We stopped here for lunch yesterday afternoon, there was a few people there but not many. We ordered our food and then when we went to pay we told the cashier 3 times what we ordered and gave him the little slip for our hot items, we waited a good 15 minutes for our food. When we finally got our sandwiches my guys didn't have any thousand island on it and my veggie wrap had not lettuce or tomato. I was literally missing half my god damn veggies, I think it should almost be a felony to deprive a vegetarian of veggies. I know for sure that it is frowned upon. read more

The sandwich was great at this location, but I give the appearance of the store and slicing equipment a big fat ZERO! Dirty, like they hadn't been cleaned recently. When I walked in, I noticed the overwhelming smell of weed- as if someone had been smoking before I walked in I was the only customer there when I ordered a sandwich. The employees were more interested in watching the football game than really making quality food. The only positive was being handed a coupon for a free regular sub. Love fresh deli meats!!!! The quality of their meats is fantastic! The breads are also good! The place is really clean and the servers are super friendly and do not spare on toppings. It was my first time here and we were ordering take out for a group of 4. Unfortunately we ordered the wrong thing! Pastrami and cheese sandwich was very soggy, it ruined the bread! Have ordered hot sandwiches to go at many other places and never had that happen, so they obviously don't know how to pack hot sandwiches to go! I also don't like the fact that they did not ask if we wanted toppings with our pastrami sandwich, I know that us unusual, but they should have asked before packing the sandwich to go, I went to grab drink and before I new it sandwich as packed! Other sandwiches looked really good! I'll have to give it another try to see if I can improve rating to a 4! read more

Three weeks ago I had a sandwich at Jersey Mike's that changed my life, and I've thought about it every day since. I didn't have a particular order in mind, and Mason, one of the sandwich artists behind the counter, keenly noticed my indecision. He quietly suggested the philly cheesesteak sub. He seemed a trustworthy fellow, so I ordered a full size sandwich. He then let me in on a most delicious secret: order the cheesesteak with the chipotle mayo dip. I knew at that moment that this man meant business, and so when he suggested I go-big-or-go-home and order it on the new rosemary parmesan bread, I knew I had no choice to say YES. You might be thinking that it's heresy to dip a cheesesteak into chipotle, and rosemary parm bread. That's crazy enough to put a second crack in the Liberty Bell! And you know what? It was an incredible, nay, *life-changing* event. I was Neo living in the Matrix, and Mason woke me up from my false paradigm with a sandwich-sized red pill. I was blind and now can see - thanks to a sandwich. Let me put it this way to anyone still wearing cargo shorts: if Guy Fieri ate a bite of this sub, I guarantee he would have said "Shut the front door. This sammy is BEZERK! I'd eat it on a flip-flop. This is out of bounds!" and then his head would have exploded all over Flavortown. If you're looking to order this sub and chase the feeling I'm describing, good luck because it's not on the menu; you'll have to go when Mason is working. Mason, the gourmand, the sandwich sommelier. Give this young man a raise, promote him to management, or do whatever is necessary to keep him around. A close second to port of subs. They don't have as many options topping wise but they give you lots of meat and shakers, which is great. They are a million times better than subway, which isn't hard to accomplish. Will definitely go here again read more

Love their subs. I was raised in Philly and it is really hard to find a good hoagie out here on the west coast. This is the closest I have found to an authentic hoagie. Their hot subs are ok. The chicken in the chicken parm sub would be better if it was breaded and if there was a bit more. My husband was disappointed in that one. I've been here twice now and I'm definitely a fan. My parents told me about this new place by my house (am I blind?) and raved about their Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches... that's what they love, and me I'm more of a turkey or ham kinda girl, so I've tried the Turkey & Provalone and the Turkey Club... both times I was a happy girl. My first visit I was a bit of a deer in the headlights... wasn't sure on the sizes as I didn't see any explanation of what a small, regular or giant was... a giant is about a foot, regular half a foot and small half of a regular. They also have "Mike's Way" of making your sandwich which includes Mayo (? i wasn't fast enough to stop them last time since I'm not a huge mayo fan.) Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Oil & Vinegar, Salt & Pepper and Oregano. You can tell them how you like it if you don't like anything listed above. I'm a customizer. They have a club card which I haven't read up on but became a member instantly... I'm sure I get a free sandwich after 10 or something. Overall I like it! Reminds me of Port of Subs which is no longer near me. Not sure if they offer different bread choices other than white but they do wraps for sure, I will have to try one next time! A bit pricier than Subway for the sandwich... the giant is around 10.50, and I believe the regular is around $7ish. But the sandwich tastes fresher, so I think it's worth the extra. read more
