I have been in twice now. First time ordered Philly Cheesesteak (beef steak) and it was very good. I will order again. Second time I ordered on line for a pick-up, about 45 minutes in advance. The order was ready when I got there. I ordered the Italian Classic Sub Mike's Way. Too bad the sandwich was drenched with too much oil and vinegar, especially the vinegar. Wont order with oil and vinegar again. they just put too much, I like oil and vinegar but not when it soaks the bread soggy and mushy, and the vinegar stung my eyes. A little QC might help. I'll be back, and will have it with mayo and mustard instead. read more

The staff at this location are the friendliest and most knowledgeable I've ever met! Kudos to them!!!

They do really great with the GF process. I appreciate the care they take to not cross contaminate things.

This has been my go to for my work day. I'm stoked it opened here! The subs always feel fresh and the staff is always friendly.

Third time coming to this location and again they can't seem to get it together with getting the food out in a timely manner, I've been going to Jersey Mikes all around the Northwest and service has been great and the food is fantastic but this new location in CC has had problems with personnel since it opened and they say they are short handed but if the employees would spend their time making sandwiches instead of visiting and joking about with each other they would be able to get the food out much faster. It's time for the owner to get it together and if they do need more employees then hire them but I think it's more of a training thing and being there to keep things moving along like the other locations I've been to!!! read more

Jersey Mike's on tipsy Lane I ordered two catering boxes and I called three times to let them know that I did not want vinegar on my sandwiches for a New Year's Eve party for New Year's Day football game. I asked them no mustard no mayonnaise on the side and vinegar and oil on the side and I asked them do I called them three times to make sure they got it right And when I picked it up and I took it home, I was most disappointed because it was dripping with oil and vinegar and they never when I called the manager. His name was Justin. He said pacifically. He told me all his help our young kids and they don't have much brains up there then when I asked him what are you gonna do to compensate me you didn't do it. He says well there's nothing I can do. You can call my district manager, and he gave me a wrong number. I'm telling you it's the worst service. The worst customer service I've ever seen. Justin is the biggest bonehead he blames his employees for their mistakes, but he's the one leading them so my advice to you don't go to that Jersey Mike's go to another one like in Reno because Justin couldn't run his own so that's how dumb he is. read more

We went for dinner. Heard of the new place. We wanted to try it. Place was clean and nice inside. Staff was friendly. You can see they are still trying to figure it out. I think they meen more training. They were out of avocado. They were holding up the line trying to figure it out. Also the gal that made my sandwich, was inexperienced. She asked me if I wanted it mikes way. So I said yes. I always want to try the way it comes before I customize my sandwich. Well let me tell you she put on so much mayonnaise. And way too much mustard. I am talking a lot. Probably 4 tablespoons worth on a 6 inch sub. When she put the top on and they wrapped it. It was squeezed out. I have eaten at a lot of sub shops and never have I seen that much mayo or mustard. I didn't want to ask her to take it off. I didn't want to be a pain in the but. I think now I should have. So the sandwich was good but it was way too much mayo and mustard. I am going to go back and try another sandwich. But this time I wail ask them not to put mayo or mustard on if they are going to put that much on. When I get to the register the guy rang me up. He didn't ask me if about my order. So I figured he knew. Well he only rang up one sandwich. So I caught it by the amount of ticket. I asked him did you ring up my wife's sandwich. He said no. So I had to give him my cc card again. Like Eli said they need more training. No manager was there. They all just had their head down working. I will try it again. But if I have a similar experience I won't be back. This location really is hitting the mark. Having worked at a Jersey Mikes a decade ago, I've been let down by many locations. This one though nailed everything. Got a Italian sub that was made perfectly and was delicious. The staff, especially the manager slicing these up were real welcoming and engaging with the line of customers. And this place was spotless despite being the end of a lunch rush. I'm real happy to have a location nearby that is doing Jersey Mikes justice. read more

This is our 6th visit to this location and our previous visit is fine until now. We ordered 2 sandwiches online and it says pick up 2:09 . People are coming in while we are waiting but they prioritize the people coming in instead of people ordering online. Normally they should make the order as soon as they receive it but we waited for so long that i have to asked where my order is and its already 2:30? It was sitting there on the side and my philly cheesesteak is already cold and the bread of my sandwich was not toasted and was so soggy. It's just 2 people working there that they are overwhelmed with walk in customers. It's so disappointing. I hope it's not going downhill. It seems like they are short staff and need more training for employees. read more

Don't waste your time. I get 30 minutes for lunch, so I ordered online so I could just run in and grab it. 15 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready I ask about it I am told there was a mix up and they had to remake it . Yet no one is remaking it. They are all helping people that just walked in, or orders that were made after mine. At least a dozen people walked in, ordered and left with their food. I finally get my food, after great attitude from the worker. She was pissed because I was annoyed and she didn't hesitate to let me know. I run back to work, with no time to eat now since I spent my entire lunch time waiting, and my order is wrong. Go any other place but this place! read more

Service was quick. Every ingredient was fresh. Delicious sandwich. I liked the roll. It had a chewy texture.

Did an order online, Said my to-go order would be ready at 12:50, didn't get finished until 1:10 get home and started to eat my sandwich and they didn't put my lettuce or tomato on it nor give me the right bread which was pretty annoying. My husbands sandwich was also incorrect and didnt have lettuce or the right bread either. Yes they were busy, but when I do a to-go order I expect it to be correct especially when I wait. read more

Not a local and needed a quick lunch on the way to the airport. Had the mini turkey and cheese, it was prepared exactly as I ordered. The mini with a drink was $10. At 2:30 in the afternoon there was a line of about 7 people in front of me. When I went to sit down all the tables were dirty. Bathroom could've used a little sprucing up but it wasn't horrible. The wait wasn't too long and the sandwich was tasty although they were out of the rosemary bread. Bit of a mixed review! Enjoy! read more

customer service was slow and not good. They didn't give us a ticket like everyone else. They missed a sandwich and then when we asked for I kiddd you not. I hate to write bad reviews but it took them a whole hour. For a kids sandwich... that only had ham and cheese. When we kept asking for updates the girl was getting irritated. I know it's new but the serv was very slow. Only 1 person ahead and it was an employe. I got my sandwich and it was ok. Had ordered 2 sandwiches and the second one took 20 minutes to make. I was talked in to going to Jersey Mike's, because I am not a "sandwich" person. But I am glad I took the chance. The sandsandwiches are fantastic. Now the downside. As mentioned, they are ALWAYS short staffed or working on phone in/online to go orders. The staff they do have are kids that have no sense of urgency and could careless about cleanliness of the restaurant(more to come on this). Needless to say, it takes for ever to get your food so don't be in a rush. The three times I have gone, every single table is disgustingly dirty as if sat at 3 or 4 times without being cleaned. Interestingly, management always seems to have their laptop and clipboard on the only clean table in the place. Side tracked. Sorry. Any way! If you plan on dining in, bring your own Clorox wipes because the staff is in no hurry to clean them. The bathroom, atleast the mens bathroom, is always filthy and never adequately stocked or cleaned. The soap is bottles of manual hand pump soap dispeners rather than the hands free wall dispenser being filled, and the bathroom is almost always out of papertowels. Two stars for food only. The other three missing stars are for apathetic teenage staff, dirty dining tables, and unclean and inadequately stocked bathrooms. read more

My fiancé and I truly love Jersey mikes but this location needs some more training. My fiancé went in tonight after placing the order over the phone, waited over 20 minutes before going in and the sandwich still wasn't even made. Then he had to go up and ask if his sandwich was completed or not. Gets home, and it's not even the correct sandwich he had ordered. Will come back, but I'm only posting at this point to just say that they could definitely use more training. Also, when we had called to make sure we didn't get charged differently the lady who answered the phone was honestly very pleasant and did try and help the best of her ability and asked that we call back when a manager is available. read more
