Our first visit to Jersey Mikes was awesome. No complaints. I had never been and the AM there (Marvin) walked us through the whole process which was great. He was super helpful and informed us on how to go about it. I love how they slice the meat as you order your sandwich. My daughter had plain salami and cheese which was on point. The salami was amazing. I had the Original Italian Mikes way and yes, amazing! But to be honest as good as the sandwich was the service was even better. I'll definitely be coming back soon to keep trying other sandwiches. read more

Actually the guys that work here are well trained but this one particular employee has a real crappy attitude and jacked up customer service !! I ordered the number 3 today through DoorDash. When I received it and open the sandwich I was disgusted the sandwich had so much Mayo that it was leaking and all over the wrapping paper. On top of that it had so much bacon like geez just give me a package of bacon why don't you this is ridiculous. I have been here serval times and had great service and food. However today when my sandwiches were being made. I noticed that the lettuce was brown. I told the person making my sandwiches that the lettuce was brown. She then asked me "do you want lettuce or not" I said yes but fresh lettuce. Had a long day just finished a huge load of laundry and it was 7:50 pm Sunday night in Baldwin Park where everything closes early. Thought oh I know I'll pop into Jersey Mike's Subs get couple of subs and head on my way. Mind you this is where "Jersey Mike's has always been about people. From being greeted by our staff when you enter our locations, to giving back to the communities we serve. If you need to get in touch with us, choose an option below - we're happy to serve you!" When we got there, there was a customer completing his order. So we waited 5 mins, then he got his order and went on his way. We waited about another 5 mins no one in line just 2 female workers acting like they were busy really doing nothing. Then a 3rd worker comes out the back and tries really hard not to make eye contact. Walks over to the other 2 tells them to make 3 subs for I don't know who there is no one in line. Still no one has greeted us and now we have to wait and watch them make 3 more subs (im sure another 10 mins.). So I turned to my guest and said let's go I am not waiting another 10 mins. So we left after waiting 10-12 mins mostly alone being ignored by 3 staff members. I also reached out to corporate with en email also to be ignored. Wow! Great sandwiches made fresh to order and they even slice your meat as you order it. Everything fresh! Very clean location. And the service is great! One if the best i have seen and i am big on service. The guy that took our order was great very welcoming and he even made recommendation on the different sandwiches. Wonderful place to have lunch or any time for that matter. Employees are cordial helpful and friendly. Location is absolutely clean the food is tremendously good. Let me just start off by saying that Janae (I hope that's how you spell it) was really helpful and made my first experience at Jersey Mike's Subs on Sept. 16th a very pleasant experience. Not only did she help out my brother (who had a notoriously complicated order) she guided me in understanding the components of each of the restaurant's best subs. And she was very patient with me despite my numerous questions. And for that, I think she well represented the face of the company. Kudos to Y'all for such an amazing customer service experience. First time ever eating at jerseys and it was horrible. I ordered the roast beef and provolone Mike's way and you would have think I ordered a veggies on top of veggies with extra veggies sandwich. Even after taking most of all the veggies out there was virtually no roast beef and it was flavorless and moist. I was truly disappointed but then I realized it was a whites only establishment. Then it all made sense from virtually no meat and half a foot sandwich for $11 dollars. I will never step into Jersey Mike's ever again. Not worth it! Stay away if you are brown or black. read more

I normally receive great service but not today. I called in my order and was told it would be 20 min. When I inquired why I was told they were short staffed. But what they didn't know is I was only 5 minutes away, and in route when I made the call from my car. I walked in the door and the place was totally empty of customers and my sandwich was made. When I made the comment that the place was empty the supervisor was very non chalant and defensive in my opinion. As she knew I was the one who called in the order. Now here is the thing, if I had waited 20 minutes to come in as instructed my sandwich ( Jersey Mike's style would have been sitting in oil and vinegar for 20 minutes, and too soggy to eat, which has been my experience on most phone orders. In my experience the phone orders do not have the same quality or care as when you are there watching them make it. They are perfectly willing to give you a soggy sandwich on phone orders...never on walk ins...attitude very disappointing, and so was the sandwhich. read more
