I had a terrible experience with Mike's Garage and Wrecker through AAA…read more After submitting my location through AAA, I immediately received a call from a woman who sounded irritated from the moment she answered, as if I was inconveniencing her by needing roadside assistance. She informed me that I had entered the wrong address. I tried explaining that AAA only allowed me to drop a pin and not enter the exact address, but before I could finish, she abruptly interrupted me and said, "Just give me a location." I attempted to explain that I was in a parking lot between PetSmart and Fujiyama and was trying to provide the nearest identifiable location. Instead of listening, she repeatedly interrupted me and demanded a location. When I told her I was between PetSmart and Fujiyama, she responded with, "Well, which one is it?" and then blamed me for not entering the correct address. When I tried to clarify, she became even more confrontational and said she could simply cancel the service request if I wasn't going to tell her where the vehicle was. At that point, I repeated that I was at PetSmart just to move the conversation forward. She also claimed she had called me three times, but my call log showed only one call from their number. Roadside assistance customers are already dealing with a stressful situation. The last thing they need is someone being rude, impatient, and argumentative while trying to figure out a pickup location. Customer service costs nothing, and a little professionalism goes a long way. I ended up using a different towing company that treated me respectfully and professionally. Based on this experience, I will never use Mike's Garage and Wrecker again and would not recommend them to anyone expecting basic courtesy and customer service.

I was less than one mile away and had to call a tow truck and they arrived in approximately 30 minutes. They filled my tire with air just to be able to turn it around and get it lined up to hook up to flatbed tow truck. It was a bit difficult because the Prius is so low especially with a flat front tire. After a lot of maneuvering he got it on and took me & the car to Toyota. Unloading it wasn't easy either as there was a certain area where it needed to be unloaded and of course the front dragged on the tilted flatbed.
