The food at this Wendy's is terrible. My chicken sandwich was as cold and dry and tough as shoe leather, the fries were cold, and the frosty was thin and melted. I threw out everything. I just left Wendy's and all I can say is that the people were beautiful and the restaurant was even better. Everyone was friendly and the place was very clean. Alright it's been awhile since the last time I did a review for this Wendy's location since it's local to where I live. This by far is now -- to me -- the worst experience I've had EVER. Work 10 hr shifts 4x a week and I normally have no energy to cook at home, so my go-to is just to grab fast food on the way home to my apartment: Tonight was one of those nights. I don't know if it's the staff, I don't know if it's just the lack of customer service, or even the food. I swear, corporate better be sending someone to this location to see why it's doing so horrible. I did an online order, which normally shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes if there's no one else in line which there wasn't besides myself. I pulled up to the window after confirming my order at the drive thru speaker and the girl in the window was rude as hell. She never has a smile, never even tells me whether my food is going to take a minute or few before it's ready. I don't know her name, but she needs to be taken off the window. She immediately handed me my drink and coldly told me "pull up for us". I did that because normally I don't say anything besides "alright" or "okay!" And I did what she said. 6 minutes later she comes out, no smile or anything else to say but shoved my bag into my hand and told me "bye now enjoy". My bag didn't even feel hot, nor did my food. I even opened my baconator to find the cheese isn't even melted as if they put it on after they let the burger sit on the counter until it was almost cold. My baconator fries didn't even have extra cheese which I paid $1.00 extra for it and more than half the shredded cheese on both fries weren't even melted and had barely warm temperatures. I shouldn't have to bring my food home to heat it up in the microwave to get this stuff hot and actually feel safe enough to eat every time I do Online Ordering through the app. I will not be returning to this location and I will consider calling corporate to file a complaint. This isn't the first instance of receiving Under-temperature food either. I hope whoever reads this finds this helpful because this is absolutely disgusting read more

Inconsistent. I am so tired of going to this location to find them open and serving drive-through customers, but have the internal dining room closed. I do not enjoy eating in my car and if I'm going to spend this kind of money for a hamburger and mediocre fries, I expect to be able to sit down, at least enjoy them. This location evidently. Cannot keep employees as they are always hiring and there's always somebody new when I visit. But if you're going to be open, be open, don't lock the door because you don't wanna serve guest at the counter. What is this company coming to!? Worst Wendy's in the area. They close at 11 even though they're supposed to stay open until 12 as well as just rude service that don't seem to know what they're doing. The food tastes significantly worse than other Wendy's locations. Just go to the Solon location it's much better with much better management this one should just be shut down. read more

The Wendy's in Aurora, Ohio is so short staffed the dining room has been closed for months. One day I went there for lunch and they said they only had two employees there would be a wait. The line is constantly long and slow. Tonight I went there and was told, "Fast food is the new family food. There's a $62 order ahead of you so there will be a wait." I replied "Good night" and left. $62 is NOT a drive thru order. They should have required the order be placed ahead of time and made sure they had staff to handle it. The employees try their best to be polite and I appreciate them telling me there would be a long wait so I didn't waste my time sitting in a drive thru line. My poor rating is because I think it's ridiculous that a large corporation like Wendy's is running a store like this. I feel bad for their employees. I understand many businesses are struggling to maintain staff but don't burn out the people you do have. I tried to contact corporate directly but their website kept kicking me out as soon as I selected "complaint" when trying to leave a message. read more

Ordered two nugget meals and they gave my children half spicy nuggets (hidden on the bottom of the pack) and half regular. Asked for ranch dipping sauce, and got honey mustard. No other cars in the line, 9:00 at night. So disappointed. All the fries were the ends of the fries too, but a single fry longer than an inch. Gross. read more

I would like to initially establish this would have been a brutal review, but, sometimes you are impressed. I had placed an order from a "courier (UE)" and not one thing was correct. They would not refund because I had received food. That, in and of itself, is funny. However, I contacted Wendy's, and instead of passing the buck back to (you know who), they kindly rectified the issue with a full replacement. Not only that, they gave my young daughter a Frosty. I waited in the drive thru for 4 songs on the radio, so about 15 min...(fast food huh) then I get my order... and 1 of 2 sandwiches is falling out of its wrapper... Sandwich 2 of 2 was all wrong. (I had to park and run inside and get the right sandwich) The fries tasted cold and an hour old. I talked to 3 different employees and not one of them said sorry for the wait or sorry we messed the order up. The 2 star rating I gave them is being nice. Used the drive through to order burgers and a frosty. When we got to the window we were told that the machine was having issue and that the frosty's were slimy. They substituted an Iced Tea. I took one sip of it and it was slimy and probably several days old. I then went inside and asked for my money back. This is hands down the most PAINFULLY slow drive thru. In the world. Every time I visit this location there is only 3 or 4 cars in line and it always takes 15-20 mins to get through the line. We've been here multiple times and been the only car in line and still they somehow manage to take just as long. If you're gonna get fast food, save yourself the hassle and just go to the McDonalds across the street. read more

Great new prices. I recommend the chicken slapper. It only costs a dollar and has great taste. Top quality chicken sandwich. The only problem is they forget to put the lettuce on them half the time. A friend of mine and I came here after getting a craving for a Wendy's hamburger for lunch on the weekend. There were four cars in the drive-thru when we walked inside the restaurant to order. We got into line and waited while the family in line in front of us ordered. Then waited longer while others who wanted drink refills got taken care of. Then the person helping them disappeared somewhere in the back, and didn't come back to the front counter. In fact, no one came to the front counter to take our orders. While waiting even longer, I noticed there were at least two employees covering the drive-thru window. There were three other employees manning the fry station and making hamburgers and other types of food - for the drive-thru orders!. We waited longer ... A group of five people came in and got in line behind us. Still no one came to the order counter to help any of us in line, nor did anyone acknowledge that any of us were in line waiting. I realized that I was in line for over 15 minutes! Forget this! I'M OUTTA HERE! If you come here, I hope you don't have the same bad customer service that I experienced. But don't be surprised if the employees here make you wait because they have no time to take care of the customers who walk in. read more

Worked for Wendy's years ago and respected this company's standards and their ability to meet customer's needs. Well, it is no longer the case as far as the customer. Drive thru average time was supposed to be 30-60 seconds when I was working for them. Sat at the drive-thru window waiting on (4) Frosty's for 5 minutes! This was after all ready sitting in a 5 car line to get to the speaker to place the order. Got to the window and saw people working on chili, getting soft drinks, but not one person was at the frosty machine (could see it from my car). Finally get the Frosty's and had ordered one that was half and half...asked the cashier which one it was and they didn't know! It just added to the frustration of the wait. At first I was quite upset due to the fact that I arrived at 10:55 and was assured by a sign that said promptly "Open Until 11" but when I rasped my knuckles against the cold glass Wendy's door I was only greeted by smug facial expressions but no in resturaunt help. However I tried a second approach and idled my car up the winding road known as the Wendy's drive through. Although the service was just alright it was nearly acceptable due to the fact that we places our order at approximately 10:59. Overall I am glad I recorded my food however in my personal opinion the service could be slightly improved upon. I will continue to bring my business here but hope to see improved service. Painfully slow service. This is the slowest fast food restaurant in the world! I have been here five times in the last four months with no more than four cars in line. It takes at least 15 minutes to get through. Unbelievably slow! If you are the owner of this franchise you need to get your act together. We are done coming here. While I am a huge Wendy's fan and often like to go there because I'm a fan of their frosty's and baked potatoes, this particular Wendy's almost always seems to be out of said items during their peeks hours! I go there on my lunch break for work and by the time I get there I don't have time to go somewhere else, so it really makes my experience not so great. Past that even after telling me they are out of said items they do not try to maybe suggest something else I may like or try and sell me otherwise.
