The shop was busy, but the line moved quickly; one person took your order, a second person did the fresh ingredients, and a third person bagged and checked you out. I typically buy a regular-size sub, but today, I ordered a giant size #17 Philly Cheesesteak with the signature pepper relish and my other favorites: cream soda and a bag of Doritos Nacho Cheese. I love me a good sandwich and Jersey Mikes delivers every time. This location is always clean and the staff are always friendly. I always get a regular turkey and provolone with tomatoes, lettuce and mayo. I like mayo on both sides of my sandwich and they always honor my request. They have other fresh ingredients you can add to your sandwich but I'm basic with my sandwiches. Definitely recommend Jersey Mikes. read more

We've become fans of Jersey Mikes since they opened a location nearby. The ingredients are always fresh and the menu provides a good selection to choose from when ordering. One thing we did notice is slight differences between the finished product depending on the crew/shift that is working. While the orders are always tasty, the amount of contents of the sandwiches can vary greatly depending. My wife is a fan of their chicken cheesesteak and I think their wraps are delicious. Been a fan of Jersey Mike's since their original location opened in Pt Pleasant Beach, NJ. Used to hit that location every summer on the way to the shore. Some JM's some have the same quality control, but this one does it right. Tastes like the original, and is filled with a great staff as well. read more

I enjoy this sub chain more so than Jimmy John's. I really like the rosemary parmesan bread here and it's a free option. I typically order the #8 club: turkey, ham, cheese and bacon. I add banana peppers to it and am a happy girl. My husband has ordered the big Kahuna chicken cheesesteak and we both enjoyed that, too. That one has grilled onions & peppers plus mushrooms & jalapeños for a nice kick. This location just opened and they were very busy--line almost to the door. I used the app to order ahead. I walked right up to the pick up counter about 10 minutes after placing my order and walked out with my subs. I will definitely be a frequent visitor to this location, but will probably wait until it settles a bit before dining inside. read more

You don't get much for the money at all at Jersey Mike's. You basically get a bread sandwich with very little meat. Even if you ask for double meat it still a paltry sandwich nothing close to a real deli sandwich far from it! read more

great subs. only complaint is that when you do a to go order online and give a pick up time, they make it way too soon and its sitting getting soggy for way too long. I now just drive to their and place the order for asap pickup from the parking lot and wait a few minutes and go in and its already waiting for me nice and fresh. I even tested out my theory a few times, placed order while in parking lot, made my pick up time to be in 30 minutes, waited 5 and went it and there it was already waiting for me. was getting tired of cheesesteaks getting soggy or cold subs with the oil and vinegar. I get they just want to get food out asap but if people give a pickup time try to accommodate that vs making it as the orders come in. read more

I have ordered online multiple times, and gotten excellent food. This time, in particular though, was not a great experience. I requested a club supreme in a tub with mayo, pickles and the usual stuff. I got meat and cheese on lettuce with absolutely nothing else, and no bacon. I tried calling the store immediately after I arrived back at work and of course you're unable to leave a message and just have to keep calling back. I was excited that a new Jersey Mike's was coming to a location near me. However, there have been a few service glitches that will hopefully improve with time. Since everything is pick up or delivery during our current situation, I like to call ahead to order, rather than go inside and wait. On one occasion, this option wasn't working and when I arrived to place my order, I ordered a large chipotle cheesesteak and waited and waited. Unlike other JM locations that multitask several things on the grill at one time, this location only does one at a time, for some bizarre reason. That's right. So there's a bit of a wait. Several nights later I called in and then picked up, but the sandwich seemed to be shortchanged in the meat department. I did notify the franchise owner who was very responsive to me. I stopped by on opening day and it was busy at 2:30 in the afternoon. As I waited in line trying to decide whether to get a cold sub or chipotle cheesesteak(I went with the latter) I noticed that I was the only one in line without a free sub coupon. Oh well I searched but couldn't find one. My order was a 26 and a 46 one on white and the other roseparm. Friendly staff a bit pricey but overall a great experience. read more

We ordered three subs an hour ago and got several messages that they were running late. OK that's fine. Then I got a call that they ran out of bread. The kid who called claimed he is the manager and acted like that was just the most normal response in the world. Of course sub shops run out of bread. It's just what happens.
