So mad. We've given this place many chances and each time we just leave angry. Saw the waitress to get our drinks and to hand off our meals. That was it. We had to stop someone walking by or go up to the bartender to get a refill or ranch dressing. Food is fine. Nothing fancy but not awful. Just getting any kind of wait staff that cares to give you AT LEAST one refill would be great. It's a shame because they have a great menu and atmosphere. What an unexpected surprise. Wanted to eat outside so just randomly dropped by. Place was nice and clean, we were seated promptly, great menu selection and excellent food. We were very disappointed. The waitress put a stack of dirty dishes on our table to take our order. both our orders were wrong. My husband was given the wrong order. My sandwich had pickles instead of avacdo slices on a generic hamburger bun, rather then the brioche on the menu. The fries were cold and limp. It will be a long time, before we return. read more

This place is LOUD, and the servers were essentially nonexistent. Came at about 10pm on a Friday night, got seated immediately, but then waited a few minutes for our drink order (which was incorrect on the first try). Then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before giving up on the place, no one came back to take our order. It was probably for the best, I could get a vibe that more poor service was in store, so it was good we left when we did. This place is often crowded and parking is a nightmare, and honestly, the food inside isn't worth the hastle. I've been there a couple of times and have had different things...none of which stand out in my memory except for the last time I was there. I was in the mood for a thick, juicy burger. What I got was a previously-frozen gross burger patty that tasted awful on a dry, flavorless bun. I couldn't even eat it all and my mother taught me to always clean my plate! I couldn't this time. Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Was immediately seated. Ordered a Cuban and a Ruben. The fries and sides were on point unfortunately the $10 sandwiches were lacking. The Cuban had 2 pieces of meat so all you tasted was butter, bread, and cheese. When we asked the waitress if this was normal the reply was all portions are weighed end of conversation. We waited 10-15 minutes without any service, that includes menus. My husband had to ask another table that had already ordered if we could look at a menu. Then we had to ask to even have a server visit our table 10 minutes after that. After seeing the bus boy talk to at least 2 servers one finally came over. Fries were cold, didn't have the sauces they serve with items we ordered. The best part of my meal was the $5.00 side salad. Second chance visit and last. 1 star is being gracious. My husband got the Cuban and it definitely did not match the description on the menu. 1 slice of ham that did not even cover the slice of bread and a piece of roast beef that might have equaled a tablespoon. 3 pickle slices that were piled on one side. It was basically 2 slices of toast with some butter. Fries were cold. I had the rueben and was not a big hit either. We did complain about the Cuban and it was removed from our ticket. The manager had to remove it from our ticket and she didn't even have the courtesy to come to our table to apologize. Highly suggest you keep on going and find another place to eat. read more

Kids grilled cheese was one slice of cheese toasted on a piece of bread and another one thrown on top. The apple sauce is cinnamon apple sauce (not stated on menu). My BBQ chicken had a whisper of BBQ at best. Cottage cheese was good. Fries were hollowed, over fried, dry, hard, crinkle sticks. I went and since I'm eating low carb I decided to get their sirloin. I asked for it rare and the first time it came out well done so I sent it back cause it's not uncommon and then they bring it back again and it was still well done. The service was horrible and their vegetables tasted like they came out of a can or a frozen bag. Wouldn't recommend. read more

Our waitress was great! Our food was NOT. My husband and I are big prime rib fans so we thought we would give it a try. We ordered one rare one medium rare. The medium rare was supposed to be 12oz and was what looked to be about 6-8oz piece, had zero pink in it, was super thin and the ends almost had a beef jerky texture. The rare piece looked more like the 12oz size it was supposed to be. It did have some pink in it but no where near rare. Also the flavor was just not good, definitely not a good cut of meat! The waitress got me a burger in place of the prime rib (which I only ate one bite of). The burger wasn't much better. Not sure we will ever be back, just not good food. read more

The "melt in your mouth" calamari steaks were like chewing on a stiff piece of leather, the BBQ basted chicken sandwich was undercooked and had cheap BBQ sauce simply poured over it, and the fries were soggy. went in for lunch. ordered the PLAIN chicken wings. what i got were breaded, hot wings. i told the waitress this was not what i ordered (i even mentioned wanting plain, naked wings) - she apologized and left. she came back (she was new) with reinforcements and they told me this was what they had. the wings come already breaded and spiced. i asked why they are listed as plain since plain does not ever mean breaded and spicey. they didn't know. i even checked the menu to be sure i hadn't misread. sure enough - chicken wings can be ordered plain. they just don't show up that way. read more

OK - so I like the location and ambiance of this bar and grill and I keep giving it chances but I am finally done. The service is consistently poor and the food is mediocre at best - sometimes not even that good. On our recent visit my daughter ordered a steak (which was just OK) and vegetables as her side. The plate came without the vegetables so we had to ask for them. When they arrived they were green beans and carrots that were soft as much and seemed canned. Drinks are fine so it you go - just go for drinks but don't expect to get anything very quickly. read more

Really nice atmosphere but that is about where it ends. The wait staff is cold and inattentive. Also, I think every good bar should have a good burger that is NOT made with a frozen patty. How difficult is it for a restaurant/pub to keep fresh burger on hand?! Really?! Beers are a little overpriced. Pizza is pretty good and unlike what someone said in an earlier post the fries were actually pretty good. Not fresh cut but they were the crinkle cut kind...and not freezer burnt. The owner is the same as Boozies on Brady and I think if he would spend a little more time with training his staff and using fresher ingredients he could get some better reviews. On 3/6/15 my boyfriend and I decided to go to here for dinner around 5 pm. It wasn't busy yet so we figured service would be quick. No, definitely not. We waiting 10 minutes to get drinks and I had to ask twice for my drink since he "supposedly forgot", then waited another 10 minutes to have order taken and waited another 30 minutes for our food, which when it finally came out, it was cold.
