Management had very little concern when someone inside the restaurant threw something at another employee and it ended up hitting my car.

This Micky D's off of highway 92 is right in front of Wal-mart and next to a Verizon store. I've been to this Micky D's both inside the store and through the drive thru a thousand times. Never had a problem with my order or had them give me cold French fries as I've experienced in other stores. The store itself is always pretty clean. Even during morning rush hours they got people emptying the trash cans and making sure the ice tea is full and the napkin trays are filled...it ain't easy that's for sure when you got 15 people waiting in line that's not had their morning cup of joe....I will say I wouldn't want their job. Only gave one star because it won't let me give less!!! I came in only because I was getting my vehicle repaired down the street. I checked the front door for signs that might indicate if the restaurant was serving in the dining room and the only sign that was on the outside front door said "now serving". Apparently the dining room was closed so the manager(older Caucasian man) came up to me and asked me to leave. He also rudely kicked out an elderly couple as well. When I informed him that I walked there and had no place to eat, he told me to go to Burger King (This guy is a complete IDIOT) This moron of a manager also tried to tell me that the health department would shut him down if he serves people inside.(obviously not true) For those of us who have at least half a brain unlike this manager, The proper business decision would be to make an exception in this particular case, and to adjust the signage on the OUTSIDE of the front door as well as ACTUALLY LOCK the front door if the dining room is closed. All businesses who have closed their dining rooms due to Covid have locked the front doors (which to me makes complete sense) Please read the other reviews on this McDonald's! This location doesn't deserve anybody's business. It is more beneficial to go down the road in either direction and take the additional 10 minutes to patron a different location. Ok, so we all know McDonald's is one step above dog food, but I was pressed for time and starving. I figured almost anything would be edible when you're famished. Boy was I wrong! Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a drink. Bun was hard, meat was stiff and dry, and cheese was cold and not even slightly melted. Ate part of first burger and threw the second burger out. I remember eating there when I was a kid. The bread was soft, the cheese was melted, and the "meat" had decent consistency. Very close to my work, but ver poor customer service. Ordered the Szechuan sauce and a cheeseburger on my phone, and they told me that they never got any of the sauce in. When I went back to work to ask my coworker, he told me that he got his from THIS store. I could care less if they ran out, but it's the fact that they lied to my face about getting it in the first place for zero reason! Wow, there really aren't enough words to express how bad this place is managed. Ordered from the app, drove to my spot let them know I was there. Waited 18 minutes, and decided to help them out and go get my order. My two coffees had not been done yet. There were about 25 people waiting in the lobby for their order. One lady was holding two black coffee's, said it wasn't what she ordered but if they give her some cream she would leave and take it. They made her order again and it was wrong. But she gave up and took it anyway. All the time I'm waiting 30 minutes for two coffees. In the end they ended they gave me two caramel coffee, not black. I took them and after one sip I realized why I've never ordered them. In the end, I ended up throwing them away. My advice keep moving to the next McDonald's. During my 30 minute wait I observed several employees going to the bathroom for long periods of time. No hands on deck in the kitchen that's for sure. Like I said very poor management. When I left the same crew was still waiting for food. One guy said, "it's always like this!" What, you know this and still come back? I'll never stop at the store again. I love this McDonald's! It is in a very convenient location and I eat here often. The drive thru is fast and friendly! They always make my coffee and breakfast perfectly. They are happy and have never got my order incorrect. McDonald's is very affordable and has many different options. I typically get the egg McMuffin but also enjoy the friend chicken and ranch wraps. I love the food but this location always takes about 30 minutes to get through drive through even with only one car in front of me. Not sure what the issue is.
