Wanted a quick bite after clocking out from work.... preferably a sub. That's when Jersey Mike's Subs came to mind, and it has been a long while since I ate a sub from there. Upon entering, I took a few minutes overlooking the menu. I usually get Mike's Famous Philly (their version of a Philly cheese steak) but this time I ordered a regular sized chicken Philly. It was cooked with grilled onions and peppers, substituted provolone cheese for white American cheese, and made it a combo by adding chips and a drink. Within 5-10 minutes I was handed my hot sub which was well prepared, tasty and flavorful within a nice soft bread. Definitely hit the spot. I only wished it had a bit more meat and some sauteed mushrooms. Next time I will inquire about that. read more

Walked into my local Jersey mikes in a good mood ready to have lunch when I was met with a short (larger) Hispanic woman that didn't greet me after I greeted her, gave me a dirty look and simply asked what I wanted to order. Which would have been okay. I told her my order and proceeded to ask if she needed to write it down or something to which she replied "I'm the manager I don't need to" and she repeated that about 6 times throughout the encounter. Jessy Mike is normally good because I normally walk in and order my food to go. Today I placed an order using door dash because I had meetings back to back. I received my order in a sealed bag, I had ordered a BLT wrap and when I open my wrap it was like if it was just made in a rush and my wrap fell apart and the bacon was over over cooked the tomatoes was over ripe no mayo. A good sandwich. They offer three sizes small, regular and giant. I had an Italian regular size. I also opted for chips and a drink. The sandwich had a nice portion of meats and cheese with their standard toppings "Mikes way". Way better than Subway's sandwich. I'd definitely go back again. As popular as Jersey Mike's Subs is, this was the first time I found myself eating at the restaurant. Upon entering this location, it was clear that we were in the midst of a lunch rush. The staff was moving fast and working through the line effortlessly. They were balancing between the customers in store and the online orders that were coming in efficiently. I ordered a number 43 - the chipotle cheesesteak, without peppers, with mushrooms. Because it is a hot sandwich, it wasn't served to me immediately. I didn't expect much from Jersey Mike's Subs, but I was pleasantly surprised! Aside from the superb service, the sandwich was absolutely mouthwatering. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. The steak was juicy and tender, and the cheese was perfectly melted. The garlic bread really brought it all together. I'm not one to finish an entire sandwich - but I impressed by boyfriend when I had every last bite of this sub! My boys love Jersey Mike's! The sandwich makers are always friendly and helpful. Our favorite subs are the Italian and The Club with bacon. Oh and of course, we prefer them "Mike's Way", but they are happy to customize your sub any way you please. You can order 3 different sizes, but it is cost effective to size up if you are ordering the same base, just ask for different toppings. They don't mind and make the process easy. Add a bag of chips and a drink for a bit more, and I think they have cookies too! The restaurant is clean, and there is usually not a wait, but they do get a typical lunch rush. No worries though, they are efficient. Oh and I love that they run fundraisers! I definitely recommend this location! read more

Growing up in NJ getting a great sub easy. Here in South Florida very difficult luckily for us Jersey Mike's is consistent quality so my sub today tastes exactly as if I flew to NJ minus the airfare. So I get the #2 Jersey Shore which is exactly what the Dr. Ordered to make me feel better. I got the giant which is foot long which they cut up so nicely appreciate it nice touch. Ham, Capicola, and Provolone with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and oil & vinegar. $13.25 My son the Floridian has a Philly Cheese Steak on Asiago Cheese Bread $15.25. This place is incredibly busy - so I suggest order online at all times. The parking lot is crazy but it is not JM fault. All of the workers in my office go here because it is within walking distance for lunch. Every order I have placed is packed right, on time and prepared perfectly. My go to order is the Turkey Club on white. You can customize it to your liking. The meat is fresh and sliced to order which is a standout compared to some competitors. I wish they had other sides than chips. I have had JM at other locations, but this one really stands out to me for the freshness of the bread and produce. The meats were cold, the vegetables were fresh and looked perfect. Add their custom sub sauce and you have one serious hoagie. The vinegar is tart and plays well against the sweet tomatoes. Jersey Mikes Subs means one thing to me - Cheese steak subs. This is a chain that has become more prevalent through south Florida over recent years, though my first ever try was at this location shortly after they opened. During peak times they run two lines, and your order is taken by the friendly and efficient staff, and if you order a regular sub I presume you build the sub with them as you work your way down the line. If you order a cheese steak, you just tell them what you want, give them your name, and pay for the sandwich and any incidentals. That's all I've ever done anyway! The cheese steak subs come out seriously steaming hot, covered in melted cheese and onions and peppers and mushrooms (depending on how you ordered it). They're too hot to eat right out of the kitchen, unless you LIKE having your face scalded off. I don't, so I open mine up and let it 'breathe' a moment before I dive in. I also throw a little bit of salt, and some pepper on it while I wait ;) One of these days I need to put aside my cheese steak addiction and try some of the other (no doubt) delicious menu items. This is a great place to grab a quick, satisfying and tasty lunch, if you're in the area. I am in love with their #13 Italian sub its so delicious and to me taste better than Publix sub which is good also. The only reason why I gave this location a 4star is because they often be out of white bread to much when I come during the evening time. Ok, so now that my headache has caused me to press "post" instead of "save draft" I'm forced to edit this review to be something sensible lol. Lately a few people have mentioned Jersey Mike's to me. I'm not crazy about subs (I prefer hot food) but I did notice the website allowed online orders. Today was supposed to be hectic at work (and it was, hence my headache) so I placed my order at 9am and figured I'd have time to pick it up quickly at 11:40am. I opted for the Super Sub on a wrap. Some of the meats in this sandwich intrigued me and I was excited - Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo. I arrived at 11:35am and was shown the order pick up counter. I was grateful to have skipped the line (which was about 5 people deep at 11:35am)... not too long to make me crazy but still worth skipping. My wrap was ready for me and since I had paid online I waltzed right out. The wrap itself was good, but a tad on the salty side to me. I do have a low tolerance for salt so this may just be my impression. Overall I'd order from them again as I appreciate the online option, but it won't be my first choice for subs. This is a new location Jersey Mike's chain which, as of this writing, has only been open for two weeks. Having originated in 1956 in Point Pleasant, New Jersey it is a large and growing chain now pretty much throughout the United States but with most, approximately 120, located in California. Basically it's simple eat in or take out sub shop with both hot and cold subs, some wraps, clubs, salads and cookies with an extremely abbreviated but good menu. In a way, I liked that approach in that they keep to what they do best, concentrating on that, not trying to overstretch their capabilities. So that I'd have some point of comparison to similar offerings I've had in the past at other establishments, I shared in one of their "Jersey Shore's Favorite" and "Original Italian" subs. I found all of the ingredients not only to be fresh but top of the line, best of quality. Though the shop was rather crowded the line moved along quickly with the staff friendly, pleasant, helpful and though relatively new to the sub preparation scene, trained and competent. The taste, flavor and texture of what I had was also good and overall far better than one might find in a Subway, Miami or Quiznos, about on par with a Lenny's, Jimmy John's or a Blimpie's, but not as good as one might get in one of many local "mom & pop" Italian family owned operations or, as to what for me constitutes the "gold standard," being Laspadas. OK, some may say but "You're comparing a sub to a hoagie!" Well, that may be true but to me they're one in the same, any differences being mere technicalities blowing in the winds of endless, pointless, meaningless localized debate akin to claiming a difference between what one calls a bottle of "soda" in some regions to a bottle of "pop" in another. read more

Ordered delivery from the Jersey Mike's app. Order kept saying "on the way" but never showed. I called the store and some ignorant Employee had no idea and no manger was present. He claimed it was out for delivery however a couple minutes later I received a text saying the order was cancelled. I called back and the same stupid employee (didn't even sound like he had a GED) said to reorder but wouldn't take it in the phone. I know restaurants are short of good workers but this employee was horrible. Should be fired I would never ever ever ever order delivery from this location!!! The subs are the redeeming factor at Jersey Mike's. The staff treats their customers like a number and they try to move you through the line as quick as possible. The employees also speak really soft and with all of the customers cover sating to one another, it does become hard to hear. Why don't they have cheddar cheese? Was visiting from out of town and looking for a Jersey Mike's for Lunch. Checked out this location with a friend and should have not gone during lunch rush. I've been to Jersey Mike's locations in Texas and Atlanta and this one was not great. Had only wheat bread and some other besides white bread. They also ran out of Roast Beef which was amazing. I had their cheese steak for the first time and was not impressed as 2/3rds bun and 1/3 meat and cheese. I'll try again but not at this place. read more
