I called Hofherr to ask if they could cook my turkey and while apparently they do that it was too late to put in the request. Good to know for next time. Wednesday morning I joined the rest of the North Shore to pick up my raw turkey. I ran into a friend while waiting for it who is more of an expert when it comes to making turkeys and she asked them to give me gravy, a turkey bag (apparently easier and lessy messy to cook in a bag) and some directions. The next day I followed their directions along with some help from my bestie chatgpt. I stuck it in the oven and crossed my fingers we wouldn't be going without a turkey this thanksgsiving.
