Let me start off by saying on Sunday 3/15/26 at 4pm I've been to this Jersey Mikes many times and never had such horrible customer service. The young man that took our order was very rude and we felt like we were an inconvenience at one point when we said excuse me to ask a question and he turned around and said yeah with an attitude. The young lady making the sandwiches wasn't as bad. However, she wasn't very friendly either , and we definitely didn't get "It's Still All About Friendly Service." ! read more

AWFUL customer service. We walked in no one greets you! We stood there and there were 3 employees in the front making sandwiches and didn't acknowledge us. Right after we walked in another 2 people walked in and they were even like "who can take my order" since the three employees didn't acknowledge us. Finally we ordered our sandwiches and the lady didn't ask us what size we wanted and just made any size sandwich! We told the lady excuse us can we make one of them a giant sandwich and she said "isn't this what you wanted" and I said no the lady just made any size and assumed. So then we stood there in silence waiting for her to make one of the sandwiches into a giant. They didn't say anything just awkward silence. Most likely won't ever return to this location. Poor service, poor experience every step of the way. The layout of the store is unconventional. You walk past the line of people who already ordered in order to place your order, they cap off the other end so you dont form a natural line you constantly have to swim through the line of customers getting their sandwhich made to even place your order, STUPID!! The cast of employees dont say hello, dont greet you, dont guide you where their untraditional line forms. The best i got was a nod. The food is mediocre, the bread is small, the ingredients are basic, really its a half ass location ran by little kids. Greedy franchise no management, it shows in the experience. read more

I went into jersey mikes today around 12:00 and got a sub and it was the worst experience ever!!! LINDSAY MEDINA IS THE WORST WOKRER IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! She was very rude and lacked professionalism. The number 8 is my go to order and past workers usually make sure to ask if mayo and bacon is okay, which I will usually respond with no mayo. However, when I asked politely to replace the bread after she put mayo on my sandwich she was very rude and made a scene instead. I will never come back to this jersey mikes cause of how she treated me and the example she's setting for her employees as well!!! If I could give zero stars I would. read more

The staff working at 6pm on Thursday evening is exceptional and I just wanted to say thank you. I have a very picky eater and the woman taking my order didn't hesitate to relate and accommodate my requests. I saw them accidentally mess up an order for the person in front of me, and she immediately apologized, acknowledged she misheard and quickly made the right order.
