I used to be a fan of Jersey Mike's, back in the day. Not anymore ! Just ate at this location the other day, got the cheese-steak. Bun was half stale and crusty, meat and fillings on the lean side. But what really got me was how dirty the establishment was, and unkempt. While two of the three employees just stood around talking, the place kept going to pot. I just had to look at the smudged and smeared napkin holders, which obviously hadn't been cleaned in weeks, to know that this location has poor mgmt., and an aloof owner. Today was my first time at Jersey Mike's. We had acquired free sub coupons and decided to give it a try. To make things easy on myself I just got the "Club Sub"for everyone. All of the employees were very nice and smiling! One gentleman explained about their top of the line, high quality fresh ingredients. My boys watched in awe as they put all the ingredients together on our sandwiches. The gentleman said this is one of their best sandwiches... and it really was great. It was good and you could tell how high quality it was not only because of TASTE but because of how FULL we got! We will definitely go back and try other subs (although, I really liked the Club!!) I ordered a number 12 sandwich, roast beef, pepperoni, mayo, cheese, and tomato. The sandwich was bland and tasteless. If I ate it with my eyes closed, I wouldn't even know what I was eating. I lightly salted it, then all I could taste was salt, still extremely bland. Service was fine, but food was definitely subpar. read more

We stopped by Jersey Mike's one weekend to try it out for the first time. The employees like to crank up the music when no one is there. Now we like music but it was so loud we could hear it from inside our car parked outside. We walked into the rock concert. They did finally turn down the music some. It was still so loud we were having a very hard time communicating with the employee. They quickly sliced the meat for our subs & they put on the toppings we requested. They asked me if wanted it Mike's way which has vinegar and oil. I said ok. Be aware... they hose each on down and back. Then they wrapped it up for us to take home. The whole time they were nice but seemed to be in a huge hurry to get us out of there. Not sure why since it was the middle of the day and no other customers were there. As for the subs they were pretty good. Better than Subway. The bad news is they cost about twice the price. Would I go back? Definitely not to this one unless they change the way they manage it. Maybe they should have earplugs at the door for guests or get all the employees earbuds so just their ears are ringing. That issue with the mega prices do not make this business very appealing. I think for now Firehouse subs are a much better choice with much more toppings for the price and professionally operated. read more

This Jersey Mike's is a favorite of ours for subs. My favorite is the original, Mikes way! The wife likes the mini turkey sub. The staff here have always treated us with courtesy and are friendly. During busy times the can be business only ( no small talk), but that's what you'd expect. Get my order ready, right? read more

We've heard from a coworker of my dad's to stop by jersey mikes when we found the time, took us about half a year to finally make it over. Walking in we had no idea what was even on the menu. The gentleman in charge was supper friendly. Not only did he tell us recommendations from each section of the menu but he also took the time to tell us about the meats they serve. Was very impressed when they first opened, but have seen the service level decline. There were 4 young kids in back doing nothing but talking loudly while we ate. The person who wrapped my sub commented "it is not my fault the wrap was not tight" as he handed me my sub. The floors are dirty. The bread was hard. Just not my favorite place any longer. read more

Customer service stinks and it's always confusing trying to get your order made. If they make a mistake on a "to go" order you are out of luck unless you are willing to drive back there right then and have them fix it. No sorry, no refund, no replacment, no nothing! read more

Jersey Mike's is a pretty good place to go for subs. Better than Subway, similar if not equal to Jimmy John's. I tried the regular club sub Mike's way, and it had a really nice taste. It was loaded with ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, and an olive oil blend. The service was quick, and the employees were super friendly, so that's a plus. The prices were...a little high. For a regular (6 - 8in), it cost $7.50. I'd recommend it if you're in looking for a quick lunch. read more

I haven't been here for awhile and thought I would grab lunch. I ordered online which I love but when I went in there no one greeted me. The staff was rude and just handed over my sandwich so I had to ask for my cup. The place was DIGUSTING. I have never been in there before where it was that dirty. Clearly everyone working that day didn't feel like cleaning. There were napkins all over the floor, pop spilled everywhere along with tea, and just trash all over. I would rate Jersey Mike's a zero if I could. I went into Jersey Mikes for only the second time ever and had the worst experience and the food was disgusting. I explained to the employee that I was pregnant and asked for the meat to be heated up. She said no. I asked if they had a microwave and she said no. After asking the second time she finally admitted that they have a microwave but it is against corporate policy to use it. Ok fine whatever. I get that she has to follow the guidelines no big deal. I was my choice to continue my order. After spending almost $18 dollars on subs for my family I got them home and they were so disgusting we threw them out and ordered pizza. The bread was hard and dry. We asked for Jersey Mikes style with the oil, vinegar mayo etc and it hardly had any of the condiments on it. I order the BLT because I figured being pregnant they had to cook the bacon. It was so rubbery and all fatty I almost got sick. I called the store Manger of the location at 10020 Lima Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46818 and spoke with Ola. I tried to get resolution and get my money back but because I didn't not return the nasty subs (by driving 30 mins back to the store) she wouldnt do anything and said I can post reviews and call the corporate offices. I like the food but the service is hit and miss. Either I walk in and get stared down by an older gentleman with a scowl on his face, or I get greeted by overly enthusiastic artificial hellos from the younger folk. I ordered a club and had it made how they recommended. I said I was in a hurry because I had groceries in the car so please put everything on lighty and quickly if possible I'm not picky. Still wasn't made quickly and the girl making my sandwich said she had to do it neatly because the owner might be watching her on camera. What? Making my food with care is fine. But being watched on camera is unbelievable. I thanked the girl and payed for my food and told her to consider finding another place to work. Anyone that feels the need to watch their workers on camera should be in the restaurant rather than sitting at home. The older gentleman who is the owner and manager is usually sitting in the dining area every time I come here. Even during busy times and rush hours he is seated in the corner watching the kids behind the counter do all the work when he could be helping serve his customers. He doesn't get up unless one of the girls calls and asks for help. Very unprofessional. I've witnessed this on many occasions but what makes matters worse is the other day when I went in to place a large order for a party I'm having and asked to speak to the manager. The young woman working told me the manager is on vacation. What kind of manager and owner takes a vacation during a busy summer holiday and leaves his restaurant under the supervision of kids? Truly dedicated business owners pour their heart and soul into their shops and businesses. This man does not. The employees are friendly and helpful, as much as they can be when left on their own, but if you want to speak to any kind of management or owner he is pretty much non existent in that place. The lack of dedication shows in the environment of the restaurant. If I wanted 15 year olds making my party meal for 75 people I would go to McDonalds. No structure or leadership. I've been to Jersey Mike's in other cities and the food is good, great company. But this franchise is not a good representation of the Jersey Mike's brand. read more

I used to love Jersey Mike's but this location is a disaster. The staff are incompetent: the man designated to take our order stood staring at us without saying a word until we gave him our order, then proceeded to wait until we had moved up the line to write it down. Of course he got it wrong. It didn't matter because we had to repeat everything to the cashier anyway. She then proceeded to make my sub wrong after I had specified to both of them how I wanted it: without one of the meats, I hadn't asked for anything special to be done or added. I then had to specify again that I wanted bacon on my sandwich even though it's listed as an ingredient on the menu. The cashier told me you have to request bacon, again, *even though it is listed on the menu* which is absurd if true. It took them close to 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches which frustrates me because I would have phoned an order in, except the last couple times we've attempted that they've made our sandwiches incorrectly. Our total for 2 subs and a regular drink came to over $27; for the price and time wasted we should've gone up the strip to 800 Degrees. Needless to say we won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more
