Food is amazing but service is so slow. It takes them 10-15 mins to make 1-2 sandwich's, there isn't any structure on the line or register. I remember working at Jersey mikes years ago and there was structure at At all times. Someone slicing , topping the sandwiches and wrapping, someone on the grill , and someone on the register . There isn't any of that at this location the younger staff is lost in lala land or all over the place. If they had more organized structure and placed everyone at a specific station they're good at it would work smoother and better. read more

Food was good; service had some hiccups. We ordered and went through the line and paid. The cook was working on our orders, and when he got one finished, he looked back at order slip and started over as he apparently had messed up my wife's order. After about a 10 minute wait we got our sandwiches (after 3-4 people who arrived later than us) with no explanation or apology. The sandwiches were pretty good - hot, good flavor, and decent bread, albeit a bit dry on each end of our sandwiches. Overall I'd go back for the food, but thought maybe we should have received at least an explanation for the extended wait. read more

This is my favorite chain sub shop! I might be partially bias because I'm originally from jersey however I have to give credit where it's due they know how to make a good sandwich! The bread isn't too hard nor do they scrape all the dough out of it. Just enough to soak up the oils and vinegar. My favorite is the Original Italian, it comes with salami, pepperoni, cappacuolo, prosciutto and provolone cheese. I always get it Mikes was which comes which comes with lettuce tomatoes onions mayo oil and vinegar salt and pepper. They have combo meals which include a drink and chips. They also have breath hot subs including their hot pastrami, jersey mikes famous Philly and chicken Philly cheesesteaks. Check you local Jersey Mike's for daily specials. read more

Revised my rating for this location from 5* to 2* Ordered 3 cheesesteaks... Steaks were not chopped, cheese not melted, looked kike the food was rushed to be made. Not sure if new cook, or maybe they got busy, but please take pride in what you do and dont rush doing it. Us the customers can tell. Have had to many great steaks from this location to stop going. Lets hope next one is better. A lot better. Hoping this was a one off. read more

Jersey mikes seem to vary from location to location. They have daily specials but I tend to stick with the mini number six. (Roast beef and provolone) I don't know why but for some reason I think their oil and vinegar tastes better than when I make it at home. The combo of it and the spices are delicious. The store front is misleading and very discreet. If you aren't paying attention you might not even notice the store is there. My big complaint about this place is that it's super small. There's not a lot of seating so I usually have to get my sandwich to go. The other thing that I don't like is that because it's so crammed , you are always in someone's way even when it's your turn to order. Not sure how else to explain it but I'm not a fan of feeling like I'm in the way no matter where I stand to order my food. Today they got me in and out in under ten minutes! 12/30/22 - purchased #2 and #4. If the meat, provolone cheese, or tomato were any thinner, you could read a newspaper through it. Both sandwiches were supposed to have capicola, poor quality- Lettuce was wet and the whole sandwich soggy. Very disappointing. read more

My wife and I go to this Jersey Mike's at least once a week! Their service is quick and friendly. In all the times we've been there, they have never once gotten our order wrong! Highly recommended for anyone who is looking good awesome subs. The subs are delicious as always, but the staff is too unprofessional and it really drags this new location down. They also seem to have a bread issue frequently which results in the whole staff looking at each other asking about wheat availability...strange. This was the worst jersey mikes I've been to, and I love jersey mikes. There were 3 people in front of me 2 of which were friends with the girl working there, she chatted back and forth with them and I'm pretty sure didn't charge them and they got their subs super quick. The next person got their sandwich pretty quick after them AFTER WATCHING THEM ALL GET THEIR SUBS I waited 35 minutes for a"large"plain Philly cheesesteak. Then they handed me a medium and I had to wait for them to cook another medium which only took 2-3 minutes so I'm so confused as to why the first time it took 35 minutes!!! I've been here several times and the food is always good! The staff is generally very pleasant and helpful. Today the food was good but the staff seemed distracted. The music was very loud and made talking to the staff very difficult. This may have caused me to be a little irritated which I'm sure they picked up on. This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's subs. I arrived at 2 pm and there were 4 people in the line. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sub and I waited 15 minutes for my sub and to pay. There were only 2 workers in the store. One was taking orders and starting them while the other finished the subs and took payments. They were trying to move quickly but it was obvious that they were understaffed. The line continued to grow as I waited and I was relieved that I wasn't in a hurry to get back to work. I took my sub to go and when I finally got to eat it my enjoyment was short lived when I realized I paid $8.50 for a little meat and cheese on bread. Don't believe the hype about this chain.
