Seriously can't believe what I witnessed today in store while waiting for my to go order. Someone brought back a sandwich that was wrong in his order, clearly he would have to open the sandwich and go through it to make sure it wasn't his... I then watched the manager then grab that same sandwich and continue to try to put it in MY to go bag for my order.... Complete and utter BS !!! especially with everything going on in the world with Covid you want to now put that sandwich in my bag after it was brought back by a customer and after it was already taken out of the store !?!?! Not too sure what proper etiquette is at this location or what your protocol is but I assume you guys would have higher standards than that. Or at least I thought you did. Straight BS !!! read more

I went to Jersey Mike's (Hemet on Sanderson and Wentworth) today and the most wonderful server assisted me. Her name is Chloe. I watched her interact with other guests, before it was my turn to order. She greeted everyone so warmly and engaged in conversation with them. She did this while creating tasty sandwiches for the guests! When she made my sandwich we had a lovely chat and she had so many kind things to say. She also taught me how to order the sandwich, extra juicy, the way I like it! When we said goodbye, she was off to greet her next guest. I love the food at Jersey Mike's, but Chloe's service is top-notch and her interpersonal skills are truly second to none! Great job Chloe! You are a true asset to the Jersey Mike's team. Let me start off by saying that the cheesesteak sandwich I got here was delicious. The two star rating that I'm giving this location has nothing to do with the quality of the food, but everything to do with the quality of the service. I placed my order online and was told that my food would be ready by 5:58 pm (see the attached photo). It wasn't until 25 minutes later that it was actually ready. I stood there waiting and wondering what was taking so long because the place wasn't even busy. When I went to the counter to check on my order, I even felt like the employee thought I was being overly impatient based on her body language. Ironically, I had absolutely no reason to rush as I had nowhere to be at the time. I was simply confused because I saw a few pickup bags behind the counter and I wanted to be sure that I wasn't waiting for something that was just sitting there getting cold. It turned out that the food was just way late. Once I finally received my order there was absolutely no acknowledgement that the order was late and no apology although there were three employees behind the counter who were aware of the situation. Based on that experience, I would advise others to still try Jersey Mike's if they haven't already, but if possible, at a different location. read more

This place needs to train there employees better. Every time I order the same thing. I have eaten Jersey mike subs since I live in San Diego. This place one employee that when she is there. My sandwich bread is cut so thin that is falls apart. They never put enough meat . I'm tired of getting a giant sub with very little meat full of vegetables. I have asked the employees how do they how much meat goes in . The response is the have a scale . That I never ever seen them use it. This place hade ruined my food to many times. read more

I wish i could give this a zero but i cant. Me and my mom stoped in at this shop last week for dinner around 8 pm and my mom orders a #17 and had asked for peppers but for no green peppers if possible and the nice lady ended up picking them out for her. We went today (01/05/22) for lunch at 1pm and we ordered the same thing. When her sandwich arrived it was completely wrong from the type of bread she ordered to the ingredients inside. When we told the staff they said they would fix it. Untill another THREE people came to us asking whats wrong and we would tell them, "its the wrong bread and there are no peppers". Then the last lady said she would have to charge us for a WHOLE OTHER SANDWICH!!! We just spent $30 on sandwiches and they didn't even make it right just to say they need to charge us for a whole other sandwich just for some peppers on it. read more

Always delicious food and excellent customer service here at the helmet Jersey Mike's. The tables are generally clean. My only issue is with the bathroom sink where people can only watch the hands with one hand because You have to hold the faucet down with the other to get the water to run. Been in the healthcare profession, I wonder how employees can effectively washed her hands with this type of faucet. I did try the gluten-free bun for the first time. It was fine but the original bread is so much tastier. There was $1.50 charge for the gluten-free. read more

Came here on a Sunday and received such a bad experience with a worker, I don't know her name as she wouldn't provide it. First she told her coworker to NOT answer the phones because she didn't want to take any more orders. Then as I was ordering my sub she cut me off twice and was super rude. Omg I can't with this place I've tried Jersey Mike's one other time at a different location this would be my second, I thought I'd give it another shot, I'm so incredibly ANGRY and disappointed you don't have an option for light mayonnaise I chose the turkey and provolone with tomatoes Mayo jalapeños lettuce and onions, the first time I've ever had Jersey Mike's I absolutely hated it because it was loaded with mayonnaise as if I had asked for extra extra extra Mayo, This sandwich is no freaking soggy from mayonnaise the bread is disgusting nothing but mush, the tomatoes seemed to have been frozen as those are soggy as crap too, the sandwich was loaded and I mean loaded just drenched in freaking mayonnaise it took 2 freaking napkins to wipe it off 1/2 of the sandwich and when I wiped it off the bread fell apart from how mushy it was I can't even pick the damn sandwich up cause it falls apart. I should have never agreed to try this out again so fucking angry you charge $10+ for wet bread. I had no choice but to throw this crap away I couldn't hold the bread it fell apart and I wasn't going to eat a sandwich loaded with Mayo with a fork. I didn't know I had ordered coleslaw in soggy bread. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere for a sandwich. read more

I would have to do a 3 star only because the energy could have been a little bit better when I walked through the door. The crew was laughing and having a good time before I walked through the door, but as I came through the door they got quiet and seemed to shy even though they were all laughing and having a good time. I have never been to a jersey mikes before and I told the person it was my first time also, he seamed to be surprised but he just said I could pick a regular sub with my coupon I had. While trying to figure out what was good on the menu I asked the guy which ones I could pick and he said any regular. I was not sure what was regular because I have never been there before. A little guidance would have been helpful or he could have said ow these are our most popular subs or something but he just looked at me and I felt obligated to choose the first thing I saw on the menu because I felt like I was obligated to hurry up and order. The area is clean and neat which is a plus and the only girl who was cheerful was Megan.. I think that was her name. She was kind to me and every other customer who walked through the door. The other girl and guy who were there were just quite and smiled every now and then when customers came in. If the other people had Megan's energy I would have given 5 stars but the friendliness fell a little short from what I saw before I walked through the door. The food was good also but I did not know the food was so hot before biting into my sand which. I actually burnt my tongue when I took a bite. I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that there is a Jersey Mike's in Hemet!! It's about time! Since they closed down the Submarina up on Florida, I've been missing out on some good sub sandwiches. This certain unit has been vacant for a LONG time since the Chicago Pizza company went out of business. Still super sad about that :( When I saw this sign for Jersey Mikes:Coming Soon I couldn't contain my excitement. Well, it's finally open and it's great! Nice big seating area inside (better than most of their locations), friendly sub makers, great meat and bread, they don't skimp out on the meat and always get it done Mike's Way (lettuce, tomato, onions, vinegar, oil, salt/pepper, spices). So so good. I usually get their capicolla, provolone and ham sandwich and it hits the spot every time. They have a wide array of subs, hot and cold, to try. Yes, they are a little slow right now but hey, they just opened so give it time and they will be killing it with their sub skills!! Okay I'll stop. But, I LOVE JERSEY MIKES! Listen, this 1 star is not for their food, I love their sandwiches. It is how rude the manager is. I ordered a giant sized sub thru their website on 8-19-20 I signed in as a guest, because I couldn't remember my password and I was in a rush to get my order in, as my daughter was on her way to pick it up. She lives within a mile of the store and I am 15 miles away. So when I looked at my receipt, I didn't see my points on it. So I called the store, and asked if they would credit my points via my phone number. The answer was NO. I would have to come in and bring my receipt. This is crazy. I know that they can do this over the phone. My husband was visiting his brother in Laguna Beach a couple of month's ago and bought some sandwiches from their J.M. Forgot to use my phone number so I would get my points. So I called them the next day and explained everything and they gave me my points right away. This store's manager in Hemet is rude and lazy. I hope they terminate her A.... Horrible customer service! If we had another J.M. to go to that was close, I would not set foot in their store again! Terrible service at this location. We ordered online for faster service and they said it would be ready 12 minutes. Which was great because we had a appointment. We'll, It took them 45 mins to get my 1 sandwich because they supposedly didn't have my order and forgot to make my sandwich. Then They said mine was next and I still didn't get my sandwich for another 20 minutes. And again They forgot to make my sandwich and they only started making my sandwich because I again reminded them I was still waiting. Very disappointed with place.... The bread was just right - freshly baked, crispy on the outside and soft and flaky on the inside! The rest of the ingredients were great tasting too. However, if going to sell a "giant" sub for 18 bucks, it should have TWICE as much meat as the one I received. People who want a sandwich with a ton of meat on it seem to be out of luck without paying a rediculous amount of money. read more

Service overall was quick an efficient as I went in today around 5:15pm. However, the young man helping the people in front of me used his gloves to take and receive cash AND didn't change them when he came to put on my veggies (someone else sliced the bread, cheese and turkey). Now, I am a firm believer of praising in public and critiquing in private. The young man looked young and I believe this was a teachable moment to potentially retrain. So I took my sandwich called and spoke with Kaitlyn who agreed it was disgusting and would be sure to address it. I was disgusted bit I'm sure I have eaten worse but I wanted to ensure it was address.
