Comparing to other chained sandwich shops this place is much better for sure...but that's not saying much! Years ago when this location opened there seemed to be a real excitement about the place, the food the employees...everything was just new and exciting! That's completely gone now, and the drone employees are more worried about busy work rather than helping customers! Good enough food, fast service, expensive for what you get. Only three stars for their "loyalty" program where they supposedly give you double points on Tuesdays toward a free sandwich when you buy 12 sandwiches. Their "computers are down" every Tuesday and they do not update points when "the computer is back online". I stopped going there after 4 times it happened.....the parent company doesn't seem to care their marketing game has lost customers. Not blaming the workers on the line, as I dont know if it's a system problem or what. But 3 times now I've done the order ahead feature on your guys app and all 3 times I still had to wait awhile for my food order. The people just coming in with me even got their food made and paid for it, ahead of me. I dont get why you guys have a "order ahead of time, and skip the line" feature on your app if it doesn't even work. I even came 10-15 minutes after my pick up time, just to avoid this issue and still didn't work. Fix your online order system or DISCONTINUE it. Jersey Mikes is a great sandwich chain. It's one of my favorites. But this location did something that kind of grossed me out. I walked in while they were empty and placed my order. About a minute later, a rush of people came and it started getting busy. The sandwich artist cutting the meat started taking orders by writing them on a notepad. She then proceeded to place every paper order ON TOP of the meat that's in the sandwich before adding other toppings to it. She did this to every single sandwich after my order. I don't get grossed out easily, but this really did gross me out. The meat was moist so the paper started getting damp. This seemed SO unsanitary! I have no idea where that paper has been and I don't wanna eat ink that bled through the damp paper. I wish I would have taken a picture but the line was crowded. I dont think I'll be going back to this location again. read more

About average. I mean, it's a sub place...that makes sub sandwiches. They're pretty decent quality, taste fairly good, and check all the boxes that a sub sandwich should. That being said, it says a lot (for me, at least) when I go somewhere to get something that a restaurant is supposed to specialize in and I'm not blown away, and I'm not itching to go back. For me, that's Jersey Mike's. The prices don't help, either. Yeesh. read more

Apparently local business officials kissed the ring of Jersey Mike and through his go graces saw it fit to one to open up in podunk Hemet, CA. I am rarely a band wagon jumper but I'll give almost any place a fair shake. This place almost had a 4 star review but I'll tell you at the end as to why it missed. This was my first visit to any Jersey Mike's so this happens to be my first impression of the chain in general. First off the staff was courteous and engaged. I told them I was new to the place and they made a few suggestions. I went with the Original Italian as I figured it would be a good representation of the restaurant. The meats are all machine sliced in front of you from the refrigerated blocks of meat. I imagine it gives it a more deli fresh feel then the pre sliced meats you get at other sub shops. The toppings are all pretty simple, shredded lettuce. white onions, tomatoes, a couple of different peppers etc.. I also noticed they had a north eastern favorite Tastykakes, which are basically Pennsylvania knockoffs of similar Hostess products, still they're good and Northern's love them. The sandwich was very good, and the flavor was top notch, layered meats and cheese filled every bite. I have no issues with the taste or ingredients used. The only real issue it it's nothing I haven't tasted before and probably for slightly less. The sandwiches come in 3 sizes / Mini t 4-5 inches $5.45 / Regular 6-7 in $7.75 / Giant 12 in $12.85. I basically could have gone to an Italian restaurant like Filippi's Pizza, gotten the same taste and had a nice waitress fill my drink and bring me my food. Which brings me to the reason why they lost a star, you see I don't mind tipping for service bringing me my food or my drink, if someone is overly nice or gives me the hookup on extras. So it's rare that I will tip when I have to stand in line to order my food pick it up myself and refill my own drink. This brings me to the payment process, if you are paying with a card the first thing that pops on the screen is what percentage would you like to tip the staff with 3 different options. I haven't even payed my bill or eaten my food and you want a tip up front? Star lost on the rudeness of corporate decision makers. Going back to the staff they are nice and did the job well, you may have your own opinion on tipping. In short, If you eat here you will enjoy the pricy food. read more

Went to this location first time last night since recently moving to this area. It's located in a relatively new shopping center, very clean and modern. Lots of parking. I was greeted promptly upon entering and had my order taken right away. There was one other couple ahead of me and service for all of us was very fast. Great sandwich. Very clean inside and well lit place. I like the design of this place as it has lots of booths and tables. Other Jerseys have almost no seating at all. Good place to gather with friends and family. This is usually the location that we go to and for the most part everything's really good. That was not the case last Thursday Oct 25. We got there at 8:05 p.m. at night and this place closes at 9 p.m. so we figured we had plenty of time to get our food and eat it there. As soon as we walked in we noticed that the dining room towards the right was completely closed off and there were only two or three tables right by the counter that were available. Although we were greeted very nicely I felt that as they were taking our order and making our order everything was very rushed, the quality didn't seem as good as always, my bread was extremely hard and my husband's was missing ingredients, at this point we were so annoyed we didn't bother to complain. Without even asking they assumed we were taking it to go and wrapped it to go. I believe they assumed this because they were wanting us to go and not eat it there. I was a little upset that the dining area was closed an entire hour before the store closed. We did stay there and eat and we were out before 8:30 p.m. I understand that there are closing procedures that must happe prior to closing and if we had arrived 15 minutes or less before closing I would have totally understood but this was a whole hour prior to closing and I don't think that that is okay. I took a day or two before I posted this because I don't like to write things when I'm angry, and I just wanted to put it out there so that maybe this won't happen again. I always give places a second chance so this will not be my last time there unless something like this should happen again. I used to enjoy your food up until a couple months ago. Twice my order was incomplete the other time it was completely wrong. Last week I called against my last experience, granted it was 15 minutes until closing and while placing my order was told by the employees on the other end "you know we close in 15 minutes " that was not taken well by me so I canceled my order, in my opinion if a store is still open a customer should be allowed to order without being rushed. Again tonight I decided to give Jersey Mike's another try,I called and was left on hold for 6 minutes. First time visiting this location, it's very nice and clean, the staff does a great job keeping this place looking brand spanking new. The meat, bread and cheese here is super high quality and delicious. I ordered the Turkey and provolone and the bread is thick and soft, the meat is freshly sliced right in front of you and has that "real meat" flavor, and the cheese is creamy - you can definitely taste it with every bite. I was very impressed and the staff was very friendly. They hired a good crew because all three employees I spoke to really put me first. I even got a free oatmeal raisin cookie for mentioning that it was my first time trying Jersey Mikes. I definitely will be back! Oh and also, as for price point, I left having spent less than Subway! For anyone arguing, the mini is the same as a 6", the "regular" is larger, and the "large" larger than a foot long. read more

I have only gone to this location a few times even though it is close to my house. I called up and ordered a Chicken Cheese steak with everything. The guy on the phone told me 15-20 minutes. I came to the store around 15 minutes later and the guy asked 'Did you order online?'. I said no I called it in and told him my name. When he said what did you order I knew there was a problem. I told him and he checked with the cook and then told me they were making it now. I went and looked at the grill and it looked like they were making beef cheese steaks not chicken. So I said to him that's a chicken cheese steak right? He gives me a quick 'Yeah Yeah' and I can tell he's too busy to even listen to my question. A few minutes later he asks me what number did I order? I told him again a chicken steak I didn't know the number. He talks with the cook and comes back and says 'Oh My Bad we made a beef cheese steak'. I didn't have time to wait to start from scratch so I left. The subs are great here but when you hire a lot of high school kids, things get messed up more times than usual. read more

Unfortunately the service was lacking, although the food was decent. I haven't eaten here in years so took a minute to look over the menu, apparently that annoyed the staff (even though it wasn't busy) I've worked in customer service for my whole life and was very disappointed by the girls attitudes. Isabella and Boris. Especially since we are a very polite and respectful family. We will not be returning ever. The food is pricey and I would rather spend elsewhere. They never offered any type of bread, heated or not, any specific condiments, Isabell just said "what do you want on it" then decided to douse the sandwich with a lot of oil and vinegar. Good thing I love it. Then slammed down the bottles. I was literally speechless in regards to their bad attitudes and unsure of what the issue was. Isabella and Boris were helping us. I did give the professional feedback to Isabella so hopefully it can help her and this specific restaurant in the future.
