My friend Neek is at Jersey Mike's weekly. I always say I want to try it, but never have until today. I was on Marietta St. and this location was open and no one was in line. Usually I am in the area after it's closed or the line is long so this was a sign. I walked in and was impressed by how clean the location was. I'm talking spotless and everything was in order. As this was my first time, I needed a few moments to process the menu. It took me forever because I couldn't decide. Every sandwich on the board was calling my name. LoL! I decided to get the Chicken Philly on White! Now... I'm one of those people who likes to get my sandwich how I like it, however, I wasn't aware that the Hot Sandwiches go straight from the grill to being wrapped. I was supposed to do my additions in the beginning. Now I know. However, my sandwich was made as detailed on the menu, wrapped, cut, and $20 later I was out the door. Side note, inflation is real. With these prices Jersey Mike's will be saved for treat days. LoL. Back to my sandwich. It was hot, fresh, meaty, and smelled AMAZING!!!! Layered with Grilled onions, peppers & White American cheese, Mike's Chicken Philly was a mouth-pleasing, well seasoned, stomach filling experience. Fresh Fixings. High Quality Meat. Perfectly Grilled Onions and Peppers. Precision Chopped Chicken. Gooey Cheese. I'm talking crafted Philly Perfection. As I ordered the Giant I was able to have half for lunch and half for dinner. As such, I guess $10 per meal as a breakdown isn't bad. LoL!!!!! As a first timer of Jersey Mike's I am wholeheartedly pleased. The service was good. The store was clean. The food was fresh. really like this place because it's sooo tasty and always fresh! Every visit feels consistent and satisfying. My absolute favorite is the #6 with roast beef -- it's packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and always made fresh to order. The bread is soft, the ingredients are super fresh, and the portions are generous. The staff here are friendly and quick, which makes the whole experience even better. LATE!! I am so late to the Jersey Mike's Sub's game! So late. Shame on me. I don't think we would have met if it had not been for the pandemic and how it changed the food delivery game. I love a great sub. And that is what you will get here. Endless variety. Fresh food. Great bread. Made to order. Yum. I've tried mostly the hot subs. I've spent some time in this area for work, and this Jersey Mike's quickly became my go-to lunch spot. The staff here are friendly, and power through the lunchtime crowd while still making a consistently quality sandwich. In terms of lunch options in the area, I would recommend this over most other things nearby. (Such as walking to the CNN center food court.) read more

My family and I often visit Jersey Mike's when we want subs. We love the hot chicken and steak phillies along with cold subs made Mike's way. The meat and veggies are always fresh and the bread is soft and delicious. We were shocked to find a chain that makes the best subs ever. In our opinion, they are a sub above the rest. I am small for my age so people think I'm a non professional or a young adult. Walked into Jersey Mike's on Monday early afternoon located 55 Marietta St in Atlanta. Was not greeted and since this was my first time visiting, I wanted to view the menu. Upon placing my order the slicer had a tone in his voice that I recognized immediately, I said nothing. The sandwich maker asked what I wanted on my $15.00 plus giant sub, I replied. While waiting I noticed that guests coming in were acknowledged and greeted. When completed, the expediter hastily gave me the receipt and laid my order on the counter. No napkins, no condiments and no thank you. Usually with such rude treatment I'd walk out but since I paid with my card I elected to stay. But, rest assure, I'll never return to this or any other Jersey Mike location. read more

Something in the sandwich chipped my tooth!!! When I called the lady was very nonchalant "thanks for letting us know" she didn't even ask about the damage to my tooth. This is now a physically visible chip on my tooth I can't believe this. I'll be in contact with the state department because there most definitely is foreign objects in their ingredients. And, they weren't the nicest. They seemed visibly annoyed with me being indecisive. They accidentally made me a giant sandwich which I paid for anyway but now have to throw away because there's something strong enough to chip teeth possibly scattered around the sandwich. My opinion of Jersey Mikes's staff/employee. I visited jersey Mike's on Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro, Georgia, on 05/03/22, approximately 10:05 am. The male employee was extremely rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful, insensitive, no customer service/communication skills, unprofessional, angry, confused, and discombobulated. I ordered #3 on white bread and they started preparing my sandwich on Italian or parmasan cheese bread. I wanted honey mustard and the woman employee put mayonnaise, because the honey mustard bottle had mayonnaise in it. The male employee needs extensive training in customer service and communication skills. His demeanor is going to cause the company to close down. He has a bad attitude and demeanor about himself. He needs an attitude adjustment. The key is to treat your customers with dignity and respect in spite of how you feel or if you are experiencing a bad day. I wouldnt recommend this company to anybody. Travel to another loccation. Good riddance. read more

This was my first experience eating at any Jersey Mike's and it was delicious! We are visiting and wanted something quick and tasty. The sandwiches were messy (which makes them a even better) and piled high with meat and toppings. The manger there was awesome. He told us everything we needed to know about the sandwiches and gave excellent suggestions. We will definitely be back when visiting Atlanta! read more
