, which didn't seem all the way cooked through. I expected them to be more crispy, less mushy and it's not what I got; it didn't taste bad, they were pretty good but too greasy for me. My +1 ordered the eggparm sandwich and for $6, I nearly laughed when I saw the size of it. It was small, didn't even take up the whole plate, it looked like half of his sandwich was missing. The beer selection is limited but at least they have a selection. $4.50 for a bottle, meh. I like the décor, the tables are cool and if you have a big party or you're taking a sports team there, the huge table in the middle will accommodate you. The painting on the wall is also very cool. A nice vibe to the whole place but a bit lacking on the food. I will stop by again someday, but until then I will have to try the other places before I loop back around.

Miss Pizza Hut. The Pagliaci was skimpy with toppings and most were in the middle. A pizza that was made with little pride or interest.

Pizza is decent but avoid salads and sandwiches. A whole eggplant parm for $13... and barely any eggplant and cheese. Very disappointed.

Yummy pizza! Love that you offer slices. Great thin crust, hot out of the oven, good balance of cheese and sauce.

I loved the wings I got here! It was a bit slow getting my order but it was a Saturday and they were very busy.

We tried the 1/4 lb platter. With fries and potato salad. The pulled pork was amazing. Great flavor and very tender. The smoked sausage was as good as any smoked sausage I have had in upstate NY. The chicken was also very tender and had a good smoked flavor. The ribs had a lot of flavor and were not over cooked like some places do. The brisket.... Was brisket.... Maybe it wasn't made today which is fine. It tasted more like a roast than a brisket. My wife and I differ on our opinions of BBQ houses. I like to try the meats before I put any sauce on. My wife like it covered beforehand. This place doesn't smother it but does put it on before I got a chance to try the meats. The potato salad was ok but not bursting in flavor. The pieces in it are cut fairly large. It was ok. Fries are fries. A little over salted. But they did have malt vinegar. We might try this place again.

I wondered if it had really been barbecued. I didn't finish it. The ribs were okay, but not enough to make up for the brisket. The only part of the meal I really liked was the broccoli, which had been cooked with bacon. The plate below, with ¼ pound each of ribs and brisket, cole slaw, small corn muffin, and broccoli, was $47 including tax and tip. Price, service, and atmosphere were all acceptable, I have no complaints there. But the food was not good enough to bring me back.
