Stopped in for a quick lunch pickup. Place is packed, lots of people in and out. I got the Rueben sandwich it came with Cole slaw. Was pretty good, the Cole slaw was excellent. Daughter got the meatball parm sub, said it was quite good and very filling. Other daughter had the turkey club, she enjoyed it very much. All the kids enjoyed the fries, was more than enough for a few people to share. Nice spot to stop in and have lunch, will be back to try more stuff. read more

My coworkers and I ordered bagels from here for a late breakfast. The bagels were HUGE. They were super fresh and soft on the inside and firm on the outside. We devoured the bagels so I could only take a picture of the one that wasn't eaten yet. The everything bagel was so good. The top and bottom halves of the bagel is seasoned and it has salt on it as well. I would love to get more bagels from here again. read more

I've been coming here for years, and they have never failed to make me feel like I'm getting my money's worth. $11 for a Turkey Ham and Cheese with 2x the amount of meat Jersey Mikes would give you for $4 less. + Chips are included. The ratio between cheese and bread is the best among North Jersey bagel shops. They load it up with crispy bacon every time. The atmosphere is so welcoming, they have a massive drink selection and very good specialty coffee. They also make fresh Mediterranean desserts which taste incredible and makes it a nice Lunch spot for a sweet treat. The service is lightning quick and even when the line is long, you get your food in less than 15 minutes. Stopped in around 2 o'clock on a weekday to grab a bagel sandwich. One other person in front of us. Ended up waiting about 20 minutes after ordering because there was only one person behind the counter. The sandwiches were huge and delicious, though! Another bagel adventure with my Daughter led us to Randolph to try Brooklyn Bagel & Deli. On a snowy day with hunger building we headed out. The place is in a strip Mall off RT 10. It was hopping when we entered. We wanted to try the French toast bagel but they were out. So we ordered a pumpernickel a d a. Everything bagel with Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese. Bagels came out very hot as in just off grill with grill Marks. Bagels were big and very filling. Everything was cooked nicely and the structural integrity held up. This is key because I do t like my bagel sandwich falling apart. There was seating inside and a lot of parking available. I'd come back here. Nice people. I LOVE this bagel place. I've never had a better tasting bagel. I drive 45 mins for these bagels every few weeks. They freeze beautifully. Service is fine. Ambiance kind of reminds me of a snack counter at a movie theatre but it's a bagel shop not a restaurant, so it's really not an issue. read more

There's a lot of competition in the Randolph area with Bagel shops. For me, I just moved Brooklyn Bagel to the top of the list. I've been coming here more and more often over the past year and rest like it. The bagels here are excellent. Today, I had a sausage, egg, and cheese on an egg bagel and it was delicious. Other favorites are the Asiago, marble rye, and everything. My wife always gets the French Toast bagel warmed with a little butter. Other advantages....plenty of parking here, the prices are less than some of the other places, and the staff is much friendlier. There's also plenty of room to sit inside in a nice atmosphere. I had the chicken cutlet sandwich after it was recommended to me by a friend and it was delicious. They also have a nice sitting area if you choose to eat in. It's super clean, they have a broad menu of subs and sandwiches, along with a great selection of bagels. They have a nice seating area inside and all sorts of foreign cookies, crackers, and other good there. Their service is quick and very friendly, they also have one kiosk for self-ordering. Their prices are also very reasonable. I was able to get an italian sub w/ mayo & extra vinegar (comes with coleslaw and a pickle), a monster, and a snapple for $13, also came with a reusable bag and napkins. I attribute this to them cooking a large number of eggs and storing them off to the side of the griddle on the warm side and keeping them there for a while. You would think by doing this you would get your order quickly, but no. The place could be empty inside with no other orders, and you will wait 5-10 minutes for a sandwich that comes out with a Luke warm egg, deep fried charred bacon and about 4-5 slices of cheese (some may like eggs with their cheese sandwiches). Advice If you make your sandwiches to order like EVERYWHERE else you will serve a quality hot product. tell your cooks to stop being lazy, you're not that busy that you need to cook 20 eggs and store them for an hour, they come out cold, hard and rubbery. Nobody likes cold unmeted cheese on their sandwiches. I've been going to this place for a while, and I'm always happy after I leave. They have a great assortment of big, fluffy bagels and sandwiches for some of the most reasonable prices around. I personally always go for the sesame toasted with butter on the side which never fails to impress. They give it to you fresh out the toaster within a minute or two with enough butter on the side for a family of 5 (not a bad thing considering the price). Updating my review. This location maintains a 5 star rating. Food quality and choice of fresh bagels remains excellent. Staff is friendly and are able to actually deliver what has been ordered time and again. I dont mind adding a tip for takeout orders when service is friendly and consistent as is the case here. Honestly not good. Got a roast beef sandwich. The meat wasn't super fresh and wasn't rare and the bread was awful. Their "roll" or "sub" bread is awful- dry and no flavor. We asked prior if there was any other options and they said no. Should have pushed the situation and got a bagel. Pickle was soggy and off. Go to the cash only bagel place on route 10- my all time favorite and always good. Good point. Price wasn't bad but taste was bad. read more

Place was empty I ordered a few mins later 3 people came in ordered after me. I noticed a sandwich sitting on the line then another appeared and then a 3rd. All the while the 2 front staff were chatting while now surely my sandwich was sitting. All 3 people that ordered after me got their orders which clearly included hot bfast sandwiches like mine. Pretty shitty attitude as the woman finally got mine and said nothing about the mistake and my order getting skipped. The THEC sure enough was luke warm from sitting out. Cheese barely melted either. This is one of the nicest looking bagel establishments I've seen in my travels in northern and central New Jersey. Many bagel restaurants have very limited seating areas. This place has a decent size outdoor and indoor seating area with a television, so you don't have to eat and run. I ordered a turkey bacon, Swiss cheese, and egg white sandwich on a blueberry bagel and it came out exactly as I requested. The size and taste of the bagel were both very good. Many of the reviews we're not so kind to the staff inside the restaurant, but I didn't have anything to complain about. If I was in the area, I would stop by again. read more
