I am new to eating Jersey Mike's and I get the hype. It really is better than other sub chains. The quality of the sub and the oil and vinegar just hits different. Ive been to this location twice now and have been 8 deep in line. The staff had a good attitude and was very efficient. So overall I love a good sub and I love that jersey Mike's freshly cuts their deli meat and freshly cooks the meat for their hot subs. The price tag is a little steep for a sub but it's tasty. I unfortunately had an issue on my last visit where I ordered one of their newer subs which was the Mike's hot honey chicken sub which comes made like a chicken cheesesteak but has pepperoni and hot honey drizzle..... but on my order the pepperoni was forgotten. I didn't realize this until I was already home but I called and spoke with Joey, he took my information and advised me they would fix the situation as soon as I make it back there. He was courteous and apologetic. The one thing I love about jersey Mike's is that you can have any sub made in a tub which I opted to do and asked for my bread on the side. The rosemary bread honestly didn't taste much different but my God was out soft and fluffy. The bathrooms here are probably the cleanest ive ever seen. Overall this is a great place for a sub, and they have a rewards program too! read more

Got the cheese steaks, the use to be really good, not anymore. Since Jersey Mike has been sold to the conglomerate, Blackstone, quality has left. Another decent chain bought out by the greeds. I will not be a customer anymore. read more

I love subs from Jersey Mike's. They're generally better than any other "chain" sub. While the New Garden location was clean and efficient when it first opened, it now suffers from "Greensboro-itis". Dirty door glass, dirty floors and dirty tables, all while the staff and manager on duty are yucking it up with each other and on their phones behind the counter. read more

Another nice Jersey Mike's location. Fast & friendly service. The cashier was super friendly. So friendly she even provided me with a free sub card! My steak and cheese was served hot in a very timely manner. Restaurant was clean and well organized. Drink fountain and tea urns were well laid out and clean. My work all ordered sandwiches from here. My coworkers sandwich was completely raw, she brought it back and they cooked her a new one. I opened my chicken sandwich just to make sure it looked safe as I am pregnent so extra prone to getting sick to food born illnesses and run the risk of that hurting the baby. It looked okay from the outside but after starting to eat it I noticed it was also RAW. We brought it back and were not offered an apology or a refund just another sandwich, which I was not willing to risk after getting two raw sandwiches. I am gluten intolerant and I stopped in for a sub (actually referred by the staff at Subway who do not stock gluten free bread!) and I was impressed by the staff who made my BLT on an Udi's sub roll. They took great precautions to make sure the sub was not contaminated by using a paper prep surface and using a special knife. This was Thursday 5/19 around 5:30P. Kudos to the staff! This just opened near us and we are always thankful to have something different to choose from. We ordered take out, and while they did the bread choice wrong on one sandwich, it was fine. It was packed and they're brand new so we'll give them a break. The subs were delicious and packed with meat. We'll go back for sure. read more

Awesome staff. Great service. By far the friendliest group of guys I've ran into at a Jersey Mike's. It was very very close to closing time, but the staff was more then happy to make my giant sub. Most places would have denied my order at 8:58 on a Sunday. I will be returning for more food soon and look forward to walking into that store again! read more

My favorite chain for subs. Unlike some other places they slice the meat to order, and everything seems much fresher and real-er. All I've ever gotten is various iterations of an italian sub, but I've always enjoyed them. read more

I went to Jersey Mikes about a month ago. My second time in a Jersey Mikes. The girl taking the order was not understand my order and I was getting more confused and wmbarresed. Finally the customer behind me explained my order to her. By this time I'm ready to run out of this place. Never again will I go back there. It was unbelievable. When I called the manager he said he didn't see any problem with her attitude. But apparently other customers did. For one thing I am a senior citizen and I think she took the opportunity to be ugly to me. I will never go there again!!!! read more

I really like Jersey Mike's! But this place was not the very best. It was not fairly busy, they manage to have two ot customers walk out because their orders were wrong. I was given a sandwich that I didn't order. The team preparing sandwiches were giving customers looks when they were looking. I will absolutely not recommended my colleague's to eat here. read more

This is a newer location, but the staff and managers are learning quickly. Charlie and Clint are great operators and we've already eaten at this location a half dozen times. Always great, and friendly service. read more

I happened to try to swing by twice a week to go get subs for my family when I get off at night @8 and I get to the store maybe 15 mins before closing and never fails closed I go on Thursdays and I went today and it's really annoying. I also tried to call in 5 giant subs before close no answer. Sorry to be a big burden I won't be back I'll rather drive to Durham and get my subs. read more
