She was beyond rude and made a ton of excuses. He was frustrated and hung up. I called back to speak to her and she was also beyond rude to me and hung up on me multiple times when I tried to call back and get her managers info. She gave me the wrong info. It's was my birthday today, and should have received a free sub and drink. I spoke with this lady (who might be the manager) and I told her my order and to change her gloves etc. She made my sandwich before and responded with "We've gone through this before, and does it even look like I have gloves on?" She made me very uncomfortable, but it got worst. At the cashier, I showed her my free sandwich and drink coupon and then got charged a $1.65 for the gluten free bread. I left it, and will write/call corporate about this. I got it to go and when I opened it, she added things to the sandwich that I did not want. I just walked out of Jerseymikes. They put horrible looking roast beef on my sandwich. When I complained, the manager said "we can't put the best cuts of beef on every sandwich. We've gotten sandwiches at this location many times & never had a complaint (except occasionally excessive oil & vin). Until today. There was a bit of a line, which the staff moved through pretty quickly, however their attention was divided between serving customers and gossiping among themselves like some kind of class reunion, and playing grab-ass behind the counter instead of paying attention to what they were doing. I ordered a BLT and a #9 no onions. The "BLT" was BACON ON BREAD. Nothing else. The 9 was okay except for the ONIONS which I specifically asked them to hold. The staff appeared to be enjoying themselves profusely (nothing wrong with that) but the manager not only failed at QC, she was the one largely responsible for distracting the employees during a rush, which led directly to me paying almost $22 (because I stupidly tipped these people) for two incorrect orders, including, again, BACON ON PLAIN BREAD. First time ever at jersey mikes. When I first walked in there were about 7 people in front. No problem. I placed my order with a person walking around the store with a clipboard. Then it was a little backed up with making sandwiches so I had to pay before I got my sandwich and told my toppings. All of the sudden in noticed people way behind getting their orders before me. I asked about the status of my order a few times and they kept saying it would be soon because they had to fix it. About thirty min went before no sandwiches I got a number 2 and 3 no special requests so I assumed it would be quick still claiming they had to fix and make the sandwich. It was filthy crumbs everywhere sandwiches all over the counter. They kept mixing up ordered having to take sandwiches apart and remake losing sandwiches it was absolute chaos. There were also about seven employees behind the counter so no real excuse to why it was so chaotic because there was plenty of staff. Near the end of my experience a girl tried to give me a free sandwich card which I declined because guess what still no original order and I was over it. I finally got my money back did not ever get my sandwiches and left after a total experience of about 40 min. A waste of time and I probably will never be going back. Got here yesterday about an hour before closing. When I walked into the store I should have walked back out, It was dirty. They were breaking stuff down in front of us customers and as they were pulling things out you can see all the dirt and it was disgusting. But in my head thinking about the times I worked at the five guys that used to be right by there. As it gets closer to the end of the day you get to closing down the store making it easier for you to close and get out on time. So I didn't really think tooo much into it. Came home my wife and I ate our philly it was good. Woke up this morning feeling off immediately gave back the Philly and I been bathroom bound since then. I will never come back. Asked a few of my friends if I was just over reacting and they also shared they had the same experience after eating here. Terrible service. Got charged full price for the daily special. When I tried to tell the cashier she spoke over me and was helping the person behind me. After she helped the person behind me I explained the issue and she said it was too late the credit card was already processed. I dropped the issue because I had to return to work. Every time I visit a firehouse subs or jersey mikes I wonder how Subway stays in business. Just no comparison. This location of jersey mikes is always well staffed, clean, and friendly. Like all jersey mikes the cut your meats and cheeses to order, something I have never seen at other chains. They have a rewards program that earns you points toward free sandwiches. Only money spent on sandwiches count - no chips or soda. Sandwiches come in 3 sizes - mini, regular, and giant. 3 breads - white, wheat, and rosemary. Prices are reasonable. You can't get your sandwiches topped "mikes way" or customize. Not a ton of toppings but definitely the right ones. And they don't count every item like subway. All sandwiches have a generous amount of meat and cheese. My only complaint with this location is that they won't make a "cold" sandwich hot like every other jersey Mike I have ever been to. Was told today they can only do it if I'm pregnant or they get fired by owner. Fired for making a. Sandwich like the customer wants? Disappointing. read more

Went there on a Saturday afternoon, and ordered a bunch of subs. Despite being lightly busy, they manage to bring out the subs in very good order and time. Total: 5 subs - two turkeys, an italian, a mixed with roast beef, and a chipotle cheesesteak. Okay, sue me for not doing the JM speak and numbers, but it is what it is. And all sandwiches were a-ok from everyone...well, maybe except mine. My chipotle was supposed to be a bit zesty, it being chipotle, but it wasn't. Regardless, it was still tasty and good as a cheesesteak sandwich (could be a bit more packed with meat). I'll come back for the other sandwiches since my bro let me taste his and it was good and fresh (RB & other cold cuts). Place had adequate seating, was clean. Parking is all over the place since its in the mall complex which mostly hosts to Sweet Tomatoes, Sprint, Steak n Shake, and I think Menards. Seems to be a sure winner, but I personally think its #2 compared to Hero\'s in Chicago. I'm a fan! read more

Wow. This six person crew today really bombed at lunch. 2 Reg sandwiches to go took 30 minutes. My #13 and #17 No onion sub provolone cheese was a disaster experience. After taking 21 minutes to make the #17 sub the guy at the grill just came to counter and starting handing out sandwiches 3 different people. Nothing labeled. I'm pretty sure he gave everyone the wrong sandwich. The other people left in a hurry I actually inquired what I was getting(because it was a special order). He looked at me and without saying a word went back to the grill. So I had to figure out on my own that he gave my sandwich to someone else. 7 minutes later after still not explaining what was going on or anything came back set the sandwich down on the counter and nodded and instantly walked away. Amazingly he actually never said one word to me during the entire experience. After 28 minutes and making my sandwich twice I wasn't even offered and explanation or at least. Hey Sorry! The shift supervisor that was in charge today should be embarrassed for how this crew worked. I'm never going back to this location. They are apparently better than me. Why offer to order online if they can't read what's printed out on paper for what to put on and add to a sub. If you can't read then you probably shouldn't be working there!! read more

If I could give a big fat zero I would. Been coming here for years. Asked the associate for hot sauce with my sandwich. So I got (from a really unprofessional manager who gets mad with every request you make) "yeah we don't do any sauces anymore since renovations. So they stopped all BbQ sauce, and Hot sauce. Makes no sense. Been to other stores after renovations and they have sauces. Then I get my sandwich wrong (politely tell the lady with pink hair) and I get shit for it. Sad. This place does not know a thing about customer service or how to operate/take online orders. I placed my order at 12:16 pm. They told me it would be ready at 12:46. I got there and it was not ready which was fine. I waited until 12:56 and then told the lady (who seemed like the manager) if she would work on my order that was supposed to be done 10 minutes ago. She gave me some quick frantic response that they were backed up with the grill. Then I heard her say "I'm not going to rush because she's waiting". I waited until 1:00 and saw that the people in line were getting served over the online orders. There was a woman waiting before me that put her order in at 12:00 and still hadn't received it. I finally had to get into line and put my order in (again) to make sure it would be started. I received my order at 1:19 pm. Instead of making people stand there and wait for an extra 30 minutes, why not just ask them to come back. It was ridiculous and the workers were so rude. I would never go here again. read more

It's a mediocre sandwich place. It has it's own subs and style but I would put it on the same level as subway. The bread is different but I wouldn't say it's a higher quality than your average sub/ deli store. So I inquired with Mr. Holloway the manager at the store and he had no idea who to contact to inquire about my birthday coupon and this is the manager? He was totally rude and unhelpful! I had to inquire to another Jersey Mikes location to find out how to contact jersey mikes. The other location was very helpful and friendly. This manager has actually turned me away as a customer and would benefit from some employee training. Pretty good service and nice staff. Didn't like the hot sandwiches because the chicken was not very good but the cold ones are amazing.

Everyone here is super friendly and the sandwiches are super fresh. They carve the meat and cheese as you order, which is nice. And you can tell they really take their time making the sandwiches, but lines still tend to move fast. They have a pretty good assembly line going on. My favorite place for a sub sandwich. The service is great and the food is excellent. One of my favorites is the Super Sub on rosemary parmesan bread, mike's way. The bread is so soft and flavorful with the cheese and the rosemary. Their philly cheesesteak is my favorite cheesesteak. There is a generous amount of cheese and meat. I also like how the the steak is cooked to order and not sitting out all day and then reheated. Workers are nice and service is quick. read more

I LOVE Jersey Mike's, so when my Mom was in Glenbrook Hospital, I attempted to order online from the Willow Road Store. My order disappeared and I could not get it back. To save time, I tried to phone in my order. No dice. The robot who answered directed me to online ordering. By this time, it was best to go there and order in person.
