Let me just start off by saying wow. When they say they make "a sub above" they mean it. These sandwiches are the most delicious and extravagant things that may have ever come in contact with my taste buds. Fresh deli meat sliced in front of you and great creative toppings such as red wine vinegar. The two problems I have with this place though is their prices, and their service. The people are very nice and do a fine job preparing your sandwich but they are extremely talkative. I enjoyed my sandwich. I had the original Italian. It wasn't the best one I've bee had, but it was tasty and did its job of providing some much needed nourishment. I used to eat at Jersey Mike's all the time when I lived in Texas and hadn't been to one since we moved here a few years ago. Frankly, I had pretty much forgotten about them after the move. Then, a few months ago while driving down Colorado Blvd, I happened to see a JM in a strip mall on the east side of the road. SCORE! Anyway, for a chain restaurant, they make a really decent sandwich. I'm a big fan of the crunch from having lots of veggies on my sandwich, and the tang that comes from the oil and vinegar if you get it 'Mike's Way'. I really like the turkey and provolone sub (I think it's #7) Mike's Way, plus banana peppers and extra onion. I really love that someone can make a great sandwich without putting mayo on it (NOT a fan of mayo). I also like that there's just the right amount of meat (not too much, not too little) for me (although if you need tons of meat on your sandwich, they can accommodate). Glad I found you again Jersey Mike's! My only critique about the chain is that I wish they had sides like potato salad or cole slaw to go with the sandwiches. I think they only have chips and pickles. Definitely not a deal breaker, though. read more

Absolutely worst Jersey Mike's I've been to and I've been to just about every JM in the country feels like. This location messes up orders every time. Just gave them my final attempt. Simple call in order for one sub and they told me 10 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes later and waited while I was ignored at the register for another 15 minutes. Finally spoke up and said cancel my order and left after I watched them wrap up a sub and say "I'm not sure what this sub was or who is was for" while writing a random number on it. Took over an hour to get two sandwiches and a two bottles of water delivered less than a mile away. Called the store and the employee stated"they got hammered and couldn't keep up". I understand things happen, but reach out before I have to call you again....especially when you quote me a 15-20 minute wait. read more

Mess up orders frequently. I am a regular customer but have recently been turned off due to online orders being misplaced, unexceptionally long wait times for "pickup" orders, and terrible overall customer service compared to other locations from my experience. My sister showed me this place. My first time I got the turkey sandwich the Mike's way and it was delicious and satisfying. This time I took my mom and she got. The veggie Mike's way and I tried the cheese steak. I loved how everything was made and cut fresh right there right in front of you ! While eating we decided subway is no longer an option . I feel robbed of a real " eat fresh" experience. Jerseys Mike subs is the real meaning behind eat fresh and for good quality DELICIOUS food. Will be going back. Highly recommended! read more

If you're looking for a place to get a good sandwich, you've found it. If you're looking for a "pretty close" to authentic philly steak, look no further. If you're looking for an authentic New York Style Deli, keep on looking. Alright now your thinking about it and you want Jersey Mike's. Now you have to find this place. You will not see this place from the road. When your GPS tells you to turn right into a parking lot after Arkansas, just do it. It's tucked back in this little strip mall. If you miss it, don't fret just go around the block and catch it the next time through. Or you can access the back side of the parking lot from Arkansas. So many choices and since Jersey Mike's is a chain I've had various things at numerous locations. My favorite is the Big Kahona (#56) which is a Philly Steak with mushrooms, jalapeño peppers and extra cheese. Oh so good. My daughter ordered the Philly Steak that comes with onions and green peppers and a good amount of melted white cheddar cheese. The bread is fluffy, almost spongey and the meat is the feature not the bread. Unfortunately today my sandwich was labeled as my daughters and vice versa. By the time she noticed the spice from the jalapeños I was on my last bite. I started before she did and wasn't really paying close attention. Since I often order the regular Philly Steak it was no shock to me. However, my daughter is NOT a big fan of spicy foods, so you can imagine her surprise. Honest mistakes happen, but when there are hot peppers involved I would hope extra care would be taken to avoid such mishaps. My wife got the American which is a ham and cheese sub. She got it "Mike's Way" which adds lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and oil & vinegar. In fact that's her go to sandwich. Pretty sure I need to venture out and try a couple other items. I've never seen this place too busy, but I've always been a little off the typical meal time. I've been to locations with lines up to 50 people long, but that's probably because that location had four 30+ story office buildings surrounding it. This location was clean and the staff was courteous. When you order a hot sandwich it will take a little time as they cook it right there, no heat lamps. I consider this a plus, but if you don't have the 3 - 5 minutes to wait go elsewhere or order a cold sub. They have three sizes for you to choose from. The mini would be good for the younger kids. The regular which comes out around 6" is filling enough for most appetites. And the giant which is 12" and you probably won't finish this one, at least not without some significant effort. I've made the mistake of getting the giant because I was starving. Never finished it. Now if you are buying the same sandwich for two of you, the giant is the way to go. You'll save a little money in the process. They have a sandwich club that's free to join. If you go here with any regularity you should join. I think it's something along the lines of buy 10 get 1 free or something like that. Overall the value of this place is pretty good. You can get good and full for about $10 that includes chips and a drink. I'll be back to this or another location for my "it's past lunch and I don't have time to make something" place. Plus my daughter just loves it. This place hands down beats Subway or Jimmy John's. You should stop in if you want something quick, yet don't want fast food. read more

My 1st time in a Jersey Mike's, I walked in and found a really friendly staff- I explained that it might take a few minutes to order because I was looking at the menu for the very 1st time, and instead of awkwardly standing therethey took a pro-active approach and asked me what I liked in subs, and I explained that I am from the east coast and miss the hoagie's I used to get there. One of the 2 friendly young ladies recommended a sandwich ( cant remember the name ) that turned out to be fantastic! Great value, filled me up all day , and they even used the oil vinegar combo you find back east. Awesome sandwich, excellent and friendly service- just found my new favorite sandwich shop! read more

I really like their sandwiches...but the last few times have been sub par. It's almost painful watching the people behind the counter make a sandwich and they inevitably do a horrible job because they don't care what they turn out. Last few times the sandwich was a mess when they handed it to me. The guy putting the condiments in was so nervous he had no clue...common it's a sandwich it's not hard to get the top in right and evenly spread mayo and pepper sauce. read more

My co workers and I have been going to this location over a year now. The food is delicious, as always! Amanda and Mikala and the rest of the staff are fantastic! Amanda, the shift manager always goes above and beyond. The Store Manager is awesome and makes the best sandwiches​. If you go during lunch of course it's going to be busy just like every other place around Colorado Blvd during lunch. They are quick making the sandwiches but take a little extra time to get your order right and customize your sandwich the way you want it. Being a regular they know exactly what we want and what toppings we want, all the way to the details "sauce on the side". Prices are fair and they are not skimpy on their meat. Most tasty and juicy sandwiches out there. The place is clean - spotless, even when they are the busiest. Tip: Get there just before the lunch hour crowd and you won't have to wait at all. The Philly is great! The BLT is not on the menu but they will make it! Watching your carbs, order a salad instead or do what I do, I order meatballs and sauce with cheese The Best! First let me say the staff was working as fast and as hard as they could. After saying that let me say my experience there was bad. During the virus they only let five people in the store at one time. Good. But I ordered online for pickup and due to "walkup" customers standing in the store waiting on their order I couldn't get into the store to get my order. They had no one to let us know when our order was ready while we stood outside. Also they were letting people without a mask to enter the store and paw through the carryout orders sitting on the table. One gentleman gave up when his order still hadn't been completed 45 minutes after it was promised online and the store would not answer the phone to let him know when his paid for order might be ready. It appeared that walkup orders were being completed before online orders. Mine was completed 30 minutes after the time promised online (1 hour after the order was placed). This is not the place you want to go for online order with pickup. read more

Oh my goodness!! I asked for flour not wheat. I said with avocado, none was there. While I was checking out she all kinda in the back making it out of plain view. They usually make it up front so that's weird. Never got a chance to say no tomatoes and no mustard. AHHH ruined my whole food experience. It was dead. No reason to rush it out and do this. I'm sad.
