I have tried this well known turkey sub , in addition to the Italian.. I give up.. when I unwrap the sandwich, it is always wet on the bottom! Not a way to eat a sub!! On the other, when I called and asked to bring my sandwich to me in my car in front, they were very nice.. as for ambiance, can't say as I didn't go in. Something's changed with one of their suppliers. I've always ordered the Big Kahuna for years...but over the last 6ish months, the last 3 subs have all been sour. I don't know if it's the peppers or jalapeños, but it's gross. So bad I can't eat them. Needless to say, we won't be ordering from here any longer. What a shame. read more

Great subs, but lazy workers with zero customer service, or respect for their company. I came in 30 MINUTES before closing, and before I even had an opportunity to give my order, they informed me that I can't order a hot sub. Apparently, they had super-important things to do after work, and thought it acceptable to close operations early. I have had plenty of hourly jobs in my life, and currently employ several hourly workers. Never, was it in my work, or is it with my businesses, acceptable to begin any aspect of the closing process until the posted closing time had arrived. The customers should feel 100% welcome, every minute of the hours of operation, especially egregious is anything restricting the exchange of goods and/or services for revenue to the business. The practice employed by these Jersey Mike's nonworkers is nothing short of stealing. I know it cost the store at least $40 that night, as I left without spending a dime. Great location! Employees are so friendly and quick. Place an order using their app and avoid the wait to order and pay. Always the same high quality sandwiches. They make every item to order and are quick too! I always get the number 11 which is ham and salami. The bread is so fresh and fluffy. For a little bit more you can get chips and a drink for a complete meal. There's not a lot of parking here so prepare to be patient. read more

I would love to be able to say that this place rocks, but I was a little disappointed when my husband brought me home a veggie sub. When I go to subway I can have spinach, cucumbers, the good pickles and purple onions. Publix at least has spinach and cucumbers. The 2nd time, I went again on my own out of convenience hoping maybe they had more veggies. I was sad to see the pricing for a regular veggie sub. The veggie sub typically has cheese and green peppers (in addition to the "mikes way." ). As a vegan I don't eat cheese, so the green peppers would be the only thing I would get for a regular sub about the size of a 6 inch from subway or a half a sub from Publix. The green peppers were not added so basically I got a "toppings" sub for $7. The team behind the counter seemed more concerned with making the sandwiches fast instead of making sure that I was happy with what was on the sandwich. I noticed they had pickles so asked for some. My sandwich was boring and quite frankly a rip off. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the bread was awesome. read more

This is my first time eating in a Jersey Mike's. The people, seemed very happy to be there and were extremely helpful. All the meats are sliced to order and very quick at making the subs. They basically have three sizes mini, regular, and of course large. I order one in each size. I got a mini with ham and pickles for my daughter. She must have really liked it, since pretty much eat every bit. I got a regular veggy with no cheese for my wife. She said the bread was very good, the veggies were very fresh, but they could use a few more vegetable options such as spinach and cucumbers and olives. I got a giant Jersey Mike's club. It's Swiss cheese, roast beef, turkey and bacon. Although I forgot to ask for extra banana peppers and pickles, it still was real good. I was only able to eat half. Next time I'll order a regular and ask about double meat. read more

The owner / GM must have a discussion with its staff stressing the importance of maintaing cleanliness, especially in the dining area and food prep area, a key part of their job responsibilities that is ongoing during their shift. I've dined here before and was happy, but on 2024-03-29 late in the afternoon, I asked the male employee if he and/or the female employee working with him to please come out to the dining area and pleade clean the floor, chairs, tables and beverage area. Instead both went and hid in the back out of sight of me and another customer who I don't know ever placed his order before leaving; his first time and maybe his last. Subs are one of my favorite foods, but as a Floridian whom's once traveled outside of the state I realized most sub chains down here are pretty mediocre. However, this one's not too bad. They're expensive but always provide you with what you want. Whether it's turkey, ham or roast beef, or a combo of the aforementioned, they'll make it. If you want sliced tomato, they got ya! Their cheesesteaks and chicken phillys are pretty awesome but ya pay at minimum an arm for them. If you order 2 subs which I did, or a "monster," you'll also pay an additional leg or limb of your choice. Over priced for sure but what isnt these days. I cant wait to come back and overpay for the same pretty decent sub. read more

The staff at this location is well trained and very friendly, they'll even bring your order to the table... real MVP moves. Wedged between Mission BBQ and Dunkin Donuts, a true treasure can be found. Ordering is simple, just walk up to the counter and pick your poison. For me the #43 (Chipotle Philly) is a Home run! I highly recommend signing up for their rewards program, every time you dine you'll rack up points and eventually get a free sub... loyalty pays off. Most subs are under $10 and adding the chips and a drink puts you up about $2. They also have cookies to choose from but nothing beats putting chips in your sub, the added crunch is highly addictive. read more

This is my third time eating here I think I'm addicted. The deli meats are fresh the sandwiches are amazing! My order was supposed to be ready at 12:13pm Which I ordered at 11:55am by 12:03pm it was ready for pick up. I can't speak for the other jersey mikes shops but the one here in Davie are on point. The staff is great and courteous when you walk in. I would give this restaurant at 10 out of 10 And will continue to stop bye at least once a week until I get sick of sandwiches. read more

Came here for the first time Sunday afternoon and it was not too busy. There is a great selection of subs to choose from: hot(Philly's, ruebens) cold (club sandwiches, Italians, etc) and wraps. Your meat is sliced fresh for each sandwich, which only makes the subs better. You have a choice of a mini, regular, or big. We chose the regular sub size which runs you about $8 or $9 depending on what you get. Regular size is filling(especially because of the amount of meat they put on your sandwich) and you can customize your sub either Mike's way(let, tom, onion, mayo) or however you like it. I had the turkey club and it had the perfect amount of bacon added. Price wise is on point with what you are getting. Two subs with two drinks and chips will run you about $24. On par with the fact that you are getting a good amount of fresh sliced meat. Would definitely make this a ritual lunch spot. read more

Jersey Mikes never disappoints. Had my usual Regular Italian made Mikes Way. Had a coupon for free chips and a drink, cant beat that deal! Food always good. There is one young guy gets fancy twirling the meats as he prepares the sub, while its nice to see him having fun, doing this messes up placement of meats on bread and the next station had to fix his mess. I do not think Jersey Mikes has a lets see how fast you can slice and twirl the meats competition. My advice do not get fancy just make it right! Fresh sliced meat, fresh veggies, and quick service (at least at 3pm on a Thursday)...not too much more I can ask for. Have ordered online many times. Food was always good and ready when I arrived. Today was different. Food was to be ready at 1:33 but not on the table when I arrived. I asked about my order and was told by one of the employees that someone had stolen the bag from the table. If that was the case, I could accept a small delay while they remade my order. However, with 4 employees behind the counter I waited another 25 minutes before my order was ready. They were quick to prepare orders for walk ins and continued to place orders on the table for other online orders, but made no effort to prioritize my order despite knowing I was waiting. Staff was totally disorganized and kept checking bagged orders to go to see if the sandwiches were correct. Very disappointing visit. read more

I go to this shop in Weston, quite often, usually during the week, as the service and food is usually exceptional, until recently. I always order by phone, which has never been a problem. However, a week ago, Saturday, I called to order subs and could not get through for over 2 hours. Finally, I went to the store and it was quite busy, which was to be expected, so I didn't mention the phone issue. I ordered subs, paid and left; all was fine as usual. Yesterday, a Sunday, I called again to order subs on my way home, and again got the recording stated the extension was not available, so I pulled into the store to place the order. When I got there the shop was empty of customers except one waiting for her sub to be made and zero subs on the online order table. There were four employees working that I could see, three at the counter talking among themselves; no greeting upon entry. After a couple of minutes I was asked for my order, which I gave. I asked if the phones were out of order. The response was "there are only three of us here, we are too busy to answer the phone." My response was that was not very good for marketing, and the response was a sarcastic, "Hey that's just the way things happen." I responded with "OK, well you don't seem too concerned about it." As I was standing at the counter I watched her make two large subs ahead of mine. She loaded those subs with meat stacked high. She then moved on to my order and put 6 slices of meat, just enough to barely cover the bread. I told her to cancel the order which she took great delight in. I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager present. As I was walking out I was heckled with sarcastic and facetious comments by two of the three kids behind the counter. After reading numerous reviews on the Weston store citing similar behavior, it is apparent that this type of customer service occurs too often; it was embarrassing to experience it. It's a shame because the food is that good to be tarnished by a couple of adolescent employees. read more

Yes, it happens. They got the order wrong and my husband did not realize until he gave me the sandwich. Instead of my cold sub, it was hot. I called the store and talked to someone who had realized that our order had gone out wrong. Unfortunately, my husband was unable to pick up the right sub so I asked for a refund. He refunded my order and was gracious enough to offer me another sub for free the next time we came in. Their subs are far superior to Subway, there is more meat and better bread. But best of all, the store is managed well, they care about customer satisfaction and their quality is high. This is our go - to place for subs. They have made me a life long customer. read more
