I keep going back thinking it's going to get better..but it doesn't. Employees are nice but food order is frequently incorrect. Also, the container for fries is half filled. I typically order a medium, and the container is barely filled. I'm not sure if they are instructed by the owner to fill it sparsely, but we are paying top dollar. I bought a Dave's single medium meal plus just another single burger (not meal) and it came to $26 with tax. I looked in the bag and it was a disgrace. $26 for what? Brand new Wendy's opened up on Route 10 East. One of my favorite fast food places to eat and this one is very good. The food is tasty and the service here is friendly. They have a Coke Freestyle machine, these things are so cool. My first visit to this location went very smoothly and they were very efficient so nice job to the training crew. The restaurant is very nice and obviously it's very clean being new. I'll be back. read more

Consistently disappointed. I have been here 30 times. They have NEVER gotten the order right. NEVER. Maybe they are playing with me? Mobile orders, drive thru orders, eat in orders all affected by this nonsense. I thought maybe if I made a mobile order 15 min ahead of tine there is no way it could be wrong or rushed. GUESS WHAT HAPPENED. They made me sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting for the mobile order. I watched 14 cars come though the drive thru with no problems. Gave this establishment at least ten times to improve and have been disappointed every time. It just seems to get worse. I have been patronizing Wendy's since the 70,s. I expect juicy slabs of meat slathered in sauces and piled with vegetables. Last night I had a Dave's double and the new Mozzarella burger. I think the price of condiments, lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese comes out of the employee's wages. Tried their new breakfast offerings this morning, the bacon egg, and cheese on a Croissant. This combo included a choice of beverage and a side. I ordered the seasoned potato wedges and a small coffee. They give you a choice of coffee sizes. The small was comparable to some large coffees. The seasoned wedges were tasty but needed a dipping sauce or the original good on anything sauce-ketchup! The croissant sandwich was lightly toasted, two full size bacon strips, a fried "real" egg, and included a small dollop of what was like a Swiss cheese béchamel sauce. For the original cost of $5.99 the sandwich could have been a little larger(BK's is bigger) and had a bit more of the tasty Swiss cheese sauce. The coffee was made perfectly just as I ordered. Service was quick and efficient as it always is at this location. I used a $2 off combo offer which is on their app and expires 3/1. There is also a BOGo for sandwiches only. I realize that the fast food business is not a particularly fun industry for employees. I've worked in the service industry for half of my life and it is very stressful and people really suck but I don't appreciate ANY staff being bitchy to me. It's a sign. I definitely should not eat fast food. At the drive through ordering station, I had to repeat my order request five (5) times. By the time you asked me a sixth time, they erased my previously correct order and gave me items of their choosing. Short story short, $18 later, my order was wrong, I was still running late, and the experience only compounded my guilt for eating fast food. I thought the manager was excellent, they honored my coupons, they brought me my food to my parking spot while I waited because I came there when it first opened and they had to cook it fresh. I used the Wendy's app here. There was a special promotion that gave me an item for a lower price. I paid in the app. When I got to the window they tried to say I owed them money and the app didn't pay the whole price. I said no. I paid. I have a receipt. I was then questioned if I was a delivery driver... I'm Not. I was told I definitely didn't pay even in the face of a receipt from Wendy's and after 10 minutes of arguing through the window, I told them to refund my whole purchase or give me my food. At this point they just handed the food over. I decided that I'll use other Wendy's but my experience at another Wendy's has just confirmed to me that I'll no longer be going to their restaurants. read more

first of all the workers here are probably the most beautiful display of humanity I've ever seen at any establishment in my life. very nice and approachable. BUT i Just went to Wendy's drive-through I got an unsweet strawberry tea and they didn't give it to me they gave me some random oh my god some random lemonade also yesterday I went with my friend and she asked for chicken nuggets and it took them 20 minutes to get a chicken nugget also we asked for a spoon and they didn't give us one. but my friend says that it's awesome that they're open until 2 o'clock but I couldn't disagree more I really think that people shouldn't be guzzling down beef burgers and dairy products all the time. veganism is life. read more

Ordered 2 Baconator's from Wendy's in Randolph, NJ. When I opened the sandwich it was just a hamburger with mayo and ketchup. When I called the manager to tell him he said I was wrong and was very rude. Awful experience. Terrible customer service. No ownership for the mistake and instead completely shifted the blame to me telling me I was wrong. Completely Unprofessional. Extremely disappointing. Have visited this restaurant three times within two weeks, and the first two visits were pleasant and efficient. However, I just left the store on Sunday, January 7th at 6:40pm and had a very unpleasant experience with a young man who made a mistake in taking the order...and...instead of simply fixing the error, became confrontational and argumentative, insisting there were no procedures available other than to drive around the building and place a new order. Only after I handed back the food and requested return of my money, did a manager come to the window to resolve the situation. I suggest that management review the concept of customer service with its employees. read more
