I was an established patient of Dr. George before the practice was sold to Epiphany Dermatology and…read morehad previously received multiple PRP treatments for hair loss without ever being charged an additional cosmetic consult fee. At a recent visit, I mentioned ongoing hair loss when asked if I had other concerns. My insurance was billed for a hair loss visit and I paid my copay. I was then charged an additional cosmetic consult fee for "hair growth," despite the discussion consisting of repeat information that was already in my chart. The cosmetic fee amount was not disclosed beforehand, and I was asked to sign the fee agreement after the visit. I attempted to resolve this through the office, corporate billing, and regional management over the course of more than a month, and also as a last resort through the BBB. Epiphany Dermatology did not meaningfully respond (if at all) and refused to address the issue in writing. My case remains unresolved/open with the BBB. I chose to end my care here due to lack of fee transparency and unwillingness to communicate.

I had to turn around twice and added about 8 minutes to my trip after other cars through. I almost missed my appointment but was only tardy 2 minutes due to traffic and leaving at a sufficient time. Help desk everywhere with accommodating employees. Clean, brightly lit, visible signage. There's a gift shop and food shops.Had a 55 minute wait in waiting room for dermatology and then an additional 20-25 in patient room. Dr appointment was only about 14minutes. My vitals weren't taken. Weight, bp, nothing. I've never experienced that at a dr appt. $40 copay too. Not the best experience, I expected better by the google reviews. Better rating if hadn't waited 85 minutes for 14 minute.

She had a folder of all the information we were going to cover on services and pricing so I could focused in taking this all in. We took our time on the tour looking at each room and getting information on how to utilize under a spa pass, monthly membership or annual membership. There is a gym, a cafe, even an area to bring your laptop or books to have a quite space in a relaxing environment. On our tour we were even able to discuss the micro needing and Anteage with one of the technicians. Big fan of the salt rock and cryo offered. I have had great benefits from both of those services over the course of my lifetime. I.was so impressed after the tour I booked a facial for 1/26 and am looking forward to seeing how this compound can fit into my new world.
