When asked if they offered any gluten free bread the girl at the counter said no, it would taste horrible. Forced to order a "bowl" and the price for 2 people came to $36?! It was ok food but not for that price and very limited gluten free options. Overall not going back due to that. read more

Great sub place. This is NOT a philly cheese steak place or a meatball sub joint, even though they do have those on the menu and they are decent.This is a place for excellent, fresh cold subs. They slice the meats to order, produce is always fresh as well. I used to be a regular at the Kent location where the line goes out the door at lunch sometimes. Just understand that the "proper" way to get one of these sandwiches is "mikes way" and these are East Coast style subs with all the oil and vinegar and oregano and all that. I get a kick out of people coming in and ordering like its a Subway or something. It seems to me like the only people that could go here and not be really happy are people that come in "expecting" it to be like something else...Just enjoy it for what it is, and enjoy your lunch! read more

This would be my third time walking into this place. Each and every time we were greeted with hello and hi's. As Im trying to order my usual turkey i get caught staring at the hot sandwiches for a minute. I can't choose. So the guys and girl noticed and asked if i needed some help. I told them i cant seem to choose. So they started to tell me about the JM Big Kahuna which seemed good but they said "BUUUUT" have it Ferdando's Way. Off menu and an employee invention. Sure why not! Sure enough i was sold on it and it was great. Great service, people, and sandwiches here at the burien location. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Kept referring my sister and I as "Hey girl with the sweatshirt". When we were waiting in line to be helped one person said "yeah what do you want?" Super rude and impatient. They were all more concerned with talking about each other and who was dating who then providing customer service. I've worked in food service business for a large portion of my life and I would have never let my staff talk like that to customers. Plus it would be nice if you would wash your hands or put gloves on when touching my food. Don't roll your eyes either when I ask you to do so. read more

7:50 pm I just stepped in to grab a sandwich. Waited for two customers ahead of me. Three workers, one at cashier, and two making sandwiches. I stood there all by myself for about three to four minutes with cashier just looking at me and looking away while one worker was at the grill and other worker walking from sandwich station to the back room, this happened about two times and worker and cashier never said a peep, but they did make eye contact. There are plenty of places to grab a sandwich. At the prices of Jersey Mikes its worth the drive to find one. Honestly a manager on site at all times would help. Or just someone anyone watching the sandwiches being made. This last time I had someone make a very good looking sandwich only to ruin it with about 1/2 a cup of olive oil. Seriously moderation is a word they need to learn. It made the entire sandwich inedible. Doesn't confuse Jersey's mike's with healthy eating. It has more oil and grease than an XL pizza. It would be on thing if the meat was good but it was the saltiest meat I've ever eaten. I absolutely hate subway for their cheap ingredients but I would eat there before coming back here. There is nothing worse than leaving a restaurant regretting patronizing the establishment. So go in knowing you will regret your decision to eat here. If you must come here just get bread. Was "helped" by a girl Jasmine or Jazmine (don't know how she spells it) that works there. She was super short with my Dad who was trying to greet her and talk to her. She rudely interrupted him multiple times, didn't smile once and barely made eye contact. The sandwich I got was good except it had way too much mayo but I guess that's my fault for not clarifying the amount. But my Dad's wrap was so small. It had barely any toppings and it said it was supposed to have tomatoes which she didn't put on the sandwich. It was also the the same price as my sandwich was and half the size. When this placed first opened it was great, idk what happened to the guy that owned it or manager but I think they should be around to make sure their guests are still getting the level of service required at a place of business. read more

I've never Yelp before so for me to feel compelled to now I think validates my disappointment. My wife and I got home late from work on a Friday night and wanted something good and easy for dinner. Unfortunately we wanted the cheese steak but the employee told us it was unavailable because they did not have any of the correct size of bread available. This was a lie and she only said that because she was to lazy to clean up the grille after making the sandwich even though the location was still schedule to be open for another full hour. I don't ever want to cost someone their way of supporting them self and or family but I know we will never go there again. Poor customer service and management if this type of service is taught and acceptable. If the owners read this please address this with staff because your sandwiches really are excellent. read more

Ordered Jersey Mike's for the first time today and was disappointed to say the least. I ordered a big kahuna chicken sandwich from them via uber eats to deliver for my lunch break and they messed up entirely. After working all day at my hospital and finally being able to take my first bite of food for the day, it turns out they gave me a beef sandwich by mistake. Now this may seem like a simple mistake but I'm HINDU. That means I have never purposely eaten beef in my life. I'm not even super religious but it's a practice I grew up with and still maintain. But even with taking religion out of the picture, dietary restrictions are important to be mindful of in general. All that aside, my stomach is in shambles because of just those few bites I took. I rarely eat red meat and have only ever accidentally been given beef. Every time I eat it, it wreaks havoc on my digestive system and this time was no different. I called them directly and told them the issue. The manager apologized and did send out the correct order to be delivered to me. I appreciated that even though that's the bare minimum of what you should do when you make a mistake like this. No compensation for my delayed meal break or my screaming intestines. Could have thrown in a cookie or two, but no.. As for the chicken sandwich itself, it was overall actually pretty good. The cheese tasted a little fake; kind of craft singles-y. I don't think I want to order from them again. Yeah people make mistakes but I should be able to trust that you can make a sandwich to the order you received. This ain't McDonald's.. Love this place! This time I got the Club Sub. I love the wheat roll. The staff are always friendly and patient. They always make me feel like a valued customer. Don't forget to sign up for the rewards program. A free sandwich on your birthday and the coupon is good for a whole year. But, these sandwiches are so good, you will probably use it quickly. I like their sandwiches but found the service really lacking. I was really hungry and just got off a long day work. I knew they closed at 9:00pm, and it was 8:54. I was 2 minutes away so I called and told them I was 2 minutes away and could I order a quick sandwich to pick up. They said no and that they close at 9:00. I sped there and got there a couple min before 9:00 only to find the store closed and chair up, and the employee sweeping. I guess it just bugged me that I couldn't get a sandwich because the employee wanted to go home early. I had just started going here instead of Quiznos down the street, but they've lost me now. OK, spent many summers on the Jersey shore and passed through Point Pleasant, NJ, the location of the original Mike's. Can't remember if I ever ate at the 1st Mike's, but I've had my share subs. Wow, what a difference between JM's and the other sub chains. Although the price seemed a little high, I can understand why. First, all of the meat and cheese is sliced after you order your sub. Unlike other places that slice ahead of time, all the meat and cheese is sliced while you watch. The bread was wider than other chains and is 7 inches long, not 6 like other chains. Loads of meat on the sandwich and then to the toppings. Order it Mike's way and you get onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oil and vinegar, oregano and spices. You can also add jalapenos, or banana peppers, cherry pepper relish, and pickles. Old school style of making subs and these were very fresh and filling. Maybe not as many selections as other chains, but definitely a more robust sandwich. Wish there was a JM's closer to home. Staff was friendly. If you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you as the meats and cheese are not pre-sliced and they take time to make a sub you will enjoy. Brought back fond memories of my summers on the Jersey shore. They also have wraps and some BBQ dishes. I would certainly go back. read more
