Staff is always kind. Establishment is clean inside and out. We've gotten a hair in our fries and the nuggets aren't ever really hot but besides those two instances the food slaps. Burgers are always better than McDonald's or Burger King. The biggie bags are a great deal we do for our whole family. The fries are always good hot or lukewarm. Wendy's has seasoning to their food. It's not just plain garbage. This isn't the best fast food ever it's just not. But it consistently feeds my family solid food when traveling. Some of the staff is undertrained due to this being such a low volume store, but when they mess up they're kind. Thank you to this Wendy's staff! read more

Ordered online...went to pick up in drive thru. Ordered 25 minutes prior and order not ready...was told to go park and would bring out food. Gentleman brought out food 15mins later. No utensils, no condiments, no straws for frosty. Got home and missing half the order. Called the store ad guy who answered the phone as "yo, hey grandma?" Ummmm...I asked if this is Wendy's as I thought I had wrong number and guy goes yes..this is Wendy's what do u want? Totally unprofessional!!!! Will not order there again. I ordered a large chili at this store very recently during lunch, but it was not filled up to the top with 3/4 inch of space without chili. This Wendy's used to be very good but lately this store is going downhill, almost like as bad as the Wendy's on South Willow St in Manchester. Also, do not lock your doors when you indicate the dining room is open 11am-8pm. If Wendy's needs to keep the dining room closed, so be it, but keep the lobby open for delivery drivers and moblile orders! Long drive thru lines, wasting gas. The weekday lunch hour line around the building in the drive thru moves right along though. Concord zone delivery drivers may want to keep track of time or decline since food is not made until you arrive. The top DoorDasher in this zone who dashes during the day was also frustrated to find the doors locked even though the signs on the doors indicated the dining room was open. read more

This is for the Wendy's on merchants Way in Concord. Looks like a brand new location that just opened up. Gorgeous building with a digital ordering platform upon entering. Only took about five minutes to get my double stack meal. Everything was fresh and hot, and you gotta love those sea salt fries, baby! Highly recommended, Yum! read more

I took a bite of a spicy chicken sandwich and it tasted funny, like it was rotten. I took 2 more bites thinking it was my imagination but it still tasted bad so I threw it away. I don't know what's with the bad reviews. Guess they're old ones. My wife and I come here often for the Biggie Bag or salads, and we are hardly ever disappointed! Once in a while, they forget ketchup or spoons for the frosty, but all in all, the service is friendly, the food is fresh and hot, and it's a positive experience. read more

Rolled up a little before 9 on a Sunday night, to place an order for my sister who had just gotten out of work. I'm a long-time customer, and this is the first time that I have ever driven away without claiming my order. Workers at the drive-thru window were NOT masked. The woman handing food out at the window had her mask around her neck, not covering her face at all. Behind her, I could see another employee EATING AT THE COUNTER. Obnoxious woman taking the order, name was Monica. I told her that she was abrasive, she mouthed off at me loudly, while two other girls there laughed and egged her on. I could not believe it. Lets just say, this is the worst place as customer service goes! I've been here multiple times over the last couple years and it keeps getting worse every time! I don't mind waiting long because I know a lot of places are short-staffed, but this 1 star has nothing to do with it taking 30 minutes to get chicken nuggets and french fries. Example, staff is unfriendly and barely speak to you, handling food without gloves, and constantly gives me cold food or incorrect food that I ordered. Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food spots but every single time I go to this Wendy's, they mess up my order. When I ask for a 20 piece spicy chicken nugget I always get 10 spicy and 10 regular nuggets when they can just tell me they don't have enough spicy nuggets. I went there today and the woman at the drive through was complaining about how "over it" she is with the job, it made me super uncomfortable. Went there last night (9/29/2019) around 8:30PM. Had ordered on the app for pick up window. Got the message saying it was ready. Got to the drive up speaker and told them we had a pick up and the guy was SO RUDE. Insisted we ordered for the dining room, which we did not. Either way it should have been easy (IF it was ready) to just bag it and hand it out the window. NONE of them knew what they were doing. They were all just coming to the window and staring at us, as if it were the first day with their new brains. They handed out the frosty which was fine. Then comes a bag with a cold burger, unmelted cheese (of course, it was cold), haphazardly thrown together. Then came the second drink. We sit there and wait (this was supposed to be ready, remember?), and wait, out comes another bag which we take home because we were sick of sitting there. We open the bag and there are two tiny burgers, 15 french fries (we counted because it was actually funny now), and a salad with no salad dressing. DO NOT GO HERE AT NIGHT. We've been in the day time - late afternoon and it's fine. These night people are complete idiots. Time to get your sh*t together, idiots or go find another job because you are clearly incompetent to work at a fast food place. Go pick apples or something. read more

At the drive through AND on website was a Power Mediterranean salad listed with roasted vegetables, hummus, grape tomatoes,chick peas,and onion, feta and also quinoa. Once home I was so hungry I dug in. 1/2 way through I stopped and realized of those ingredients only the feta and like 6 chick peas ( large order) were in that salad along with croutons( not listed and not mediterranean) and chicken. I called and spoke with manager Stephanie. I told her there was no quinoa,hummus,grape tomatos,or onion. She said she never heard of quinoa. I told her it's listed in the drive through board an on the website for this salad. She insisted there was hummus in my salad when I told her there was not. I ask if my husband came in with receipt and remainder of salad if we could have a refund. She agreed but wouldn't keep her word when he got there because she said salad was 1/2 eaten. Well maybe that's because most of the ingredients were missing? She was unprofessional and defensive rather than admit to the error. Learn your menu board before you serve to your customers. Fast food is notoriously dependent on the staff making the food at any particular time but bottom line is that we stopped here on the way up to the Whites around 10PM and although the place was dead they made us absolutely fresh, hot fries, burger, nuggets, etc. One of those experiences that reminds me how good fast food can be if its fresh. read more

This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants, always has people in it which is not surprising. Their food is amazing, and after eating it, you don't feel like you have gained 50 pounds, like other fast food. Tastes fresh and not processed. Would definitely recommend to anyone if you need a quick bite to eat or a full meal when on the road! Drive thru and inside lines are usually short because the employees work fast. Great restaurant and amazing service! Workers are very hardworking and fast paced. The best part is the frostys. Last time I went they were 50 cents! Amazing!! I wanted 5 of them they were soooo good. Really cheap fresh amazing food. Has healthy food like salads, vegan/vegetarian friendly. Busy but they keep it flowing. Unlike most fast food places, this Wendy's seems to keep you moving and the staff is very nice and works hard to keep the line flowing. The fries today were hot and tasty. The only problem is the size of the restaurant is quite small and people tend to get a bit crowded at peak times. Bathrooms were clean, too. read more

I have never received such horrible food service in my life. The food - bad. The service - bad. Overall? BAD. I asked for two four for four junior bacon burgers with ketchup and BBQ sauce. They gave us junior bacon burgers with no bacon and mayo. No ketchup. I went inside to get the BBQ sauce they did not provide & I stood at the register for 8 minutes before they acknowledged my existence. Meanwhile the food line got to a length of 6 waiting customers.
