This is now my favorite Deli D location. Silas and Deven are gems, they were so efficient and professional, you would think they were store owners, and not employees. This work ethic is sadly rare! I will go out of the way to get good customer service, and this will now be my go to. We haven't had deli delicious in a while and decided to try it again. We both ordered toasted sandwiches. Neither one appeared to be toasted. Mine was the chipotle chicken and it was so soggy and dripping with either mayo or the chipotle sauce that I could barely eat it. My husband did not enjoy his either. Met someone here for a quick lunch meeting and it was pretty slow so our orders came out fast. I ordered the turkey, avocado, and sprouts sandwich on Dutch crunch bread. If you've never had Dutch crunch bread, it's essentially a soft white bread with a very crunchy crispy outer coating. This added some great texture to my mushy sandwich. The mushy part was primarily my fault due to the fact that I added all the fixings which included tomato, s&p, hot peppers, oil, and vinegar. The sandwich had great flavor, but was incredibly messy and fell apart about 3/4 of the way through. Even though the sandwich fell apart I was happy to eat it with a fork since it was loaded with a turkey. Pricing is on point compared to most sandwich, places, in fact, this might have been a little lower than some other spots I visit. The venue seemed very clean, but the staff here isn't their friendliest. Which is fine because I'm not coming to Deli Delicious to make new friends. I'm here fill my belly and get on with my day. If you are just going to pop in to get your sandwich for pick up, I highly recommend calling ahead to order or using their website. This place can get very busy during the lunch hour. read more

I've always order the turkey bacon avocado. The last three times they have given me just turkey. Never going to this location again.

Now I understand the low reviews...first sandwich said no mustard due to an allergy and guess what it had....mustard..2nd sandwich literally had avocado in the name and guess what it was missing...the avocado...had lettuce instead of sprouts too. The fried green beans didn't have the ranch that was requested either. My sandwich had 2 small pieces of yellow peppers...I asked if that was the entire order..she said yes...as I'm walking away I notice it's missing our drinks....4th time coming here and somehow keeps getting worse after each visit read more

The young guy who was making my sandwich was letting out long burps while standing over the product and cutting board. I was the only one in there and it felt like he forgot he was at work. It happened multiple times. It is the easiest thing to avoid as a human. Why do this while making someone's sandwich who is sitting 10 feet from you. This location is okay. The kids working there were nice, my complaint is this location is a bit run down. Its walls and bathrooms are not well kept and dirty. I had no place to sit my 8 month old as their only high chair is broken, so plan on holding your baby while you eat! read more

A pleasant sandwich shop with a reasonable selection. Apparently this store is part of a chain throughout the Valley. We ordered our sandwiches over the phone and the employee who took the call was efficient and got our order correct. When we arrived 10 minutes later the sandwiches were ready. The selection of sandwiches was large, with a variety of hot and cold items, but there wasn't anything special to this store. The sandwiches were delicious and the rolls they came in were sturdy enough to hold up (I hate it when the sandwich falls apart on you halfway through). The restaurant had inside tables but they are currently taped off because of social distancing rules. The prices were fair but certainly not a bargain. Order two sandwiches hot pastrami and barbecue beef. On the pastrami sandwich got everything substituted alfalfa sprouts instead of lettuce, no mayo just mustard. The barbecue beef sandwiches tender and good. Every time we go visit family I eat there at least twice. Wish we had one in Arizona. read more

Not sure why this is my first time writing a review for this particular deli delicious... But I frequent this place often. First, their phone service is very pleasant and they are always very helpful. At least once or twice a year I order the sandwich platter for a couple of different events and have never been disappointed. Several times throughout the year, I will go just to get a sandwich or sandwiches for friends and families and we always enjoy.. Their french fries are great so if we order nearby we always get an orders of french fries. I Enjoy this particular deli Delicious... they have never disappeared me in service or in sandwich quality. read more

I love the food at Deli delicious. But this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. First they took forever to make our sandwiches. After at least 20 minutes, I went up front to ask about it when people who came in after us got their sandwiches. They said they called our name out but no one heard it. (It was not a to go order). Ok, no big deal. Once we opened our sandwiches, two of the three of them were wrong (even though the receipt was correct). When I took them back up, they did not apologize. They just took the sandwiches. After another 10-15 minutes, I still didn't have my sandwiches. I went back up only to discover they had given my order to someone else. Finally they made them a third time and gave them to me with nothing but an "Sorry about that." No offer for a refund. No gift card. Not even a cookie. Worst service ever! read more

I've had sandwiches here in the past and wasn't happy with them. Tonight my husband got us some to go and wow were they good.I stayed away from my fav, the French dip since I didn't like it here before. Smart move. I ordered the hot pastrami with everything on it. Very very generous with the meat. So juicy. Loved all the toppings. Put together well. It was perfect. My only con was there was a lot of liquid and it was leaking all over. Oil or vinegar or something. Idk. The bottom of my sandwich box was soaked and mushy. It wasn't a big deal. Still yummy. I can't wait to try another type next time. read more

We visited our local Deli Delicious on Tuesday January 23rd and were very disappointed in our usual salads we order. Neither salad had any of the usual fresh ingredients, neither of them had avocado, the red onion on the salads together would have equaled a quarter slice and neither had cucumbers. This is the second time and last time we have gotten substandard salads at the Clovis location and will not be returning. If they are going to keep going down on quality, they are no longer our go to sandwich shop. read more

I order sandwiches from the Armstrong location quite often... Today I had a really poor experience. Ordered a BLT... it was smothered in mayo first off which is gross, the bread was dry and NOT fresh. What was really sad is they just go to Costco and buy the pre cooked bacon... For a large there was 5 strips.. and it wasn't even crispy, it was just limp cold bacon. Cold bacon is gross and its really not that hard for them to crisp it up The sandwich came slices of Roma tomato which were NOT Fresh, they were mushy and had that gross granular texture tomatoes get. The lettuce was brown and at least a day old. For 15$ for a sandwich I have had better from Subway. Thankfully I used Doordash and got a full refund... That is my pro tip with restaurants these days, Use door dash and or credit cards to get these issues noticed. They were not even trying today...Yeah I know there is a labor shortage but putting out substandard food is unacceptable. read more

My half sandwich was tasty until I found the HAIR. They offered to make another sandwich because I hadn't eaten my first one but I couldn't stomach it. I requested to get my money back for just that sandwich I didn't mind paying for the other two hairless ones I bought. They couldn't figure out how to give me my money back and she refused to give me a gift certificate. She offered to write my phone number on the wall so if I return and order the same sandwich I can have it for free. The cashier was taking forever to write like she didn't know what to do so I just left. Cool cool won't be back. So besides the HAIR and the slow service (the other cashier who took my order was frustratingly slow also) they do get a star bc the part of the sandwich I did eat looked pretty and was tasty. I have been frequenting Deli Delcious since the first location opened in the strip mall near Bullard and Blackstone in 1991. Great place. Black & white tile. Still is. I placed an online order at the store at Shaw & Armstrong. The website said that there was a problem with the order. I backed out and placed it again three times, As Deli D usually takes 20 minutes to make any order on any day, I decided to call it in. I got there and three employees were standing around talking to each other. When I asked the guy if my order was ready, he lookes down at the computer and said "i'll get on it right now," He was cleaning the counter with clear gloves on and, had just got done wiping down the prep area with those same gloves. I informed him to please change the gloves before he made my sandwiches. he got pissed and went to the back to try and show me what clean towels and gloves looked like. The sandwiches I ordered were supposed to be heated. He did that and everything after was cool. The bottom line is: Ther was no management in charge, the online service is out and the emplyees there don't know shit!!! read more

Lousy service. I went into the store to order a sandwich. I sat down to wait for them to make it and scrolled through my phone while I waited. I noticed that there was no one actually making any sandwiches. I went to inquire and they looked at me like I was nuts. The worker slapped a sandwich together for me and tossed it on the counter. I've eaten at numerous Deli D's in town and this one was just alright. I typically order the same sandwich from each location and expected it to be just the same, I was wrong. I ordered the #38 which is a hot sandwich with pastrami, pepperoni and salami and I usually get "the works" meaning everything on it. My bread was soggy and my sandwich was bland which left me puzzled since it is a franchise and I assumed all locations would prepare the food the same. Their soda fountain is in an awkward location, right when you enter the store and next to the register where you order. The store was a little dirty and although this location is close to where I live, I don't think I will be returning anytime soon. read more

Placed my order online and when I got there it was all ready for pick up! Super fast and quick! They made everything in my order correctly and I wasn't missing anything. Sandwiches were great, but I feel like there could have been more slices of meat. The ratio of bread to meat was 2:1, other than that, my experience was great!
