I could've eaten another. Guess I should upsize next time! - The tortilla: it was not great. It didn't have that lovely elasticity you get from a steam tortilla nor that browned crunch you get from a pressed tortilla. Once upon a time, these amazing breakfast burritos were available at the Shell gas station on Spenard. Visited this location for the first time today for pick-up. As described by other Yelpers, this establishment isn't fancy but the workers are efficient and kind. Huge filling burritos. Definitely a solid breakfast option. They close at 10:30am FYI. Honestly I was a bit skeptical that this place would be good because it's in a gas station! But honestly this is a secret treasure for breakfast burritos! They were pretty quick and very polite. Ended up getting the "OMG" burrito with reindeer sausage. The fillings were amazing and definitely will be going back for more. The only thing I wish they did was cook or just give the tortilla a few seconds on the grill so it wouldn't be very soft. This place might turn you away because it's in a gas station but don't let it. It's amazing and fairly priced. read more

After having been down here a few times to pick up lunch during my break, it is safe to say this is my favorite spot for breakfast burritos. Jerry's is located in the Shell gas station on the corner of Dimond and Old Seward, formerly occupied by the fast food restaurant A&W (RIP... another Lower 48 franchise bites the dust....). Unlike A&W, Jerry's is made-to-order for anything you get on the menu, a big plus for customers wanting their food hot and fresh at the window. The only downside is the waiting time with several cars in line. Be prepared for a wait when in line at the drive-thru especially during the breakfast and lunch rush. It is more convenient to call ahead and place your order 10 minutes before arriving. Head straight to the counter inside the gas station rather than taking the drive-thru unless there are no cars which makes it a quick in and out before going on your way. On a recent visit, I ordered the OMG Burrito Double Meat with bacon and Italian sausage, low-carb style (4 eggs made like a large scramble dish). This is a plus for anyone with certain dietary restrictions. With made-to-order, it was still piping hot by the time I got back to the office. The OMG low-carb was absolutely delicious and filling with a three-cheese mix melted in with the eggs. I also had this in the tortilla version with a side of Cheese Curds in the accompanying photo on a previous visit before switching to low-carb. Again, the advantage of made-to-order over waiting was evident here. The curds had a crispy texture and the cheese was still hot, a rarity for fast food restaurants that usually leave them sitting in the fryer for a certain amount of time when diners usually order fries or onion rings at other places. This was a smart replacement on the owner's part to keep their drive-thru business going. read more

Located in a gas station, this place is far from fancy, but for a quick bite before hitting the road it's a good idea. My husband and I both got the reindeer sausage breakfast burritos, and my husband got a small order of cheese curds. Everything was well prepared and came out quickly. The salsa that comes on the side is alright, although the hot was pretty vinegar-y so I didn't end up eating it. The burritos themselves were a bit on the plain side, but not bad. The first time I got a burrito from this little joint, I wasn't sure whether I should attempt to eat it or take it home, name it, and raise it as my own. My compadres from work announced that they were going for breakfast burritos and asked for participants. I am so glad that my answer was "Yes" and not "Where is it coming from?" We are only a couple blocks from Jerry's so they were back in a flash. They were greeted with all the enthusiasm that an expectant mother greets the stork with it's little bundle of joy. You would've thought they were slinging crack for free. I was handed what seemed to be approximately 1 pound of piping hot, steak and bacon breakfast burrito. The tortilla was hot and moist, with a bit of elasticity found only in fresh tortillas. It was stuffed to capacity with cheese, potatoes, eggs, bacon, and steak. That thing was huge! I could put my shoe on the end of it and pass it off as my leg! I have been back a couple of times since my first experience and a Food has proven itself to be reliably consistent. I have a rule... I do not eat food cooked in a gas station. Every rule has an exception. Jerry's OMG Burritos is that exception. Eat hearty my friend. read more

My burrito's are always great. I have had.....to many. I hit up OMG at least twice a month and they are consistently one of the best breakfast burrito's in town. They are friendly every time I go to pick up the goods. Eggs, hash browns, cheese and lovely little bits of swine. The reality is it's much more difficult to not go weekly (daily). Don't let the gas station put you off. April was great at taking our order and taking care of gas station customers. The ambiance was something we hadn't experienced before, looking for a good burger. Husband had the cheese hamburger and said it was worth a repeat eat. I had the steak burrito. Liked it, but would skip the hash brown in the middle. The tots needed seasoning. But the deep fried cheese curds were the BOMB. And the hot sauce is also the BOMB. I go to work early and sometimes I don't have time for breakfast. I came here a couple of times when it was A&W and still do now that it's a new name with same people working here. I don't get anything but the breakfast burritos, which have crispy hash browns and lots of cheese. There is a carb free breakfast option, which has no hash browns or tortilla, but more egg and cheese and protein. It's a quick breakfast for not a lot of money at $7.25. The staff prefer that you call first, and I usually do when I leave the house to make my way there. Would recommend. read more

Best I've ever had. Jerry's, located in a gas station at the corner of Dimond and Old Seward, makes they fresh and by hand. It takes a little extra time because of that, but it's worth the way. They arrive to you piping hot, moist and delicious. An extra benefit if Jerry's homemade honey mustard sauce. And oh, they have a drive through. Mmm....delicious! Jerry's is housed in a gas station, but don't let that fool you. They make awesome burritos! They have a drive thru and everything is made on the spot. We usually call in advance and then drive through to pick up. It never takes them more than 10 to 20 minutes that we've experienced. They are friendly, have yummy salsa, and some of the best breakfast burritos in town. I think I like them more than Expresso Expression burritos now. read more

Jerry's is home of the OMG burrito.This should stand for Ouch My Gut. It's a big breakfast burrito that might help you get out of a hangover, or it could ruin your day and possibly the next one after that. Ingredients are nothing special , however the meat choices are on point and decent quality. Breakfast burritos are pretty hard to screw up, and this burrito is pretty forgettable, but might get the job done. I'll give this place 3 stars, but that's mostly because of the convenience. Believe it or not, in this town, b fast burritos can be hard to come by on the go. This place and its drive through definitely serve that purpose. read more
