Got a pastrami they said no go...I could only get my pastrami as a Reuben...that sucks no wax peppers,onions, or pickles. NO BUENO!!!

Very good sandwiches but i would like to suggest to people that buy cheese steak sandwiches from there to tell them to add less cheese then usual they twice put too much and it tasted more cheese then meat but i got full from it. Ordered a chicken philly sub using their online ordering service. The sub was supposed to be ready at 3:30, but when I arrived to pick it up. I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to START preparing it. The sandwich itself was not impressive either, and was pretty overpriced (~$8 for a 7 1/2 inch sub; really?). Went in for lunch. There was adequate staff behind counter but what looked like a mgr had to step in and help to get the line moving even though not busy. Music is so loud you can't even hear yourself think. Couldn't hear staff. The next song that came on was not edited and inappropriate for the young ears in the store. Ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 drinks totaled $40. The california club was soaking wet and couldn't eat the bread, tasted like plastic so I threw it away. My daughter threw her sandwich away after two bites. Boyfriend said the quality of the meat was far below what they charged us for. We won't be back. Also, we all ended up with stomach problems.... I happened to be watching TV last week and saw a short bio on the man who started Jersey Mike's Subs and as a result, decided to try a sandwich today. Not only was the biography very inspirational & interesting, it is obvious that there is a keen interest in customer satisfaction that has permeated from the top down to the local stores. The relish and the way they use a lot of "juice" excellent sandwich but a little pricey overall, Philly sandwich was apparently prepare never even seen it prepared just ended up in my bag, good but wish I could have the bread griled or toasted, hot sandwich on cold bread not the best. read more

Like the star rating says...Woohoo! Great sandwiches! They slice the cheese and meats fresh,right in front of you. I prefer the cold sandwiches because they come with the spices, and oils and sauces. The hot sandwiches are great also, but not as much of a complex flavor offering. My new favorite is the roast beef! Great, friendly, and helpful staff as well!! I work at Kaplan College and my co-worker and I went in to order sandwiches for about 6 people. This place was amazing. Okay to start off, I went on a day that was called Customer Appreciation day which is a discounted meal. Now the food wasn't to bad at all, just like most sandwich shops but each has its own uniqueness. But in order to actually get that discount on your meal, you have to physically mention that they're having a customer appreciation today to receive it. So much for customer appreciation if they don't just automatically give a sale that's going on all day or even mention they're having one. I even took the receipt up and mentioned it once I saw the poster on the window, but since I already ordered and paid they were unable to refund the meal for the discounted price. So for me I probably won't go back to this location at least, for my first time they left me with a bad experience. read more

I've heard of this place from Southern California friends and this place definitely delivered! I ordered the pastrami rueben and while I would've liked more sauerkraut the flavor was outstanding. All the comments say that their service is really good. So I was curious if it was an exaggeration. Well the service I got was really good. Everyone working there was nice and friendly. Everyone seems to be I good spirits. And as far as the sandwiches themselves, pretty good. I had the Italian sandwich with the "Mike's Way". Which basically they make it juicy with oil and vinegar. All the meat is cut fresh in from of you. Really fresh tasting sandwich. Prices are reasonable for what you get. read more

Stopped by today and all I can say is the service was excellent, the staff was extremely friendly, the place was clean, and most importantly the food is very delicious. Incomparable to Subway or Port of Subs. It is delicious and tasty! I'd definitely come back here again. Trust me, you can't pay someone a good review. read more

Good place to grab a bite to eat and drink. much like port of subs but newer. They are are little pricey for sandwiches but it beats subway.

Delicious turkey and roast beef. The best I've had, it was sliced fresh right there and placed on the sandwich. I had mine "Mikes way" which is like an Italian dressing they top it with. Tastes so amazing and the bread was perfect. It's a fresh test with a crisp crust and chewy inside. Jersey Mike knows subs, I'll definitely be going back soon. read more

Good was good as always, cashier didn't add my points for purchase and when I asked her about it she asked for my number and printed my current points that didn't include my new purchase. This rating is about the #17 philly sandwich. First of all the place was very clean and had a very friendly staff. Now back to the philly, it was terrible. The onions were stringy and just aweful. The peppers were not the best either and overall it lacked flavor. I lived in Philly for 30 years of my life. Jersey Mike's cheesesteak sandwich is definitely the closest I can get to that. went in there today for lunch, after waiting in line for about 15 minutes a guy came up and asked for our order, all good up to here. well waited about another 15 minutes to get to the register wondering where our sandwiches were due to the fact that we saw them making the food for the next 6 people behind us. Finally make it to the register to pay and the guy behind the counter says they'll start wtith our order. What!? the 6 people behind us all had their subs made waiting to pay. They started making our sandwiches and i decided it wasn't worth anymore of my time. I will do my best to steer every person i know or deal with never to go to this place. GREAT JOB! I tried this place for the first time today. I won't be back. The staff was very nice and was great at attempting to direct my choices. But the sandwich I got was bland and drowned in oil and vinegar. Didn't like the service or how they made the sandwiches. Staff scooped up spilled lettuce that should have been tossed away and put it back on the sandwich. Put a terrible sauce on a sandwich without asking how we would like it. Would not recommend and will never go back! read more
