I visited here with some colleagues for lunch the other day and found my newest favorite sandwich shop. I'm one of the pickier eaters, and they delivered everything I could have asked for. The meat/cheese portions were generous, the ingredients were fresh, and everything was put together exactly as I ordered it. I loved the spice blend and the olive oil blend. Really gave the sandwich that little bit of extra flair. It's rare I eat every bite of a sandwich, and I ate every last crumb only to still crave more. I thought about the place all weekend and couldn't wait for lunchtime Monday! I liked that they weren't weighing things with a scale or rationing napkins and condiments like the well-known Q or S chains do. Aside from that, the staff was friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. In fact, the staff's enjoyment was contagious and me enjoy my visit. The only thing I would change is for them to have a larger space as it gets quite cramped during lunch. read more

This is my all time fav sub shop and I can't believe I haven't written a review yet. The service here is always awesome!!! It is clean and inviting and the 2nd reason why I eat there. The first reason.. The subs are AWESOME!! I usually get a #7 which is the turkey, but when I want to treat myself I do the #2 which is the Jersey Shore favorite. Mike's way is with lettuce, tomato, onions, vinegar, oil, oregano and salt pepper. I customize my Mike's way, so if there are things you don't like above then you can make it the way you like. The have some other extra goodies at the end.. If you love sweet tea, I highly recommend. I'm a huge sweet tea critic and these guys make it the best!!! Next time you want a sub skip Subway, Mr Goodcents and Potbelly and come here! I also love the Knox-Henderson location.. The guys are great there Greenville Ave is pretty good too.. Don't feel the love as much as the other 2 locations (Probably because I rarely go in there- they don't know me), but its clean and the subs are delish! read more

I've heard over and over that THIS is the sub shop of choose, So I decide to go there to have my mind blow, somehow, by a sub sandwich. The first thing I noticed was how similar this was to Quiznos. It's the same ordering format, with basically the same selection of meats and toppings. I didn't really see anything, by my eye, that looked particularly different. Then I took a bite out of my sandwich. Hmmm. Kinda tasted, to my humble taste buds, like Quiznos. Don't get me wrong, it's a decent enough sub shop, but it's not the be-all-end all of subs. That goes similarly for Potbelly's, which is essentially exactly the same thing as Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's and Quiznos but with better in-diner ambiance. But between Jersey Mikes, Jimmy John's, Quiznos, and Potbelly's their products (the subs) taste so similar it's hardly bothering to discuss the differences. If you know what you're doing and how to order it, you can get darn close to the same thing at even the least common denominator of this lunch genre: Subway. One thing that I'll add, for all the guys out there, is that this location packs in beautiful professional women for some reason. It was odd how many model types were piling in getting their subs on. OMG. This is the place to go if you want a real sandwich! I worked in this area and would frequent weekly to get my fix. My favorite is the Italian on their cheese bread and you can get their sammies "Mike's Way" = onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning. They slice the meat as you wait in line and offer hot sandwiches as well (although not as popular). Make sure you don't mind smelling like a sandwich for the remainder of the day if you decide to dine here. They have EXCELLENT tea to include blueberry and peach that they rotate daily. For the ladies, this is a fun place to man watch as there is typically a high percentage of the gentlemen dining here on a regular basis. They have TVs to catch up on your latest news/sports for those that are into that kind of thing while dining. Keep groups to 4 or less. It's not really a huge place to be obnoxious and bring your whole office in. You'll create a dining disaster for everyone else! read more

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 12:06. I get there and they're still working on it. I was offered a free drink for the wait which was kind. However, after 15 minutes of sitting and waiting, I finally ask what's up with the order. They're like "OH, it's been ready". You only have so much time for a work lunch.... read more

Jersey Mike's is great for that quick stop-and-go lunch break... Especially when you're tired of Subway. Though their selection and uniqueness may not be exceptional, they do what they do very well. I've had the club sub and the baja chicken wrap. Both are good but, keep in mind, they are just a sandwich and a wrap respectively. It's hard to give a sandwich more than three stars in my mind, but I've definitely had some 1 and 2 star experiences in the past. Jersey Mike's is satisfactory and I will continue to dine there. If it's your first time just try it Mike's Way. Nothing better than just telling the employee a "Number 8 Mike's Way" and being done with it. This place IS packed during lunch hours, but the line moves very quickly. Those guys are rockin' it back there! Just don't count on getting a table. Grab the grub and bail. read more

This is a great place for New Jersey style subs! For vegetarians, there's a great veggie sub or wrap option. They will even clean the meat/cheese slicer before slicing the cheese for a veggie sub! Also, wheat bread option is available. For those with a big appetite, there's a gigantic size in addition to the regular and mini sizes. Overall, a great option that's different from the Subways or Quiznos out there. read more

I will never return to this place! I work in Carrollton so I placed an online order to save time, get there thinking my food is ready but nope! Had to wait for them to prepare my order and then I rush back to work and my sandwich is wrong! I'm pregnant and picky so my sandwich is covered in vinegar and oil which I do not like so I had to throw it away. I called to complain and they told me they would refund my money and still nothing has been refunded! Please don't waste your lunch hour here just go to Subway! Smh read more

Like any other Jersey Mike's except this one is quite a bit smaller than your typical store and it gets PACKED at lunch. Had to wait in line for a solid twenty for my sandwich. The staff were very courteous and moved the line as quick as they could. I would definitely come back to this location just not in the middle of the lunch rush. read more

This is great for when you just want a sandwhich for lunch and it needs to be quick. The lines moves really fast because the guys behind the counter move you along. It also helps that there aren't a 1,000 possible options of things to put on your sandwhich (think the opposite of Freebird's). Solid place for sandwiches. I work nearby, and this chain isn't available in the SF Bay Area yet. I usually order the Italian sandwich and runs about $7 with tax (not including chips or drink). Normally, I would rate it 4 stars but it received 3 stars because the person making my sandwich didn't listen to my request for toppings and drenched my sandwich with oil and vinegar. I ordered two sandwiches online and customized the order. I received a phone call on my way to pick up the sandwiches that the bread I chose was in the oven and wouldn't be ready for 30 mins. Thank you for this info and I replaced the bread with a different one. I show up to get my order and asked the guy if he had heated one of my sandwiches and he said he did. I only asked because the time before the sandwich was not heated so you can bet in checking. I filled my drinks to find that the drinks had no syrup. I waited to ask the staff to check but the line was long and there are only two people behind the counter. I left without drinks, get home to find that my sandwich was in fact not heated and the other sandwich had onions which I specifically requested no onions!! Very disappointing read more

I love this place every time I go to school on Sunday I come here and dang the white bread and American cheese is so great!!!!!!!!!!!!! But maybe they should fix their booths. The Southlake store opened this month and if you frequent the MacArthur store, you'll recognize a few familiar faces. I work near the MacArthur one so go there for lunch, but live near the Southlake store, so I can hit that one on the way home! Cold subs are great, hot subs are even better. There aren't any sub stores close to this one except a which wich in Southlake Town Square. Both are good, just different. Parking is great at the Southlake store and service is pretty fast. It's a small shop, max capacity 50 people. read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I drove all the from Carrollton to Las Colinas for this horrible experience. And I was really looking forward to trying it. So my friend orders a cold sub and I order the number 43 sub, a chipotle cheesesteak. Anyways, I knew since I ordered a hot sub it would take a little longer. My fiends sub comes out at 2:20 and we're the only two customers. Suddenly, 7 people come in. It's now 2:35 and my food still hasn't arrived. I went to go ask how long it takes to make a hot sub and they told me that somewhere along the line of 2 customers, my sub was never made. We prepaid for the sub too. I was furious and starving. No one tried to fix their solution and no apology was made until I was handed my money. This particular store has the absolute worst customer service and when the workers are responsible for a big mistake like that and don't even try to own up to it, not to mention the site manager didnt even make an effort to remedy the situation, ya they've definitely lost my business and I hope that you will consider NOT giving this place your business. The sub, according to my fiend was excellent, but even he agreed that it was poor service. read more

Having ate at Tony Luke's, (The best cheesesteak in Philly) nothing will compare but these guys make pretty good, convincing subs for a chain restaurant. The bread is ok at best, can become soggy real fast. Quick service, decent meats. I'd say it is better than Texadelphia. Good place for a quick lunch. read more

I've passed this sandwich shop for the past 4 years and decided to try it out today. I went w:the #13 (on Rosemary bread) served "Mikes Way" since it's the biggest seller. Underwhelmed is all I can say. Let's just say too much of a good thing is not always best. In addition I don't like the fact that you're prompted to tip when u swipe your card whether u want to or not. I normally don't tip at a sandwich shop assembly line. Decent subs at a reasonable price. Not that different from a Quiznos or a Blimpie's. I kind of like the vibe a little bit better than the other places, but for me, Quiznos wins because they have more variety. Either way, it's miles ahead of Subway. read more

I had my first Jersey Mike's sub in Nashville, TN....it was the best sub I've ever eaten!! I have had subs just as good at this location, but they all don't carry the same menu, some items are the same but not all. If you get here about 15 minutes before the rush or 11:15... or after 12:30 you don't have to wait long for the best sandwich in town! read more
